Utah to Oregon Car Shipping

I was dealing with a different shipping company that I would never ever recommend (Rock Bottom Rates Transport - RBRT *). I wasn't getting any where, and was only being told lies. I did a Google search and located Ship A Car INC and that's when I met Quinten. I told him my issue and he started off by telling me that I was promised a delivery at a rate that wasn't possible. From that moment he took over shipping my truck and from the beginning he was upfront about the entire process and gave me his cell to contact him at any time. I didn't have to pay any upfront fees, I only paid a deposit after he contracted a driver and was able to provide me with the drives name and cell number and the company. The rate didn't change at the time of delivery, everything on the contract stayed the same. Quinten was available during the entire process, via email, phone calls and texts messages and even after working hours. The other horrible company was already 3 weeks behind the expected delivery date. Quinten gave me realistic goals, and a reasonable rate and my truck was shipped from LA to Boston in about 2 weeks. After dealing with Rock bottom rates and their lies and taking my deposit, dealing with Ship A Car INC was the best experience I had.

An absolute pleasure to work with such a professional company! I was shipping my vehicle from California to Hawaii and was working with Rita who made the process virtually seamless. Working on different time zones was initially challenging, however, Rita made it her mission to get my car to Hawaii with as little hassle as possible. 10/10 recommend. Thank you!

After speaking to three transport companies that didn't impress me, I called Ship A Car, Inc...Wow.Danny, the agent, made me feel at ease as he spoke with confidence and assured me I will not have to worry and I did not worry at all. Danny founded a driver in one hour!! Issachar Simmons (truck driver ) was efficient and professional! Great company to work with. Janet R. was excellent and provided timely followup explaing how the pickup and delivery would be scheduled. Chris the driver and his copilot Jen did a geat job and provided schedule updates on both pick up and detination arrival. The car transport went well and without a hitch. I used Ship A Car when I moved across the country. Their service was wonderful. They communicated well with me, they were friendly, and they kept me in the loop on what was going on. The only problem was that the company they ended up hiring for shipping my vehicle was a problem. But when I told them about the problem they were very nice about it, and they handled it very well. I highly recommend them.

Everything was pleasant with Ship A Car. They were easy to communicate with and the driver was easy to work with. The car was transported from Grand Junction to Tulsa and the final cost was lower than the initial quote I was given. It was a good experience and I'd do it again if I need to.

I can't say enough good things about this company and specifically Bob Moran. Bob has now helped me with shipping two of my family's vehicles (MI to CA in 2016 and CA to NY). The first time I worked with him he was saving me because another company never showed up. And today when I worked with him he helped me get our car to NY where my fiancé has just started his new job. I spoke to him for the first time about it this morning and we have the car getting picked up at my home tomorrow morning. Hired their driver. He never delivered the car and kept it on his truck nearly 2 weeks. Returned it to us damaged and found out that the driver was uninsured, despite Ship-A-Car's statement that the drivers are bonded and insured. Reached out to Ship-A-Car directly for reimbursement and get no reply.

This was my first time using Ship A Car. I had my car shipped to Hawaii. The whole thing went smoothly. I'm just waiting on the port call now for the return trip, when they deliver it to California. The customer service was outstanding. I wasn't comfortable at first. We had originally signed with a competitor's shipping service, but that didn't go well. Ship A Car was very reassuring, and turned out to be the best thing that could have happened for my car delivery. I would use them again.

Bob Moran was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with the shipping process. We had a great conversation about cars and reminiscing the good old days. The whole process went great! I worked with Justen to ship my car from Michigan to California, he is very kind and patient and the communication is great throughout the process. My situation is a little bit special, in early May, I made a deal with Justen that the release date will be July 10th, however, on June 19th, my schedule has changed and I need my car to be transported as soon as possible. After I told my concerns to Justen on June 19th morning, he replied a few hours later saying that he has arranged a driver and my car is ready to be picked up this afternoon!!! Great thanks to Justen and my car arrived at California on June 23th! I gave him difficult circumstances, but his professionalism made it a easy move. Although Ship a Car Inc is more expensive than others, but if you think of their service, it is totally worth the price! And in Ship a Car Inc, if you are looking for a smooth and worry-free transportation process, Justen is your man!!!

