My experience with Ship a Car was great. I called the company on Aug 12,20 To arrange transport of my daughter’s car from Los Angeles to Brooklyn, New York. I was connected with Mr Bob Moran who i found to be a pleasure to work with. Mr. Moran made me feel comfortable going forward with Ship a Car even though he was the first person I had actually spoken with regarding my need. Not only did he convince me that Ship a Car was a reputable company (as I did ask several questions) He told me that the car would arrive in Brooklyn within 7 To 10 days and after already speaking with him for maybe 10 minutes I believed him. The car was picked up on Aug 13 and safely arrived in Brooklyn on Aug 20, that sounds like 7 days to me. As mentioned Ship a Car was my first contact so I did not shop for price, however, I am still a happy customer as Mr. Moran told me low price may not be the best price but he was offering was a fair and reasonable price for the service that I would receive. My thanks to Mr. Moran and Ship a Car for a job well done.

I was a little nervous transporting my mother in laws Altima from Dallas to Plymouth. I called Ship a car and spoke with Bob M. He took the time to answer all my questions and was able to get a driver for me that day. The driver Vlad called me within the hour and picked up her car that night and it was even delivered a day early. When we are ready to transport her car back to Dallas I will definitely be calling Bob. Thanks again!

This is a five star company had my car to my house exactly when they said they would. Smith who set every thing up is truly a man of his word. Excellent Service!! After speaking to three transport companies that didn't impress me, I called Ship A Car, Inc...Wow.Danny, the agent, made me feel at ease as he spoke with confidence and assured me I will not have to worry and I did not worry at all. Danny founded a driver in one hour!! Issachar Simmons (truck driver ) was efficient and professional! He transported my son's truck to Ft Hood Texas without any problems or delays and did not hesitate to pick up the truck from my house. Wow! I highly recommend Ship A Car Inc.Money Well Spent!

Cameron provided excellent service. He was always reachable by phone. My family shipped 3 cars from Florida to Massachusetts. The 2 drivers were also easily reachable and treated us with great concern and respect. These guys were exception. We had moved to Florida in June and used another carrier which was a fiasco. Lost my job and moved back to MA and once again, if you need someone you can trust, use "Ship a Car" and ask for Cameron.

Used Ship a Car Inc. to bring a vehicle from Pennsylvania to Indiana. Raymond the driver was awesome, very professional and kept in communication with me throughout the transport to let me know time of arrival. However, this transaction with Willie Dublin and Ship-a-Car has clearly been the most trouble free and professional. I would use them again, and completely recommend them to other users.

Bob was AMAZING! I was in such a bind and had just found out some bad news about my dad’s health. Bob was very understanding and turned my situation into a positive one. He was very quick at responding back to me and very knowledgeable. It put my mind at ease and all I had to do was sit back and wait for my car to come. It took little time to travel from WA to VA and the driver was very nice as well. Bob called to check up on how the delivery went and that in itself was really nice! Showed me he truly cares about his customers! I will definitely be using this service again and have already recommended Bob to a few friends. I had a motorcycle shipped on October 3rd, 2017. I would rate this shipment at 4.75 stars. The motorcycle was in excellent condition upon arrival. The communication with the driver was a bit lacking. I had to contact him to get info on when he would pick up and when he would arrive here. I had no idea when we were going to receive our shipment without contacting him.

Tough move from all the way across the country. 2000 miles. If you have a tough move ahead ask for this guy. I Won't use anyone else neither should you.

Sometimes my husband had trouble with the actual drivers. But Ship A Car always got them straightened up for him.

