Pennsylvania to Arizona Car Shipping

I called Ship A Car to arrange the shipment of a BMW I purchased online from CT to Florida. Ship A Car was very professional, explained the entire process thoroughly and provided me with all of the info needed to stay in touch with my driver throughout the week as he transported my car to me. I would use them again to arrange transportation for me.

I work with Steve directly. He's my Ship A Car go-to guy. He's been nothing short of fantastic for me. I probably send him out about three quotes a day, and he gets back to me the same day. It's usually within a couple of hours. So, he's been great. All I do is send him an email with what I need, and he fires right back. He gets at least one or two bikes a week from me. I send out anywhere from 10 to 15 bikes a month. So, I use Ship A Car quite a bit. They’re great.

My car arrived within 4 days of pick-up. I was surprised because of bad weather that was happening bringing rain and ice. The driver was an interesting fellow who drives a 2 car carrier. We were able to talk to him for a few minutes and learned that his home is in New Mexico. He took great care unloading mine and another gentlemen's vehicle both going to the base. For future reference on delivering or picking up any vehicle from Minot. There is a church about one mile north of the main gate. It's perfect for loading and unloading vehicles. My Hyundai arrived in the same condition that I left it, dirty. But none the worse for wear. I was disappointed though, that it took 11 days to be picked up and the fee was re-nogotiated. My suggestion for a growing company is to find more carriers that will except credit card payments. Thank you for working so hard to be a part of the BBB and having a good website it was what persuaded me to choose you over other carriers. My family has asked for your number and I will be happy to give it. Ship a car Inc was informative, allowed the use of a credit card, hired a good driver, my vehicle arrived safe and within a week of pick-up, you are given the carrier's number to communicate drop off day and time, once the day of pick-up was finally arranged the pick up happened in a timely manner. Very professional from start to finish. The booking agent (Len) was always available and reached out to me at every step of the process. The driver assigned to me (Jerry) was also an excellent communicator, took great care with my car and delivered it exactly as promised. I would definitely use this company again!

Scheduled pick up with this company, got a pick up date, when my dodge viper arrived it had been driven with out my permission and gps was stolen. The customers service is good and good communication but lil was done to resolve this issue.

His customer service deserves him to be an owner of this company. And he should get a raise of 50% in my opinion. Because he communicated on a level that all customer service people should learn from this man. He returned calls and texts with in 24 hours and was honest and transparent if he could meet your deadline. Harry, The car arrived today. Everything is great. I always say there is a reason things happen the way they do. Hazelwood is a professional hauler. They have the trucks to get the job done and they're courteous, professional, and extremely friendly. They make you want to do business with them. I'm glad they're the ones who brought the car here. I would recommend them to anyone and I recommend you put them at the top of your list.

I would use Ship a car again this was my first time using this type of service and they said they would have my vehicle delivered Sunday maybe Monday afternoon. It was delivered a few days earlier on Friday afternoon so I have a lot of RESPECT. A job well done.

Excellent customer service from Dana Briones from inquiry until the successful drop off of my new car from Pennsylvania to Los Angeles, CA. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring and made herself available when I called to check on the location of my car after 4 days. I was also provided with the driver's full name and cell phone number. I most appreciate that Dana was honest about the estimated transport pick up and delivery time frame. The driver Alex was the absolute best. He called me and the car dealership the morning he picked up my new car. We spoke about 4 days later and he told me his expected delivery day. On that day, he texted me to let me know the time based on his GPS. He arrived earlier than expected. This was my first time purchasing a car from the internet, from another state and using an auto transportation company. I did have anxiety in the beginning. However, EVERYTHING went smooth and I have nothing but great things to say about Dana and Ship a Car Inc.

Bob is fantistic, Contracted a car hauler (Road Runner) a month early. I called them day before ship date and they hadn't done anything. Called Bob and he had a hauler at pick up place in less then 24 hours. Hauling company was fantistic. Thanks Bob.

Prompt response to initial contact. Primary contact, Chris, was friendly, courteous, experienced and honest. Initial contact from shipping company was prompt and friendly. Driver contacted me promptly and met all promised phone contacts and meeting points for pickup and drop off. Driver was clean, courteous, friendly and familiar with the drop off point. Driver noted on the contract each blemish as I took pictures of my car. Car was delivered in excellent condition. As was hoped, car was dropped off on the early end of the delivery time spectrum. My experience with Ship A Car Inc was excellent and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I was a little nervous transporting my mother in laws Altima from Dallas to Plymouth. I called Ship a car and spoke with Bob M. He took the time to answer all my questions and was able to get a driver for me that day. The driver Vlad called me within the hour and picked up her car that night and it was even delivered a day early. Everything was pleasant with Ship A Car. They were easy to communicate with and the driver was easy to work with. The car was transported from Grand Junction to Tulsa and the final cost was lower than the initial quote I was given. It was a good experience and I'd do it again if I need to.

This was my first time using Ship A Car, and overall it was a really good experience. I shipped my Lexus from Manhattan to Michigan. Initially, I was really nervous about sending my vehicle. I went with Ship A Car after reading through some of their positive reviews. The only reason I rated them as a 4 instead of a 5 was because of a $200 price jump. I was informed this might happen due to the delivery destination, but still, extra costs are extra costs. Other than that, I had an excellent experience. They did a really good job with handling my Lexus. The shipment took about 2 days. There was no damage and the vehicle wasn't dirty when I received it. I would recommend them.

Dana was a great representative. She knew texting was best for me and accommodated my request for preferred contact. She understood my timeline and was very patient with me. The carrier showed up at my door in Florida to pick up the motorcycles on time and put them in my garage in RI, parked and cared for perfectly even before I arrived home. I watched Mike secure our bikes on the truck. He was very tolerant and patient with us. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for our motorcycle transport.

The entire process was so smooth and professionally handled. From Meredith our transport agent to Justin our transport driver it was a seamless process. We needed our car shipped from the west coast to our new home nearly 2200 miles away. We were in nearly constant communication with Meredith who provided updates promptly. When we had a hiccup on our end, our driver, Justin worked with us with no problem. Our car was delivered on the date and time promised and in undamaged condition. i am very pleased with Jocelyn with Ship a Car, she helped me with booking a driver to ship a car to my son from Georgia to Utah. I was sceptical at first from talking to other compananies and they were giving me different answers about a quote. I was nervous, having never shipped a car before, but after speaking with Justen walked me through the process I felt much more at ease. My car arrived to my destination one day early, totally intact, and with promised pricing. I originally did not want to do closed-carrier options due to prices, however Justen found one that could pick up within my time window AND that was only $100 more than the open carry (as opposed to most closed places being $300+ more than open).
