Ship a Car Inc. is the best motorcycle shipping company I have had the pleasure of encountering. This is the second time they have shipped my bike. I have had experience with other shippers and, in my experience, Ship a Car Inc. sets the standard for quality service. This time I had my bike shipped from Santa Fe NM to Florida. Joseph G. was my facilitator. He arranged to have the bike picked up within a couple of days. Considering the shop at which I had left it was closed for a day, this was the first possible opportunity to ship it. Amazing! Joseph thought it might take about six days to deliver the bike to Florida, but it got here in three. Amazing! The bike has a custom paint job and custom parts. There was not one scratch on the bike and everything was in perfect order. These folks have not only demonstrated extreme competency in making what could have been a couple of difficult situations totally stress-free, they all seem to have a great sense of humor. I had a seamless first-time vehicle transport experience with Ship A Car, inc. I know that is largely because of Bob Moran, the coordinator who helped me. Personable, patient, professional, always willing to answer further questions, he gave me excellent customer service and I greatly appreciate it! I was so nervous and dreading getting started but Bob put me at ease and I quickly gained great confidence in the company because of his easy and knowledgeable communication. In addition, the driver dispatched to move my car from Los Angeles To St Petersburg, Florida was punctual, called when he was supposed to, prior to pickup/delivery, and made great time completing the transport. He picked up Monday around 2 pm and delivered at 9 am on that Friday. I have nothing but praise for Ship A Car, Inc. and enthusiastically recommend them!

With the coronavirus raging unabated in the Miami area, I needed to have my car transported to me, at my Lexington, KY home since I couldn’t go back to FL anytime soon. I talked to several vendors. Bob worked with me explaining the process for shipping a car and once I had sent in my paperwork he went to work finding a driver to transport my car. After soliciting price quotes from various transport services, I opted to go with Ship-A-Car because of the pleasantness and warmth of my initial interaction with their service rep. At every stage of the process — from deposit, to driver selection, to pick-up/delivery — Ship-A-Car was as thorough, responsive and reliable as I could ever have hoped. (As it was my first time transporting a vehicle, all of that was important.) I would reuse and recommend them in a second.

I worked with Bob to ship two cars from Wisconsin to South Carolina. I had never shipped vehicles anywhere, so I was nervous throughout the process, and worried that my cars wouldn't be picked up on time. Bob handled my nerves like a pro, was always reassuring and answering my calls quickly. Ultimately, my cars were picked up on time, arrived only two days later (in great shape), and everything went well! If I have to do this again, Bob will be the first and only call I make.

Go with Ship A Car for your Transport Needs! Moving from Minnesota to North Carolina, I was in need of a car shipping service. I called a few different companies for quotes, but Ship A Car was the cheapest. I highly recommend their service. Driver contacted me promptly and met all promised phone contacts and meeting points for pickup and drop off. Driver was clean, courteous, friendly and familiar with the drop off point. Driver noted on the contract each blemish as I took pictures of my car. Car was delivered in excellent condition. As was hoped, car was dropped off on the early end of the delivery time spectrum. I needed a car shipped on a short haul from Nevada to California on an ASAP basis because the hauler I had contracted with cancelled on me at the last minute. We needed to get a car from Bend Or to Wichita KS. I tried calling several places they were either couldn't give me the info or were rude, so I called Ship a car Steve was very helpful, he had pickup arranged for 4 days later (Friday) and our car arrived at our house on Monday.

We are military and we had to ship our 2nd vehicle from JBPH-Hickman, HI to Seattle, Wa. Using Ship-A-Car Inc was the best decision we could have made. They weren't the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for. Bob walked us through the entire process and he was constantly keeping us updated. We shipped our SUV 30 May 17, left Hawaii the very next day. Coming back stateside, we received some grave news. We had a death in the family. We now had to go on emergency leave, but our SUV was on its way to our new duty station. We had to leave right away and didn't know if we would be back in time for the delivery. Bob was an angel! He coordinated everything from our SUV being pick up at Seattle, Wa to the delivery being held without incurring extra charges on our part (Thank you Aaron!). With everything that was going on, it was refreshing for a change to have someone else watching out for us. He made the entire process easy and painless. We couldn't thank him enough. If we could give him 10 stars, we would. If we had to ship a vehicle again, I know exactly where to go, Ship-A-car Inc.