I can not speak more highly of the assistance Joseph G. provided me throughout this process to date. When I first worked with Joseph on this shipment, he told me that if I needed anything during the shipment stage, to let him know. And he was true to his words! When I had to change the person who was going to drop my car off at the shipping port, he immediately contacted Matson to make that change. On the day of the drop off, an issue came up regarding the acceptance of my vehicle at the port, so I called Joseph to see if he could assist. He immediately attempted to get in touch with me to see how he could assist. When I didn't pick up his call, he right away contacted the person I had told him was going to drop the car off at Matson to find out the problem. I then called Joe back, and discussed the problem with him. After a discussion, he gave me pointers to resolve the issue, and requested that I contact him about any subsequent next steps that he could assist with to ensure the car was accepted on that day, which was actually the final day to have my auto on the next ship. I am greatly impressed with the care and concern that Joseph displayed with my situation. He had a definite "can do" attitude, and was ready to jump in head first in order to help me in any way he could to make sure the shipment was a success. To add importance is that I am attempting to have my car shipped from Honolulu to California while I am trying to manage this as I currently am located in Dallas. Having Joseph as my wing man and a concerned and very responsive primary contact point is invaluable, since this is such a long distance transaction for me. If Joseph is a true representative of Ship A Car and the character of their associates, Ship A Car and Joseph deserve 5 Stars and beyond. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.

I had a seamless first-time vehicle transport experience with Ship A Car, inc. I know that is largely because of Bob M., the coordinator who helped me. Personable, patient, professional, always willing to answer further questions, he gave me excellent customer service and I greatly appreciate it! I was so nervous and dreading getting started but Bob put me at ease and I quickly gained great confidence in the company because of his easy and knowledgeable communication. In addition, the driver dispatched to move my car from Los Angeles To St Petersburg, Florida was punctual, called when he was supposed to, prior to pickup/delivery, and made great time completing the transport. He picked up Monday around 2 pm and delivered at 9 am on that Friday. I have nothing but praise for Ship A Car, Inc. and enthusiastically recommend them!

I used Ship A Car Inc to transport my car from California to Wisconsin. After reading a few reviews, yes, the transport truck could be a double decker truck with several cars. Therefore, the driver will ask you to meet him/her at a location near your home...This was my first time shipping a car . How do you find a reputable company? Well, I prayed and read reviews.. I spoke with Bob at Ship A Car, I felt comfortable with the rate and transportation terms. I had no issues. There were no hidden fees, the car was delivered on time and no damages. Thanks Bob for beinging friendly and honest.

These guys are true professionals!! From Len who made the arrangements to the driver picking up my babies, everyone was considerate of the cars they haul and the people who hire them. Bob Moran with Ship a Car was the best! I would recommend them to anyone, it was a great experience from the start to the end. We had a car shipped between states and he was so on top of handling the process with the dealer, the driver and coordinating with us. He was so helpful and responsive.

I called for quote and talked to Willie. He gave good quote and explained how everything would go. I was sending my military son's new motorcycle (sent his last one last year). I was very happy with Willie and Ship A Car but didn't have good communication with KP Turbo Transport. The driver did not speak English well and did not do an inspection of bike before loading even though I asked for it twice. I had taken pictures before it went on truck so could show the paint chip on the fender was not there before the trip but have not been able to reach them - phone always has you leave a message but they don't call back and email is unanswered. It was picked up promptly and delivered very quickly though.

Always knew I could count on them to exceed all expectations when it comes to proving a service. Huge thank you to the company who moved my car at such short notice after receiving a call from me at 2:30 pm yesterday. I would like to thank you for helping me figure out what was going on with the vehicle we were trying to ship to CA. As of our last conversation, you found that our car was no longer on the list to be picked up by a driver/broker. Apparently our car did ship out later that day. It is on its way to CA, but this has been an exasperating experience for us and one we hope never to repeat. Your kindness, despite the fact that you did not have a contract with us, was much appreciated. Also your willingness to explain a bit about what goes on behind the scenes was much appreciated. I hope you continue to do well working for Ship A Car, Inc. It is unfortunate we did not initiate our move with you and your company. Perhaps we would not have had such a sour experience.

