This company was simply amazing from beginning to end! We used Ship A Car to relocate my mom from California to Illinois. When I tell you the professionalism that we received, the keeping in contact to let you know when they were close and the overall care that was used for her vehicle was absolutely priceless! Ship A Car is a really great service. I had them ship my late model Lexus LS 460 from Louisville, Kentucky to Portland, Oregon. They made me feel really comfortable with delivering my vehicle across that long distance. Thad was the name of the driver that helped deliver my vehicle to Portland, Oregon. He's a very nice guy. A "Man's man," so to speak, and really easy to relate to. He stayed in contact with me, and gave me several options of places to meet besides the Portland delivery point. In retrospect, I should have chosen a different meeting location to avoid rush hour traffic, but it all went well. There was only one slight issue. I think he parked the trailer under a large tree, and the tree dripped a bunch of pitch over the car. Luckily, it didn't scratch the paint. I took it to get cleaned, and the guy said it should be fixable by leaving the vehicle under the sun for a week or so. Other than that, everything worked out fine. Ship a Car provided a good service and a pretty decent price.

I recently purchased a truck for my daughter in NJ and needed it transported to her in Florida. Bob was very easy and pleasant to work with. His price was competitive. The truck arrived (safely) exactly when and where they said it would, and the carrier was dependable and vey responsive. I would definitely use them again, and would recommend to anyone who needs a vehicle transported!

My husband and I just had our cars delivered by a Ship A Car and we have to say that the service provided by them was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The driver said he would arrive to pick up our cars at Noon and let me say he was there exactly at Noon. Our cars were picked up on a Saturday and by Wednesday afternoon we had them (picked up in New York and dropped off in Florida). We would highly recommend this company.

I used Ship A Car, Inc. to move two cars from Des Moines, WA to Blue Springs, MO. They hired Nationwide to transport my cars. The contract stated they would arrive no earlier than April 26th to pick up my cars. On April 24th I received a call from the driver stating he would be arriving April 25th pick up my cars. I said I needed my car on the 25th as stated he was not suppose to arrive until at least the 26th. He told me that the only other day he could pick up my cars was on the 29th which was my morning flight to MO. I contacted Ship A Car and they reconfirmed that he will arrive on April 28th to pick up my cars. On April 28th I receive a call from the driver stating he would be there between 6-7 PM. I called at 8 PM to see where he was and he told me that he stopped at a rest stop for awhile and would be there around 8:30 PM. Well, at 9:30 PM I called again and he said his truck broke down. He arrived in a car at 10 PM to sign for the cars. this was stressful as we were to leave on a flight the next morning. Upon arrival near Blue Springs, MO he stated that he needed to park in a large lot about 1.9 miles from my location. I did not realized he was hauling a nine car carrier and I needed to find a way to the lot which was 1.9 miles away. Upon arrival, I paid the driver in cash as they do not allow a credit card. This experience was less than desirable. If you use this carrier, don't be surprise that you may have to drive your vehicles to some large lot for loading and again to a large lot to retrive your vehicles. I doubt that other carriers would be any better. My cars made a trip to Chicago, etc. before arriving at their destination. Just don't be surprised to be inconvenienced in a similar manner no matter what carrier you use. There are some out there that take initial money and you never hear from them again. Check reviews before hiring.

Joseph Gorfien was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive each step of the shipment of my four seater golf car from picking it up on Marco Island to delivery in Roswell Ga. - picked up on the 4th and delivered on the 5th just as quoted which was a reasonable price. Thank you Joseph!

The rep I worked with, Lawrence K., was knowledgeable and helpful. Very customer service oriented. He answered my many questions and went the extra mile to save me some money and find the best way to transport our car. I liked the tips on "preparing your car for transport". I received a professional quote. Lawrence communicated well by phone, text and email. He walked me through the document signing so that went smoothly. He was easygoing and friendly. A friend referred us, as she had a good experience too. I got two estimates from other shipping companies, but I felt most secure with Lawrence and he's one of the main reasons we went with Ship a Car, Inc.

Had a great experience. Fernanda was very helpful and easy to communicate with. They picked up my 68 Camaro the very next day. And when it arrived it was just as promised. Thank you and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle moved.

