I shipped my Car from Las Vegas to Detroit, Sam handled the project without any problems. Highly recommend Sam L. and his shipping company. Price was fair and service driver was great.

I worked with Gabriel Lopez and he was professional and a pleasure to work with. Always stayed in contact with me and gave me updates. My only complaint would be is that the price was increased but other than that the service was fine.

I very early write reviews but this company deserving of my time to sit down and write one. I contacted Bob Moran after being left high and dry by another company. We were leaving in 3 days to relocate my son. He was going to be heading to New York shortly after relocating him so we were in a time crunch to have the car arrive before he was to leave. Bob worked tirelessly to find us a driver. It came down to an hour before my husband was going to make the 16 hour drive while we left for the airport and we received a call. IT WAS BOB and he had a driver. I have never had someone work so hard to make it work. He owed us nothing as I came to him late in the game but he didn't let me down. I feel like company works differently then most out there. This is a hard industry to trust. I give them 5 STARS!

I'm a snowbird and I'm 84 years old. I used to drive back and forth but at my age, that's not safe. I don't see another alternative to Ship A Car. I work with Steve and he has been incredible. He knows me and my situation and he is just so supportive. The trip last fall was amazing. During this time when there's so much unrest, they're doing everything they can to make the trip as enjoyable as possible.

Although this Company did not ship my car. Their response to my needs and great customer services showed me that they actually were looking to help me. They were transparent and did not give me the run around and called me back the same day to tell me they had a carrier to pick up my car. I have been in the Automotive business for quite some time and have never had such a great experience dealing with Ship A Car, Inc! Had a rush pickup of 4 2021 Land Cruisers based in MS and needed them delivered to GA. Called them on Tuesday afternoon within an hour they called me back and had a transporter picking all 4 of them up and were at my door Wednesday morning!!! Absolutely the best service and communication ever. Ship A Car, Inc is our go-to person for all our transportation needs! Simply the best!!!

I worked with Paul S. He gave me a competitive quote. Agreed to the price and he came back quick with a transport but they wanted $80 more. I declined because it was more than original quote. He got me 3 more quotes a few days later and all wanted $80+ more from original quote. Still competitive, so I agreed with one finally, albeit hesitant because I didn’t like having to pay more but like I said, still competitive. Well, I was pleasantly surprised with the transport chosen, they did a great job! On time pick up, on time (even a bit early) delivery, kept me updated on everything along the way. In the end of the story, a very positive experience! Would use them and recommend them again!

My company recently lost our transportation driver and we was in need of a company to give us quick turnaround and least expensive rates. Willie Dublin was awesome and worked with me directly all hours of the day and even while he was on vacation to meet our company needs. I am very pleased with the experience and customer service. We used this broker, after getting rid of another who was not straight with us. Ship A Car, called us, gave us a date, the trucker (Exit-15) picked up the car that day, and delivered the car half way cross the country in 3-4 days. All worked out according to plan. The driver of the truck was a cool hard working guy. There were 10 cars on his rig, we were lucky to be the last car on and the first car off. We have read email reviews and saw all the tales out there. I am sure there are good and bad stories. We are a good story, it all worked on time, we got the car to a place where the driver could pick it up. This rig is too big for some small roads. And he called us 8 hours a head of drop of time, and met us in front of the hotel where he unloaded our 2007 Camry.

RECENTLY HAD THE OPPORTUNITY WORK WITH BOB MORAN WITH REGARD TO HAVING MY VEHICLE PICKED UP AND TRANSPORTED TO AN AUCTION IN NEBRASKA AND I COULDN"T HAVE HAD BETTER SERVICE THAN WHAT BOB PROVIDED ME. I knew exactly what to expect, and even got a cheaper price than we both were expecting. Pick up of the car was incredibly easy and on time. Willie Dublin assisted me on a short notice request to have my two vehicles, a Honda Odyssey and a Hyundai Elantra shipped from Santee, CA to Round Rock, Tx. I initially had set-up a request with another company a month prior , told them my situation and the day I needed it due to my wife's and my job that would require transportation. They told me they can deliver on the requested date. The day prior of the initial pick-up, I received an email that changed the pick-up to 3 days later and a possible whole week before the car would make it. They told me that I never specified the need and that they told me that they said the pick-up could be 3 days prior. They had a whole month to find a transport company to fit that transport request. I cancelled with them, called Willie D. at ship a car inc and he had me set-up with a pick-up day the same day. He was fast, efficient and had great communication the whole way. I would recommend Ship a car inc and Willie D. if you can request him for anyone moving out of state. I also would like to thank Carlos at Carlos Transport who Willie D. found as he was very professional, on time and delivered on the day needed. Very grateful to both of them. Relieved a lot of stress on our out of state move.

I worked with Bob to ship two cars from Wisconsin to South Carolina. I had never shipped vehicles anywhere, so I was nervous throughout the process, and worried that my cars wouldn't be picked up on time. Bob handled my nerves like a pro, was always reassuring and answering my calls quickly. Ultimately, my cars were picked up on time, arrived only two days later (in great shape), and everything went well! If I have to do this again, Bob will be the first and only call I make.