I've been working with Ship A Car for years. Danny over there takes care of me well. He gets me a broker right away. The few times I've had issues with the carrier, he helped me take care of it. I've done several vehicles and everything went well. When I book, I call him up on his number. I text him the location, where it's being shipped to, where it's coming from, and the VIN number. He does a search, sends me a quote, tells me about what it should be, even before I even bid on the vehicle. He does a good job coming in with that radius and getting me someone right away.

Being a university student in a town up in Northern California that is isolated from big cities, I was stressing so much about how I was going to get my non-running vehicle back to Southern California. Bob Moran went above and beyond with helping me. I have never experienced such high quality care for customers. He took the time out of his busy day to try to get a carrier that would fit my school's parking lot and get continuous contact with me. I appreciate his help and he even called me for a follow up just to make sure my vehicle had arrived in good shape. Called Ship A Car Inc without knowing what to expect. After receiving help from Bob Moran my expectations were far surpassed. He went above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle had the smoothest transfer from Northern California to Southern California. He even took the time to follow up with the delivery. I will definitely be recommending.

I called up Ship A Car and they were very courteous on the phone. They were understanding that at my age, I'm not quick on the computer and on a whole bunch of things. But I knew what I wanted. They said they would find somebody. They said, "Give us a day." They came back and gave me a basic price. Then they came back and said, "We found somebody who will do it for $50 less. It's enclosed. Everything is perfect. We've had a lot of good feedback with them." So I gave them my credit card and they took their money. I also paid for the extra insurance because it was a specialty car.   Ship A Car reduced the amount that they would get in their pocket by $50 when carrier number one could not pick up the car timely and they had to go to carrier number two, which was the fellow I ended up with. It was perfect. The guys were personable and it was a nice experience. The only thing was that I didn't know when the driver was going to show up. They said, "We'll pick it up Friday or Tuesday or Wednesday or whatever." They couldn't give me a time. So the gentleman called me and said that they were stuck at the car dealership so instead of getting here at 10 in the morning, they were going to arrive at 2:00 or 3:00. He kept me posted along the way telling me when he was going to arrive. So it was a pleasant experience. When the driver pulled up, he had a Porsche in there, which he pulled out and then put my car in the middle because of the way it was going to be dropped off at the other location. They strapped it all down. He took pictures before it left. Then it was in Nebraska from Long Island in a couple of days. They said it could take anywhere from four to six days, but it only took two and a half days. I was very pleased. My son looked at the car when it arrived and it arrived just the way it left.

I would use Ship a Car again in a heartbeat everyone was very professional and courteous.. They kept me up to date on every part of the shipment.. The truck and the people who delivered the car were great.

Chad at Ship a Car Inc was awesome! Shipped my vehicle from South Dakota to Oregon. Not a very popular route but Chad ensured me he would find me a driver. First contact was on March 27 with Chad, he had a driver ready to go on April 3. On April 4th as the driver was en-route to SD his truck broke down. Chad called immediately and let me know what was going on. He said he was not going to wait for the driver to fix his truck and wanted to find a new trucking company. He called back on April 5th with a company and driver he felt much better about Little Sequatchie Transport LLC. Both Chad and the driver kept me in the loop the entire trip with pictures of my vehicle loaded on the truck, ETA's, etc... My vehicle arrived on April 11th and I couldn't be happier! Thanks to Chad at Ship a Car Inc and Bobby at Little Sequatchie Transport my vehicle arrived in a timely manner safe and sound! I Would definitely recommend Ship a Car Inc if you need to ship your vehicle!!!

I used SHIP A CAR INC for my recent move from VA to CA. Pepper provided great customer service throughout the process. At the last minute, the driver had an issue with their truck and a new driver/transport co. had to be found. That transport co. was Bayka transport. The dispatcher and driver were inefficient at communicating with me, and expected me to drive to meet them, instead of providing the door to door service that was promised. The issues were worked out, but I will be wary of shipping my car in the future.

Had ship a car schedule a transport of a trailer I needed moved. Kristina was very nice and helpful with my requests and got the trailer to me quickly.