Pepper Long is a dedicated worker that stays on the phone until her customers needs are met. Not only is she courteous, professional, and a joy to deal with, but her time is used wisely and she arranged for my '47 Indian chief to be delivered ahead of schedule with a professional driver, keeping me in the loop as to where and when the arrival would happen. I would like to thank Joseph and the owner of the company for all their hard work. I would specifically like to thank Joseph for putting up with me and the mess that was created by a driver who was supposed to pick up my car but they decided to cancel literally with less than 24-hour notice when it was time to ship my car. I got really stressed because I needed it to get done since I am moving. However, Joseph really handle the situation with professionalism and made sure my car got shipped the next day, and even got me a better deal because my car is getting to Texas sooner than it was originally going to get there with the first driver. The driver who picked up my car the next day was extremely professional and communicated with me the entire time. Shipacarinc.com is a very good company i am not a review writer type a guy but for this company i had to write one for them shipped car from TX, to MA They sent a professional driver to pick up my car got their safely, their price is fair while other guys offer you a low price i would not go with them. I will be using this company again in the future worked with guy named Willie who was more than professional.

These guys are great! especially Danny. He was so nice and helpful unlike most brokers and really got us the best deal. I was also very appreciative how he gave me his personal cell number to call him should any problems arise or if I simply had any questions. I will definitely use them again next year. If you want a no hassle smooth transaction, he is the one to talk to.

Gabriel was amazing. A total angel to deal with. But the driver you hired Ray sucked. My truck was 3 days late was never offered a discount. I will refer the company but will tell people if a guy names Ray is doing the driving he had one excuse after another for my truck being 3 days late. But Gabriel and this company did great. They did a fantastic job shipping my car on a super short notice (2 days) in the holiday season! No difference between initial offer and final payment. They work with great drivers - no damage at all on the car. My car has been shipped to Houston, TX from NJ. It's been delivered within 5 days after being picked up! Very fast service in the holiday season for that long distance. No surprise charges, no damage, very fast service, and great communication --> no stress. Couldn't be happier!

Surprised ourselves with a new Harley while on vacation and needed a way to get it home (from Michigan to Nebraska). Emily was very helpful, polite and kept us informed of shipping progress. Our driver Sam kept in touch with us giving us with updates of his location and ETA. The bike arrived in perfect condition, Sam was very cautious with all the vehicles in his trailer - he even wore gloves to move the vehicles! We would defiantly work with Emily and Sam if we ever find ourselves needing a vehicle transported again.

Bob was fantastic. I was struggling with another company when I was referred to Bob. Working with him was a pleasure. Bob Moran was AMAZING! I was in such a bind and had just found out some bad news about my dad’s health. Bob was very understanding and turned my situation into a positive one. He was very quick at responding back to me and very knowledgeable. It put my mind at ease and all I had to do was sit back and wait for my car to come. It took little time to travel from WA to VA and the driver was very nice as well. Bob called to check up on how the delivery went and that in itself was really nice! Showed me he truly cares about his customers! I will definitely be using this service again and have already recommended Bob to a few friends. My experience with DANA was amazing. She was very profesional from the first phone call. I will give her 10/10 in keeping up with communication when I was concerned with the Truck driver and his lack of communication. Car was picked up on time and delivery was on time. (PA to CA move was done in 4 days).  I did have some issue with the truck driver regarding pickup and delivery timings but Dana kept good communication with me.  I have a new 2019 model of luxury car and it was delivered in very good condition.  Please ask for Dana when you call.

I was truly blessed by this company. They shipped my car from Washington state to Texas in the snow. They said my car will arrive in 7 days. My car arrived in 4 1/2 days. Which was earlier than expected. I'm grateful and thankful. Great company.