Although this Company did not ship my car. Their response to my needs and great customer services showed me that they actually were looking to help me. I have never had a car transported before. I was very nervous about my pick up. Cody G was exceptional at helping me feel comfortable shipping my pick up "Ruby". Cody kept updated on the process. Then the driver Mario from Santiago Transportation was dispatched out to pick up "Ruby". He was so nice and understood how much my "Ruby" means to me. He was driving Ruby from Lawton, Oklahoma to Fountain Hills, Arizona and landed her at the exact time that was scheduled. No problems whatsoever! Best customer service experience!!! They really care.

I can't say enough good things about this company and specifically Bob Moran. Bob has now helped me with shipping two of my family's vehicles (MI to CA in 2016 and CA to NY). The first time I worked with him he was saving me because another company never showed up. And today when I worked with him he helped me get our car to NY where my fiancé has just started his new job. I spoke to him for the first time about it this morning and we have the car getting picked up at my home tomorrow morning. He made me feel like family and made something (shipping your car across the country), that I consider being stressful, so simple and easy. I am beyond impressed with Bob's customer service and the work he does. Any time I hear that someone needs to ship a car I will be throwing Bob's information at them and maybe even offer to set it up for them because it was that pleasant of an experience. Larry Farber of Ship a Car Inc. helped my daughter and I get her car transported from New Jersay to Utah. We had a difficult time schedule to meet, but Larry worked hard and did a great job coordinating events for us. His communication was very good. Highly recommend him!

And very quick service. My transporter Radu was very courteous and professional, he was able to deliver my car a day early! He notified me a time he would be at my home and then notified me again that he would be 20 minutes later and he was sorry. Then when he arrived he apologized again that he was a little late--GREAT COMMUNICATION. Wonderful people.

Chad at Ship a Car Inc was awesome! Shipped my vehicle from South Dakota to Oregon. Not a very popular route but Chad ensured me he would find me a driver. First contact was on March 27 with Chad, he had a driver ready to go on April 3. On April 4th as the driver was en-route to SD his truck broke down. Chad called immediately and let me know what was going on. He said he was not going to wait for the driver to fix his truck and wanted to find a new trucking company. He called back on April 5th with a company and driver he felt much better about Little Sequatchie Transport LLC. Both Chad and the driver kept me in the loop the entire trip with pictures of my vehicle loaded on the truck, ETA's, etc... My vehicle arrived on April 11th and I couldn't be happier! Thanks to Chad at Ship a Car Inc and Bobby at Little Sequatchie Transport my vehicle arrived in a timely manner safe and sound! I Would definitely recommend Ship a Car Inc if you need to ship your vehicle!!!

that my son's 2002 Toyota Camry arrived in Washington (Bangor Naval Base) last night. Everything went fantastic…from the car being picked up on Long Island on 10/29 to it being delivered on 11/4. It was estimated to take 8-11 days but arrived in less time. So happy with your company and will recommend to other military families and anyone else that needs a car transported. We went with Ship-A-Car because we were unable to do cash to ship a car. ($900 was their quote.) I was to the understanding that there would be a $250 deposit charged when the contract was picked up and the remaining $650 would be charged upon delivery. WRONG! Ship-a-Car went with a company that does NOT do credit cards. Now we are having to work with the transport company and Ship-a-Car was able to basically take $250 from us just to do the same damned thing we could have done on our own if we had the cash. I will never use them again and will never recommend them.

Excellent service : on time pickup, on time delivery, excellent tracking and communication and NO DAMAGE. My 2014 Harley was carefully strapped to a pallet and transported by Heritage Motorcycle transport exactly as quoted. I would recommend this company highly, although I felt the brokerage part of the cost was $100 too high based on other quotes I received.

Cameron B was extremely helpful in explaining the process of shipping my vehicle. I was quoted a fair price and had no surprises or extra hidden fees. Will use them again in the event I need to transport more vehicles. Excellent professional service and fair competitive pricing.

I cannot say enough positive things about Steve and Ship a Car. This is our second experience in needing to ship a vehicle, but our first experience with this company. We hired this company to help us transport our vehicles from Hawaii to Michigan. Steve either always answered his phone or was extremely prompt in returning my phone calls. Their pricing was extremely competitive and the best price around at the time we booked them. Every detail was explained thoroughly and every question answered. Our vehicles arrived on time, one actually arrived early, with no damage from the transporters dispatched by Ship a Car. If you need to transport a vehicle, I recommend that you give serious consideration to Ship a Car (and Steve).