She gave me estimate and told me what to expect... Stayed in contact with me threw the entire process of booking, handling transport, and getting vehicles delivered. Transporters were kind, helpful and capable...Just an OVERALL, Good experience... What a BLESSING these people are, in today's world of mishaps... Five Star Rating in my opinion... I had to move from Ohio Kent to California SLO. After a long search, I found ShipaCar and read its review. Everyone says they are indeed good. Then talked to Harry Burge from ShipaCar. He is the man of word. He is polite and response your call immediately. I got my car exactly the day I wanted there in SLO. I always recommend all of my friends who need to ship their car.

These guys were able to help transport our vehicle within a 8 day span. They are fast, and Joseph provides great communication throughout the whole process. We are a used car dealership so obviously the treatment of our vehicle during transport was a big factor, yet the driver did not leave a single scratch on the vehicle that the Auto Auction had not previously done a report on. I was truly blessed by this company. They shipped my car from Washington state to Texas in the snow. They said my car will arrive in 7 days. My car arrived in 4 1/2 days. Which was earlier than expected. I'm grateful and thankful. Great company.

The rep who answered the phone was a car person. He explained to me that his dad had lots of cars and he had a Dairy Queen and they parked their cars out front. I’ve always been around race cars and he has a racecar. So, out of all the people I talked to, whoever that rep was, he was the most knowledgeable. He is probably Ship A Car’s best salesman. The car was to be transported to my house and they said it would be here Friday. I was out of town and I was driving back from Fort Worth in the evening on Wednesday, and I get a call. The man said that he would like to drop off my car that night. I said that I was not even at my house and asked how he got down so fast. It was Wednesday. He said not to worry about it and asked if he could drop it off between 7:00 and 8:00.   I got up in the morning and my wife informed me that the sprinkler people were coming. So at 7:15, at least four pickup trucks and about eight guys showed up, and they all parked around our house. And at 7:45, a neighbor, two houses down, was replacing their fence. So, another four trucks showed up with eight guys. And accordingly, I’m going, “Where is this guy?” And sure enough, here he comes with the transport, zigzagging in between all these parked trucks. He asked where he would park. I told him to back it in our cul-de-sac and he did. Then, the local security guard asked if I was moving. I told him I was getting a car delivered. So, he stops. There must be 20 people, all watching. Then the driver asked if I knew how to drive a stick shift. He couldn’t get the car out of the carrier because he couldn’t drive a stick. So I told him I would help him. He’s got two cars in the carrier, mine, which follow in the front, and another car that’s barely turned over. It’s shaking and rattling, and he backs that out. He puts it in neutral and it’s just sitting there idly. He comes back in and gives me the keys. I asked him if he realized how much space there was between the door and the carrier and I couldn't get in the car. He’s a skinny guy so he gets in the car. I told him to wind the window down, get out of the car and let me see if I can hold on the top of the carrier, and I’ll get in like a racecar driver. So, that’s what I did. And the moment I turned on that car, I was in heaven. The sound of that car gave me goosebumps, and I backed it up probably about a half a mile per hour, super slow. I drive around all the cars and I said that I got to inspect this because it was way dustier than what the photo showed. I looked at it and it was perfect. Finally, my wife started talking to the two other people that wanted to talk to me but I said that I gotta get this in the garage and check it out. The driver was gonna leave and once he leaves, if there were any problems, it’s sorry, Charlie. Then, we paid the driver and he was all smiles because it was 1s, 5s, 10s, 20s and 50s. We hadn't had a chance to go to the bank to just give him a 100. And he got in his trailer. It was a very nice experience.

I recently had Ship A Car INC move a vehicle from Milwaukee, WI to Worcester, MA. I have used them several times before and always very pleased with the way they treat me. I have a good rapport with the sales guy and they usually pick up the vehicles the same say. I like them a lot! I would definitely recommend them.
