I had a terrible experience. At first they did not know my carrier was going on vacation. Then I had to get a new carrier. Then he had problems with his rig. Had to send drivers license registration and insurance. To get out of the pound. Then when they arrived at the destination finally they asked for COD. When they told me they would take out of my credit card. It cost me more money. To use the credit card. A nightmare

From first phone call to set up transport to delivery, everyone was so accommodating. Our driver kept me informed and was very friendly and professional. Our car arrived when expected and in excellent condition. I would recommend this company to anyone who needed to transport a car.

I contracted with Ship a Car to pick up and deliver a motorcycle. Steve was great to work with. They arranged for the motorcycle to be picked up on a Saturday and it was delivered to me 900 miles away, the next day (as Sunday). I was amazed. Price was reasonable and they far exceeded my expectations. I have used other motorcycle shippers in the past but this was the best experience by far. I will definitely use them again.

Prompt response to initial contact. Primary contact, Chris, was friendly, courteous, experienced and honest. Initial contact from shipping company was prompt and friendly. Driver contacted me promptly and met all promised phone contacts and meeting points for pickup and drop off. Driver was clean, courteous, friendly and familiar with the drop off point. Driver noted on the contract each blemish as I took pictures of my car. Car was delivered in excellent condition. As was hoped, car was dropped off on the early end of the delivery time spectrum. My experience with Ship A Car Inc was excellent and I would recommend them without hesitation.

The shipper was early and coordinated very well. It was a complex unload having to remove two cars to get to mine. The maneuver was executed perfectly in a minimal amount of time and was impressive to watch. The move was well coordinated and executed flawlessly.

After realizing that my deployment to Texas who is going to last longer than four weeks, I was tired of using Lyft and I knew I couldn’t be without my motorcycle. Paul Murphy responded quickly to that email with the second to lowest cost to get my bike 1,230 miles from Ocala, Florida to Pharr, Texas, and then followed up the next day with a voicemail. After comparing prices and reading the reviews, I knew this was the company for me. They did not disappoint! I spoke with Paul at the end of the business day on Thursday and within 15 minutes he was calling me to inform me that he had already placed my order with driver Eric Andrews of Andrews Transportation LLC to be delivered 3 days later on Monday. I spoke with Eric on Saturday to confirm where my bike would need to be left. He too was very professional and easy to work with. To my surprise, Eric delivered my bike a day early on Sunday morning. That's right, my bike was delivered from call to drop in 2.5 days!!! Both Paul & Eric’s professionalism may me feel comfortable that my prize possession was in good hands. I used them to transport a repo'd car from Michigan to North Carolina. I booked vehicle transport with Ship A car Inc, twice in the past month. The first, the seller cancelled the sale the day that the hauler was scheduled for pick up. YIKES! Contacted Lisa from Ship A Car and she handled everything. I found another BMW K75 for sale, bought it..., and the first call that I made was to Lisa from Ship A Car. Once again, Lisa and Ship A Car Inc. handled everything exceptionally well. Vehicle pick-up and delivery by a company specializing in motorcycle transport. The vehicle arrived earlier than expected (2 days instead of 4) and in perfect condition. Being a small online dealer I ship a couple of cars a month. So over the years, I've ran into my fair share of auto transport headaches! I am happy to say that this was my first time giving Ship A Car a try and they delivered the car for the price they originally quoted me and it came safely to my customer in the same condition that I sent it in. The hold time was a bit much... but I understand that they are working on it! Overall great experience and I will start using them all the time. They even sent me at $25 AMEX gift card when I referred my sister to them!

Just moved two classic cars from Chicago to KC in the dead of winter. I asked for a two car hauler and the found someone fast. Was scheduled to have the cars picked up on Monday but the drive contacted me to see if he could pick the cars up a day early to get ahead of a big snow storm and bitter cold. On the back end I needed him to drive the cars up a long driveway and park them in the garage. He was easy to work with and did a great job.

Bob M. @Shipacar.com was great! He was friendly and answered my many questions as I had never had to transport my car before. He got a driver Alexsia who was so methodical and safety conscious that I didn't have any worries about having him transport my car with the other 6 cars. I like the company as they had a two day window instead of 3 or more days for pickup. I needed that shorter window as I didn't want my car to arrive before I did. I would certainly use them and highly recommend them to others.

I asked him if it would be ok to re-route my car to Coleman where I live instead of Green Bay because it was easier for my work schedule. Once I made my request he called me and said that was not a problem at all and he was extremely friendly about it, what a relief for me. I was referred to Ship A Car from the moving company because I decided I didn't want to pull my Escort myself behind my truck. I made the right choice because the cost was more than reasonable and I didn't have to deal with the aggravation. The transport coordinator, Danny, was a great rep for the company. He helped me work around my schedule and responded to changes in my plans easily. The delivery guys, Sander and Val, kept me up-to-date on their timing and location throughout the transport. I very early write reviews but this company deserving of my time to sit down and write one. I contacted Bob Moran after being left high and dry by another company. We were leaving in 3 days to relocate my son. He was going to be heading to New York shortly after relocating him so we were in a time crunch to have the car arrive before he was to leave. Bob worked tirelessly to find us a driver. It came down to an hour before my husband was going to make the 16 hour drive while we left for the airport and we received a call. IT WAS BOB and he had a driver. I have never had someone work so hard to make it work. He owed us nothing as I came to him late in the game but he didn't let me down. I feel like company works differently then most out there. This is a hard industry to trust. I give them 5 STARS!

We had our car transported from upstate NY, on December 1, 2021, to Vero Beach, FL and back on March 31, 2022.