Ship a car Inc was an absolutely fantastic company to go through Lisa was my initial contact and she got me through this whole process after we done business with another company that turned out to be fraudulent Lisa got the situation turned around so that she could have a driver in Rochester New York the next day the drivers probably showed up within the one hour time frame that they promised they kept in contact with my daughter who was in Los Angeles waiting to receive the car they told her that they would be there at 6:30 7 days later and they were there promptly at 6:30 I would absolutely positively not hesitate to do business with this company again absolutely fantastic thank you so much.

Ship a Car Inc. is the best motorcycle shipping company I have had the pleasure of encountering. This is the second time they have shipped my bike. I have had experience with other shippers and, in my experience, Ship a Car Inc. sets the standard for quality service. This time I had my bike shipped from Santa Fe NM to Florida. Joseph Gorfien was my facilitator. He arranged to have the bike picked up within a couple of days. Considering the shop at which I had left it was closed for a day, this was the first possible opportunity to ship it. Amazing! Joseph thought it might take about six days to deliver the bike to Florida, but it got here in three. Amazing! The bike has a custom paint job and custom parts. There was not one scratch on the bike and everything was in perfect order. These folks have not only demonstrated extreme competency in making what could have been a couple of difficult situations totally stress-free, they all seem to have a great sense of humor. I love these folks! Thank you for a couple of wonderful experiences, Ship a Car. I highly recommend their service. In the future, I won’t use anyone else.

You guys are unbelievable! You made this so easy...... This was our first time transporting a car and after vetting-out all the unscrupulous brokers we found Ship A Car. You provided a covered transport two days... My mechanic says that is unheard of... In all the years he has transported vehicles the shortest time was 1 week... The assigned transport driver kept us informed of the progress and delivered the vehicle from Santa Rosa CA to Indio CA in 1 day! I can not speak more highly of the assistance Joseph G. provided me throughout this process to date. When I first worked with Joseph on this shipment, he told me that if I needed anything during the shipment stage, to let him know. And he was true to his words! When I had to change the person who was going to drop my car off at the shipping port, he immediately contacted Matson to make that change. On the day of the drop off, an issue came up regarding the acceptance of my vehicle at the port, so I called Joseph to see if he could assist. He immediately attempted to get in touch with me to see how he could assist. When I didn't pick up his call, he right away contacted the person I had told him was going to drop the car off at Matson to find out the problem. I then called Joe back, and discussed the problem with him. After a discussion, he gave me pointers to resolve the issue, and requested that I contact him about any subsequent next steps that he could assist with to ensure the car was accepted on that day, which was actually the final day to have my auto on the next ship. I am greatly impressed with the care and concern that Joseph displayed with my situation. He had a definite "can do" attitude, and was ready to jump in head first in order to help me in any way he could to make sure the shipment was a success. To add importance is that I am attempting to have my car shipped from Honolulu to California while I am trying to manage this as I currently am located in Dallas. Having Joseph as my wing man and a concerned and very responsive primary contact point is invaluable, since this is such a long distance transaction for me. If Joseph is a true representative of Ship A Car and the character of their associates, Ship A Car and Joseph deserve 5 Stars and beyond. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.

This was my first experience with using a transport company for a vehicle, after reading reviews about different companies I was nervous. Bob Moran with Ship A Car had some good reviews so I called him to get a quote. The price was in range with others I had called but I felt more comfortable working with Bob. I called Bob on Friday of Labor day weekend at 4:30pm, he was able to have my vehicle picked up on the following Tuesday in Colorado and delivered to me in Northern Illinois Thursday morning. The driver, Egor, called me Wednesday afternoon and we made arrangements to drop off the vehicle at 6:00am so I could get to work, he was very accommodating to my schedule. I am not one to post any reviews but I felt these guys deserved to be praised. I would definitely use them again.

Ship A Car saved me from a horrible experience. I had put a deposit in and waited a month and a week with another company. With Ship A Car I didn't have to put down a deposit until they had a driver for me, which was within 24Hrs. Quinten Putnam had fabulous customer services and was always available to talk. I never got the runaround and didn't have to wait. Car went from Texas to Florida in 5 days. I'd still be waiting with the other people.