Ship A Car saved me from a horrible experience. I had put a deposit in and waited a month and a week with another company. With Ship A Car I didn't have to put down a deposit until they had a driver for me, which was within 24Hrs. Quinten Putnam had fabulous customer services and was always available to talk. I never got the runaround and didn't have to wait. Car went from Texas to Florida in 5 days. I'd still be waiting with the other people.

I am currently fighting with this company for my move to Washington from Michigan. TL;DR- DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE TRASH I booked my service in mid November for a 12/13 pickup and a 12/23 delivery. I worked with Zachary. All seemed well. He said the driver would reach out to me shortly. They didn’t. The week before pickup I started getting antsy, so I reached out to my pal, Zachary. No reply. I called him, no reply. Sent another email, nothing. I emailed the driver, nothing. Called the driver, nothing. Finally 12/13 rolls around and I have no confidence they’re coming at this point. I call Zachary again, nothing. Finally mid day on 12/13 he calls me and says my driver is running late. Should be here on 12/15, should still make it by 12/23. Gives me an updated number for my driver. I call it. Nothing. Finally end of day 12/13 the driver texts me asking for photos of my truck. Then proceeds to tell me it absolutely will not fit in his enclosed trailer and that he can’t come. I call Zachary, nothing. He finally emails me back and says we’ll find another truck. I email him on 12/14 asking for an update. Nothing. I send ship a car inc a message on FB, nothing. I tweet @ them. Nothing. I use their website messager, nothing. It’s now 12/15, another 2 emails and 2 phone calls to my dearest friend, Zachary who promptly ignored them. I have absolutely no faith that they will ever get my car shipped and now just hope they will return my $300 deposit, but I am doubtful. SAVE YOUR TIME, SAVE YOUR MONEY, FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

Everything worked out perfectly with Ship A Car. We were helped by Christie, and she was perfect. My daughter was calling her every couple of days to see what the status was. Initially, we got started on a rocky road, but that was our fault because we had a vendor that we thought was going to help, and he was scamming. So, we were very glad when we got in touch with Christie. She talked us through what would happen and when it would happen. In the very end, she fulfilled those dates that she said. The gentleman who was driving was cordial and helpful. He had to park someplace else because our street is small. The car got here safely. I was really satisfied.

It actually arrived even one day before I was scheduled to arrive in Nashville but the driver was able to accommodate me and stay an extra night until I arrived. Great service and my car arrived in perfect condition. Very much worth the price!

I had been looking for someone to ship my car for three weeks. I needed my car shipped from Alabama to Texas. The pickup location was kind of out of the way so I feel like that is why it was a longer process! However ship a car inc was the third company I found and had someone to pick my car up within a week! The price was a little higher but I felt that was due to the pickup location of my car. It was picked up on Thursday and delivered the next day! The only issue I ran into was a language barrier with the driver. However, he was very nice and understanding! I will book with this company again.

I booked my car with Howard . To ship from Atlantic Beach Florida to Irvine California . We agreed to 1300.00 fee . That included three containers in my car upto 100lbs... upon delivery I was charged an extra $100.00 for the containers. They would NOT unload my car until I gave them the extra $100.00 dollars. I had called Howard several times on the issue and he never resolved the issue of the extra 100.00 dollars . This company is a ripoff. They are by far the most expensive ones out there. I will also be reporting them to the BBB. I was so excited to have my shipped only to have a huge negative experience with this company.

I shipped a car to California from Chicago with Ship a Car and it was a great experience! Sam L. took care of us and explained everything in detail about how it would happen and we were really pleased. From start to finish we had all of the information and were able to ship it quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.

Contacted SHIP A CAR and spoke with Steve. He took my order and ensured me that the motorcycle would be picked up by Friday, September 25th. After not receiving a phone call, contacted Steve who said he would let me know and did not. Finally got in touch with the shipping company who then told me it was actually scheduled for Saturday the 26th. The owner contacted me Saturday once the motorcycle was loaded. I was originally quoted four days of travel time to receive the motorcycle. No updates were given during this time. On the 5th day, after 4 hours of trying to reach Steve, the shipping company, or the driver, i was finally informed that the truck was broke down. I was assured it would be repaired by Friday October 2nd (already 3 days behind expected delivery). Monday October 5th, I was told the truck was repaired and the driver was in route. 2 more days of no communication from SHIP A CAR or the shipping company. I was finally able to talk to the shipping company and driver. The motorcycle finally arrived on October 8th. Communication from SHIP A CAR was absolutely horrible. Multiple times i was told “I will check and call you back”, never to receive a call. I understand trucks break down, I feel other arrangements on SHIP A CAR’S part should have been made to receive my motorcycle in a timely manner.

Danny did an amazing job assisting my transport of two cars across the country. He met specific terms in our contract and provided first class service throughout the entire process. We ran into an issue where the truck picking up the cars had engine trouble. Danny called and had already fixed the problem contracting a second truck with the agreed upon pick-up date. The two cars were picked up and delivered on time.
