we had to move from Beverly Hills to Aventura Florida. I was really worried as to I was going to my 2 cars down there. Shop a car really made the who move simple. My 2 cars were picked up and 10 days later they were in Fl. All in all they were great and I would use them again.

Surprised ourselves with a new Harley while on vacation and needed a way to get it home (from Michigan to Nebraska). Emily was very helpful, polite and kept us informed of shipping progress. Our driver Sam kept in touch with us giving us with updates of his location and ETA. The bike arrived in perfect condition, Sam was very cautious with all the vehicles in his trailer - he even wore gloves to move the vehicles! We would defiantly work with Emily and Sam if we ever find ourselves needing a vehicle transported again.

Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve G. handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care with my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve G. and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again... in a heartbeat.

I used Ship A Car Inc to transport my car from California to Wisconsin. After reading a few reviews, yes, the transport truck could be a double decker truck with several cars. Therefore, the driver will ask you to meet him/her at a location near your home...This was my first time shipping a car . How do you find a reputable company? Well, I prayed and read reviews.. I spoke with Bob at Ship A Car, I felt comfortable with the rate and transportation terms. I had no issues. There were no hidden fees, the car was delivered on time and no damages. Great experience with this company. This was my first time shipping a car, and my coordinator, Bob Moran, was very helpful in answering all of my questions and making the process less stressful. My agent was Doug and he was professional, courteous, and as truthful as he could be. He kept me informed every step of the way and was very cooperative. As our circumstances change, I made him aware and he changed things up as we were going. I was shipping my deceased husband's car to our daughter. Things had to line up before I could ship that car and I explained that to Doug at the outset. He worked with me.   I live in a rural area with narrow streets. He said, “I'm gonna put the car up for some driver with the explanation of the circumstances. We will make that driver aware. And we'll go from there.” Somebody accepted the car within 24 hours and I was totally shocked. Doug explained everything to the driver and the driver said he could handle it. When I made contact with the driver and I re-explained to him, he said, “I committed to picking this car up so that you would not have to walk, you would not have to meet me anywhere. You wouldn't have to leave your home. This car is literally going door to door.” The morning that he was coming to pick up the car, the driver called me and notified me that he was in the area. I knew exactly where he was. I again said to him, “Maybe you should just stop on the larger street or the wider street, and give me a call. And then reassess whether or not you can get down into my narrow road to pick up the car.” I heard that driver before I saw him. He got down out of his big truck and said he couldn't turn around. But I was told not to worry as this was the commitment he made. We looked over the car and he took pictures of my vehicle. He loaded the 2006 Sonata on the back of his truck and it was ready to go. He gave me an approximate delivery date to my daughter. But his plan changed. The driver did not call to tell me but that was perfectly all right. My daughter was looking forward to the weekend and when she reached him, he told her he would have the car there on Monday morning, which he did. I just wished that I had known it wasn't going to get there then I wouldn't have been so anxious that Saturday. But he didn't know. Other than that, the driver delivered and the car was in excellent condition when my daughter got it. The gentleman backed his big, old, long truck out of this narrow street. I was impressed because nobody else did. I am grateful to Ship A Car.

I would not even give this company a star. They are unprofessional and when a problem exists they dig their heads in the sand and hope it will go away rather than to be responsive and take care of the situation and make it right by the customer.. That begins with the owner, who herself has not responded to my phone calls. If you want to put your auto in the hands of a company that will let anyone drive your car...than this is the company you want otherwise stay clear, as I will in the future!

I recently hired Ship-a-Car to transport a car cross country. I had used another company several times in the past, but a friend recommended Ship a Car and they were substantially less expensive so I gave them a try. Everything was done as promised without any complications. The car was delivered in good condition. I now see that the reviews are quite mixed. Unlike some of the other reviewers I had an excellent experience with this company.  I was getting quotes from several companies. I spoke with Justin and he offered me a quote that was a little higher then another place but he said he could ship my car to CA fast. He called me shortly after and had everything set up.  I was nervous bc this was my first time having to ship a car and I was moving it across the country. I had to call him back a couple times as questions came up and he always answered. Even on Saturday.  The pick up day came and my car was picked up no issues.  It was delivered in the exact timeframe that justin quoted. My uncle had to meet the driver at a shopping plaza but that was ok bc I was warned that the truck may be too big to get down my street. Justin called afterwards to make sure everything went as planned.  No damage to the car. Will use again when I have to ship the car back east next year.

I called for quote and talked to Willie. He gave good quote and explained how everything would go. I was sending my military son's new motorcycle (sent his last one last year). I was very happy with Willie and Ship A Car but didn't have good communication with KP Turbo Transport. The driver did not speak English well and did not do an inspection of bike before loading even though I asked for it twice. I had taken pictures before it went on truck so could show the paint chip on the fender was not there before the trip but have not been able to reach them - phone always has you leave a message but they don't call back and email is unanswered. It was picked up promptly and delivered very quickly though.

