Excellent customer service from Dana Briones from inquiry until the successful drop off of my new car from Pennsylvania to Los Angeles, CA. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring and made herself available when I called to check on the location of my car after 4 days. I was also provided with the driver's full name and cell phone number. I most appreciate that Dana was honest about the estimated transport pick up and delivery time frame. The driver Alex was the absolute best. He called me and the car dealership the morning he picked up my new car. We spoke about 4 days later and he told me his expected delivery day. On that day, he texted me to let me know the time based on his GPS. He arrived earlier than expected. This was my first time purchasing a car from the internet, from another state and using an auto transportation company. I did have anxiety in the beginning. However, EVERYTHING went smooth and I have nothing but great things to say about Dana and Ship a Car Inc.

Efficient and communicated from beginning to end. Bob Moran was superb in how he handled my urgent need to get me moved. From the dispatcher, Rose, to the kind driver, Ted, all treated my urgency with respect. My car was picked up 1 day sooner and delivered on time and was I happy. I had previously booked with another company and had to cancel after waiting for them 3 days with still no driver. Bob called as a follow up call and let him take over as soon as I cancelled with other company. He worked fast in arranging and taking care of our needs. Thank you

Recently my family and I moved and needed to have one of our cars shipped. Not ever needing to this before, Meredith made the transition smooth. She contacted throughout the whole process to make sure we were satisfied. I thank her for great customer service and would refer her and the company to anyone needing shipping services.

I called for quote and talked to Willie. He gave good quote and explained how everything would go. I was sending my military son's new motorcycle (sent his last one last year). I was very happy with Willie and Ship A Car but didn't have good communication with KP Turbo Transport. The driver did not speak English well and did not do an inspection of bike before loading even though I asked for it twice. I had taken pictures before it went on truck so could show the paint chip on the fender was not there before the trip but have not been able to reach them - phone always has you leave a message but they don't call back and email is unanswered. It was picked up promptly and delivered very quickly though.

If you decide to book with this company, definitely stay away from sales agent THEO BROWN. I explained clearly to the agent that my spouse's work would be providing the payment for the shipment and that under no circumstances should my card be charged without contacting me. I then received a call directly after my call, stating that my card was needing to be charged and I had to commit to a carrier immediately. After expressing that I wasn't feeling comfortable with the transaction (I also did not feel comfortable with the agent's bullying tone), I told agent Theo Brown that I would like to go ahead and cancel my reservation. The agent's overall unprofessionalism, rude tone (he kept interrupting me and wouldn't allow me to ask my questions), and poor communication skills made me skeptical to begin with. The agent told me in his exact words, "Man, you are stupid. You are an idiot." And then proceeded to hang up on me. Did I mention that prior to this he told me that he had enough customers and didn't need me? My recommendation... Stay Away. I found better quotes and superior service with Montway, which also has no hidden fees. Even though I didn't book with them, even Amerifreight and Ship a Car Direct had both better pricing and MUCH better agents. I write this review simply to help people avoid the horrible experience I had. There are WAY BETTER options out there!

I contacted BOB because some friends that also used the service. He was incredibly personable very helpful got right back to me and I thought his price was very fair. It is all because of BOB but I decided to go with this particular service. I guarantee our use them many times. I've been working with Ship A Car for years. Danny over there takes care of me well. He gets me a broker right away. The few times I've had issues with the carrier, he helped me take care of it. I've done several vehicles and everything went well. When I book, I call him up on his number. I text him the location, where it's being shipped to, where it's coming from, and the VIN number. He does a search, sends me a quote, tells me about what it should be, even before I even bid on the vehicle. He does a good job coming in with that radius and getting me someone right away.

Kevin poteet was the driver he was just woderful he knew i was nervous anout my classic and vave me a hug told he would take care of my baby and he did just that. Opon delivery informed my husband 1 tire was low and he should fill it. Just ver observant and kind . Fabulous job.

I would allow this company to transport my car again I first spoke with Bob, who is a very pleasant, easy to talk to, caring fellow. He goes beyond most companies in trying to find a car transporter for the date needed. He returns calls quickly and stays in touch with updates. I really enjoyed working with him as he's just so pleasant and on top of things.

Howard H. with Ship A Car did a great job. There was difficulty finding a transport in our timeframe even though we had given over a months notice. Howard stepped up and provided an enclosed transport for the price of an open one. Great Service, highly recommended.

The customer service lady I had, Nicole Wilson, was very helpful and made sure everything was set up right. She called and made sure it was all ready to go so that the car carrier driver could pick my car up and everything. She also called me back to make sure it was delivered like it was supposed to in proper time. That was pretty cool. It was a great experience. The customer service I had was excellent. We found the car moving industry is unfortunately full of companies who promise everything, and deliver nothing. This was my first time ever transporting a car and I have nothing but great things to say about the experience! My contact, Bob, was unbelievably helpful. Walked me though everything and made it unbelievably easy! The driver showed up to the exact location and was very professional. The transportation from origin to destination was very fast as well. My only complaint was I was not given a photo of my driver so it took a couple of minutes to verify that the guy picking up my car was the correct person. But the driver was very understanding and super helpful in the verification process. I would recommend this comanpy to anyone transporting their vehicle to any part of the country, especially if this is your first time ever trying to do so.

I had a seamless first-time vehicle transport experience with Ship A Car, inc. I know that is largely because of Bob M., the coordinator who helped me. Personable, patient, professional, always willing to answer further questions, he gave me excellent customer service and I greatly appreciate it! I was so nervous and dreading getting started but Bob put me at ease and I quickly gained great confidence in the company because of his easy and knowledgeable communication. In addition, the driver dispatched to move my car from Los Angeles To St Petersburg, Florida was punctual, called when he was supposed to, prior to pickup/delivery, and made great time completing the transport. He picked up Monday around 2 pm and delivered at 9 am on that Friday. I have nothing but praise for Ship A Car, Inc. and enthusiastically recommend them!

Had a rush pickup of 4 2021 Land Cruisers based in MS and needed them delivered to GA. Called them on Tuesday afternoon within an hour they called me back and had a transporter picking all 4 of them up and were at my door Wednesday morning!!!
