I needed my Dad's '86 TBird brought from Odessa to Dallas so I can restore her to her original beauty. My Dad is gone now and he loved this car. I cried to Pepper about my situation. She is wonderful! Thank you, for bringing the Golden Eagle home!

Cody did a great job getting me my Road King quickly. He was professional and attentive. My profession doesn't allow me to answer my phone so he provided me with his cell phone number so we could communicate via text. I was searching for an Auto Transport company to ship my son's car from Lake Forest, IL to San Diego, CA. He is a Marine and stationed there. From start to finish Ship A Car worked with me to quote a very competitive price. They were very patient as I changed the drop off date a few times because it is very difficult to predict my son's schedule. He was beginning his new MOS with the Marines and he had not received his orders for his shift. I changed the drop off again, from Thursday to Friday when he mentioned that Thursdays he had specific duties and would not be able to leave the base to get his car. It was complicated because for obvious reasons, the delivery truck can't simply drive onto the US Military base. So, my son asked if they could drop the car off at a nearby Target close to the base and provided the address and a date and time that he would be allowed to leave the base. Ship A Car worked with me through all of these logistics. They picked up the car when they agreed and dropped it off as agreed, in perfect condition. My Son, thought this was a better deal than buying a new car at this point. My understanding is that the Marines on the base need some form of transportation. And although my son needed a car, he didn't feel he needed to purchase a brand new car at this time. I can't say enough about the wonderful and patient customer service for Ship A Car. Sam Ladin, the main customer service agent with whom I spoke most frequently, was so awesome! He even called me one evening - after I sent an email changing the drop off logistics - yet again - from his cell phone. He was home having dinner and stopped to deal with my issues! The drivers, Jesus and Saul were extremely professional and courteous as well! I give this company an A+!!!! My son called me and asked me for the contact details of Ship A Car because one of his Marine mates said he would like to do the same thing--ship his car from his home base; also in IL -- to California. I used Ship A Car to coordinate transporting a Ford F550 Boom Lift truck from Waxahatchie, Texas to Portland, OR. This was the first time I had purchased an out of state vehicle and was nervous about the process. I shopped online and called around for quotes and found Ship A Car to be the lowest price by far for a fully insured shipment. Justen was courteous and professional, explained the process in full detail, and quickly put my mind at ease. When I had questions, he was always available to take my call, and made the process very simple from start to finish. He even checked in with me while the truck was en-route to make sure the driver was on schedule. We will be buying another truck soon, and I will definitely call Ship A Car to coordinate the shipment.

Chris the driver and his copilot Jen did a geat job and provided schedule updates on both pick up and detination arrival. The car transport went well and without a hitch. I definetely will use them again.

Transport came when agreed upon. There was some trouble before in that where the car originally was, the streets were too narrow for a large car carrier. No big deal, worked out a day before hand and not at the last minute and we got the car to a place where it could be easily picked up. Actually worked out better for us and the carrier. Driver was a nice guy and very professional. Loaded up in less than 5 minutes. Thank you guys.

I have been in the Automotive business for quite some time and have never had such a great experience dealing with Ship A Car, Inc! Had a rush pickup of 4 2021 Land Cruisers based in MS and needed them delivered to GA. Called them on Tuesday afternoon within an hour they called me back and had a transporter picking all 4 of them up and were at my door Wednesday morning!!! Ship a Car does not ship your car, they contract transporters to ship your cars. They do the leg work for you. Kristina busted her butt to ship a low riding Corvette for me. She even tried to talk me into finding a local guy to do it cheaper! The car didn't run had a flat, needed to be pushed and turned. Kristina found the right team for the job! My experience with DANA was amazing. She was very profesional from the first phone call. I will give her 10/10 in keeping up with communication when I was concerned with the Truck driver and his lack of communication. Car was picked up on time and delivery was on time. (PA to CA move was done in 4 days). I did have some issue with the truck driver regarding pickup and delivery timings but Dana kept good communication with me. I have a new 2019 model of luxury car and it was delivered in very good condition. Please ask for Dana when you call.

Best experience yet with delivery of a vehicle. Quote was competitive, scheduling of pickup was quick, hauler chosen by Fernanda was excellent. Delivery was early and vehicle was unscathed. Extremely happy with my choice of broker. Fernanda kept me up to date with all aspects of the transaction.

I recently relocated and I needed to move my car, so I shopped around. I called around getting quotes, it was a lengthy process; I called ship a car and I was connected to Justin, he was so curtious and informative on the process of shipping a car. He explained to me in detail about the payment process and who to contact in case there was an emergency while my car was being transported. My dad bought my son a car up in Wisconsin and we needed to get it down to Florida. I did a bunch of research online and found that Ship A Car was part of the Better Business Bureau. They had very good reviews. One thing I liked about them a lot was that they didn't badger me with calls all the time, unlike the other companies that I contacted.   Doug was the rep I had and he was wonderful and had very good communication. My dad lives in the middle of nowhere so we made a decision to add more money to the initial quote so that somebody would pick up the car. The driver was very nice and polite. He took pictures of the car. The car was perfect when it arrived and it was just like it was shipped when it left my dad's house. Everything was wonderful. We had such a good experience that my mother-in-law is using Ship A Car to ship her car out to Arizona at the end of the month.

I had a good/positive experience with Ship-A-Car, and Howard Heller (my Ship-A-Car coordinator). I shipped my car from Charleston SC to Phila PA. The car arrived without issue, and actually earlier than expected. Just be aware that you may not get confirmation of final pickup and delivery until 1-3 days before pickup. That caused me a little apprehension as we got closer to the pickup date, but all worked out well. I would use this service again if needed.

The price was right with Ship A Car and their guy was friendly on the phone. His name is David and he did a really good job. My UTV went from Racine to Las Vegas then from Las Vegas back to Racine. Each one was about three to four days. I just called the rep and told him to call me about a day before he got there and an hour before he got there.   They dropped the UTV off in Vegas with my buddy. When we brought it back to Racine, I was there and they gave me a call and told me the time the driver was gonna be there. I met him there and we took the UTV off the truck. It was just exactly the way I left it. The final price for the service was pretty much almost exactly what it was supposed to be. I was very happy with Ship A Car and I'd recommend it

The process was easy. The car was picked up locally in Seattle and delivered on time at a convenient location in Illinois. The truck our car was on was enclosed, so t really wasn?t even dirty when it arrived. The people we worked with were professional and polite.

I’m not a big social media person, but the golf cart got delivered that same day. Guess my cart was too tall to fit the trailer, so the repair shop took the top off and shipped it strapped down to the cart. My son and I were able to reinstall the top and all is well. Thanks Tim Lehman
