I've been using Ship A Car Inc. for about five or six months, and they've done everything they told me they would do. They've kept their word. I've referred six, large customers to them already. Danny is one of the guys I've been dealing with in Florida, and he's done whatever he's told me he will do. He's kept his word.They need more employees like him! It's been an all around good experience!

I hired Ship A Car to help me ship my car from Oakland to Hawaii. My sales rep, Mike, was very professional and he took care of everything for me. He always made sure to get back to me if I had any questions or concerns, and I was really impressed with the service. Everything went with a breeze and I had no problems at all.

Worked with Larry from Ship a Car a few months ago to ship a vehicle I purchased on the east coast back home to San Diego. Larry was detail-oriented, provided a driver with a fair rate, and picked up the car within the allotted time frame. The car was delivered earlier than expected which was the joy hiccup; as the vehicle was transferred from a tractor-trailer car hauler to a flatbed trailer from LA to San Diego. In doing so the delivery driver was given an incorrect phone number for contacting me. Fortunately, I was home at 10:30 pm to accept delivery. The other issue with this unexpected delivery is I didn't have the cash on hand to satisfy the balance due to the driver. However, a call to his supervisor and the payment was made via credit card. Would definitely recommend this coming and would use it again as they're properly insured as well.

It was timely service to ship my car. Though my car was picked up 1 day late than the date of the deal, I am happy that they could deliver on time.

The process was easy. The car was picked up locally in Seattle and delivered on time at a convenient location in Illinois. The truck our car was on was enclosed, so t really wasn?t even dirty when it arrived. The people we worked with were professional and polite.

From the first call to final delivery, it was a first class experience. Yvonne on the phone handling my request to the driver who showed great care with my car. Chicago Burbs to Seattle.....a job very well done. Everything as promised.

I am currently fighting with this company for my move to Washington from Michigan. TL;DR- DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE TRASH I booked my service in mid November for a 12/13 pickup and a 12/23 delivery. I worked with Zachary. All seemed well. He said the driver would reach out to me shortly. They didn’t. The week before pickup I started getting antsy, so I reached out to my pal, Zachary. No reply. I called him, no reply. Sent another email, nothing. I emailed the driver, nothing. Called the driver, nothing. Finally 12/13 rolls around and I have no confidence they’re coming at this point. I call Zachary again, nothing. Finally mid day on 12/13 he calls me and says my driver is running late. Should be here on 12/15, should still make it by 12/23. Gives me an updated number for my driver. I call it. Nothing. Finally end of day 12/13 the driver texts me asking for photos of my truck. Then proceeds to tell me it absolutely will not fit in his enclosed trailer and that he can’t come. I call Zachary, nothing. He finally emails me back and says we’ll find another truck. I email him on 12/14 asking for an update. Nothing. I send ship a car inc a message on FB, nothing. I tweet @ them. Nothing. I use their website messager, nothing. It’s now 12/15, another 2 emails and 2 phone calls to my dearest friend, Zachary who promptly ignored them. I have absolutely no faith that they will ever get my car shipped and now just hope they will return my $300 deposit, but I am doubtful. SAVE YOUR TIME, SAVE YOUR MONEY, FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

Rita was great to work with as she made the entire process seamless. Absolute pleasure with work with such a professional company! I was shipping my vehicle from Oakland to Hawaii and although initially working on different timezones was challenging, Rita made it her mission to get my car to Hawaii with virtually no stress on my end. 10/10 recommend. Our experience with Ship A Car was excellent. They were very responsive with getting us a quote and delivered the vehicle to the door on time. The carrier driver was terrific. He was experienced, courteous and we would definitely use them again.

This was my first experience with Ship A Car INC. They transported a Volkswagon for me. The vehicle arrived in great shape, with no damages. It also arrived quickly, and on schedule. I had a truck I needed to ship from California to Texas. I check around to see who had he better rate and Service. I found Ship a Car Inc was the one for me. They were a little high in price, but you can’t beat the service. The Agent I was working with was Bob. He held my hand throughout the whole process. Even after my truck was delivered, he call me up to see if everything went OK and If I had any questions. Would I use Ship a Car Inc again? Yes, for sure. Ask for Bob.

This company and is a broker, they do not want to go above and beyond. There was a delay in our expedited shipment and they really didn't try to help. While talking to myself and my wife they hung up on my wife. When we called back to speak to a manager, the manager really didn't seem to care and still didn't try to help with the delay. The actual company they hired to transport our vehicle is the one that absolutely went above and beyond. The customer service at ship a car was really unprofessional.

I had used another company several times in the past, but a friend recommended Ship a Car and they were substantially less expensive so I gave them a try. Everything was done as promised without any complications. The car was delivered in good condition. I now see that the reviews are quite mixed. I was very satisfied with the service. Bob was extremely professional and easy to work with, as were the shipping companies that I interacted with. I would (and already have) recommended them to friends. Everything was organized and executed exactly as I was told it would happen.

Willie Dublin assisted me on a short notice request to have my two vehicles, a Honda Odyssey and a Hyundai Elantra shipped from Santee, CA to Round Rock, Tx. I initially had set-up a request with another company a month prior , told them my situation and the day I needed it due to my wife's and my job that would require transportation. They told me they can deliver on the requested date. The day prior of the initial pick-up, I received an email that changed the pick-up to 3 days later and a possible whole week before the car would make it. They told me that I never specified the need and that they told me that they said the pick-up could be 3 days prior. They had a whole month to find a transport company to fit that transport request. I cancelled with them, called Willie D. at ship a car inc and he had me set-up with a pick-up day the same day. He was fast, efficient and had great communication the whole way. I would recommend Ship a car inc and Willie D. if you can request him for anyone moving out of state. I also would like to thank Carlos at Carlos Transport who Willie D. found as he was very professional, on time and delivered on the day needed. Very grateful to both of them. Relieved a lot of stress on our out of state move.

The company he contracted with was outstanding, great service, my car arrived in a timely manner in perfect condition...except for a few bugs on the windshield!! The rep was very helpful. Pickup was Clarkston, Michigan on a Wednesday and the car wasn’t delivered until the following Saturday. It was in the email, very clear, that it would probably be delivered on that Friday, 10 days later. I thought it would come on a Monday or Tuesday. But when I looked at the email, it clearly said Friday. It ended up showing up on Saturday, which was fine. I was out of state, traveling for work. So, I didn’t need the vehicle, but I just had to schedule my friend to be there. Thankfully, she’s a very good friend. I saw the car on Monday. It was very dirty but that’s expected. It was dirty when it left, but it was way dirty. But it was in the same shape as it was when I left it with my sister for it to be picked up. I already recommended Ship A Car, Inc. to a coworker.