I must apologize for not writing sooner, but our move has extremely long and our household just arrived (computers as well). I can't say enough good things about the excellent service we received! Your communications with us, answering all my questions and keeping me calm all the way through the process were priceless. Our driver "Ihar" was fabulous! He made contact with us and came through as promised on arrival time. He took his time (being a true professional) to make sure that both cars were hooked up nice and tight to ensure no damage would come to them. He took photos of the cars and was very professional and kept in touch with us on his arrival. He was so quick getting our cars to their destination, that he beat us there. He did not complain about having to wait 3 hours, while our plane landed and we made our way over to meet him. The cars were in the same condition as when they left. I had my car shipped from De to FL with no problem. The driver was really nice, friendly and arrived on time. As soon as I landed my car was ready for me to pick up. Anytime I had a question it was easy to get in contact with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Easy and efficient. Finding a driver was a little difficult given my location but Stephen did it! The driver, Pavel, texted me with the estimated time of pick-up which was exact. He told me what day my car would arrive and again, gave me an accurate time of delivery. All went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company.

When Shipped to LA last year the car was three to four weeks late, assume because they had different drivers. You organization only uses one driver and that is the difference...driver kept in touch with me that made delivery so easy. Would recommend you and your organization to anyone.

Transport came when agreed upon. There was some trouble before in that where the car originally was, the streets were too narrow for a large car carrier. No big deal, worked out a day before hand and not at the last minute and we got the car to a place where it could be easily picked up. Actually worked out better for us and the carrier. Driver was a nice guy and very professional. Loaded up in less than 5 minutes. Thank you guys.

I found that Ship a Car is very professional manage Company. My contact Willie Dublin lived up to every obligation he promised. When Willie says he has a driver he has a driver. MY car arrived 3 days a head of scheduled then estimated.

Ship A Car is a really great service. I had them ship my late model Lexus LS 460 from Louisville, Kentucky to Portland, Oregon. They made me feel really comfortable with delivering my vehicle across that long distance. Thad was the name of the driver that helped deliver my vehicle to Portland, Oregon. He's a very nice guy. A "Man's man," so to speak, and really easy to relate to. He stayed in contact with me, and gave me several options of places to meet besides the Portland delivery point. In retrospect, I should have chosen a different meeting location to avoid rush hour traffic, but it all went well. There was only one slight issue. I think he parked the trailer under a large tree, and the tree dripped a bunch of pitch over the car. Luckily, it didn't scratch the paint. I took it to get cleaned, and the guy said it should be fixable by leaving the vehicle under the sun for a week or so. Other than that, everything worked out fine. Ship a Car provided a good service and a pretty decent price.

We have used Bob M. at this location several times to ship our vehicles. He is very personable has always treated us as if we are his top priority. Our vehicles have always been shipped and delivered as promised. He even was able to arrange same day pick up a few days before hurricane Dorian was scheduled to hit Florida which exceeded our expectations. Great service!

My experience with DANA was amazing. She was very profesional from the first phone call. I will give her 10/10 in keeping up with communication when I was concerned with the Truck driver and his lack of communication. Car was picked up on time and delivery was on time. (PA to CA move was done in 4 days). I did have some issue with the truck driver regarding pickup and delivery timings but Dana kept good communication with me. I have a new 2019 model of luxury car and it was delivered in very good condition. Please ask for Dana when you call.

Ship A Car did a good job. Their customer service was sufficient. I didn't have to worry about, “Where's the car? Or what are they doing?” Everything was in a timely manner. They had a man come here and he was of Lithuanian descent and he was new in the country. He was very kind and polite. He knew what he was supposed to do and did his job well. The car was delivered in about a day. He was very efficient. It worked out great.

Being a small online dealer I ship a couple of cars a month. So over the years, I've ran into my fair share of auto transport headaches! I am happy to say that this was my first time giving Ship A Car a try and they delivered the car for the price they originally quoted me and it came safely to my customer in the same condition that I sent it in. The hold time was a bit much... but I understand that they are working on it! Overall great experience and I will start using them all the time. They even sent me at $25 AMEX gift card when I referred my sister to them!

I worked with Danny and he helped me with figuring out how we will ship my trailer. At first I asked if we could put the trailer on a trailer I didnt get any responce to that untill the day before shipping it. We had a little hickup but it all worked out in the end. Danny did an awesome job finding the right person to get my trailer to me. The guys who brought my trailer were awesome they put it right where I wanted it. That was no picknick for them. lol.