Ship a Car was used to facilitate a boat shipment from NJ to Florida...Quote was $1200 and I accepted to get transport within a 2 day window pickup..My ShipaCar rep Paul Sinclair contacted me and stated he had found a driver, but driver was requesting a additional $50 for pick-up..I agreed to get boat picked up and remain on schedule. Boat was to be picked up on a Monday or Tuesday and was instead scheduled for a Wednesday pick-up around 1pm by driver. Marina owner waited and no one showed or called. Thursday afternoon came and driver was still a no show and I was contacted by Marina owner.. I contacted my Ship a Car rep and was told he would check with driver and contact me. No call ever was made back to me by Ship a Car and I ended up contacting driver myself. He stated he was running late and would be able to pick boat up first thing Friday morning...I informed driver I had paid the extra $50 that rep requested from me for driver to facilitate transport as requested.. Driver stated he did not request any $50 increase for shipment as it was posted as $1000 and he had accepted offer as posted. I contacted Ship a Car as marina owner contacted me stating no one was there Friday morning and had to leave. I received no call back from Ship a Car rep Paul Sinclair as lady answering phone told me he would call as soon as he was off phone with another customer..Driver contacted me around 10:30am saying he was there and waiting to get boat...Marina owner arrived and boat was loaded onto multi car vehicle with boat trailer wheels off transport vehicle ramps and being supported by boards under axles and transported... I never received a returned call from Ship a Car rep as I had questions not only of why I was not informed of any shipment delay but also of driver stating he never asked for the additional $50 amount Paul Sinclair had stated was requested by driver. Needless to say, Never again will I use this company as they pick carrier and leave you to deal with any transport issues and possibly lie to get more money from you by blaming transport drivers for up charges. Since I had to constantly intervene and contact driver myself for answers, I was better off using a self service company so I could have picked my own carrier and skipped the middle man ShipaCar. Once ShipaCar received their $250 deposit I basically was on my own anyways.

IAlthough i have purchased a large number of premium & exotic cars online, surprisingly, this was the first time I've had to arrange my own auto transport. Heretofore, all my vehicle transportation needs were always handled by the dealers I was buying the car from. In this instance, I purchased a car from a dealer in St. Louis and had to ship it to my home in Louisiana. I thought I had to have an enclosed trailer. I used U Ship and suddenly I was deluged with calls. After trying to figure out the best choice, I finally just selected the enclosed transport that offered the best rate. BIG MISTAKE! The company was Regal a Auto Transport; they were the worst! First, while arranging transport, they said I entered the wrong zip codes & had to raise the rate (1st warning), then when I called back to speak to my dispatcher on 2 occasions, the owner, Mr. Regal (sic) hung the phone up on me both times, telling me to call back! I was horrified and offended. I was attempting to get my original dispatcher on the phone to see why my car had not been picked up at the dealer in the timeframe that would ensure the delivery date being met. It became obvious that Regal would not live up to their commitment to me of a specific delivery date. All they did was make an idol promise to get the business. A classic case of over promising and under delivering. At that point, I decided that Regal had to go, so I went online and checked rantings & reviews. After my research, although still skeptical, I selected SHIP A CAR based on its reviews. I spoke to Quinten Putman who guided me thru the process, offered recommendations, was courteous, friendly & professional booked my shipment while I was still on the phone with him. The car was to be picked up that day & delivered the next. I received the car today safe and sound! I was pleased with the whole experience, especially after my not so regal prior experience. I hig recommend Quinten and SHIP A CAR to anyone in need of fast, reliable auto transport.

I needed to transport my car for the first time ever. I had no idea how this business worked until i spoke with Lisa Panuccio. I called a few companies to find out cost and of course looking for the lowest price. But you get what you pay for. After finally talking to Lisa everythimg made sense. I decided that since she was the only one that spent the time to help me i booked with her even if it was higher than others. Witin a few days she found me a driver and my car arrived safely.

Work with Cody. Chose this company due to good reviews. Transported my vehicle cross country for work. Cost was comparable to other quotes I saw online. Very professional and organized on the phone, detailed emails to document everything appropriately as well. Followed up as he said he would. Actual transport people also very professional, ended up delivering the car a day early which was a plus. Smooth and painless process.

I've been working with Ship A Car for years. Danny over there takes care of me well. He gets me a broker right away. The few times I've had issues with the carrier, he helped me take care of it. I've done several vehicles and everything went well. When I book, I call him up on his number. I text him the location, where it's being shipped to, where it's coming from, and the VIN number. He does a search, sends me a quote, tells me about what it should be, even before I even bid on the vehicle. He does a good job coming in with that radius and getting me someone right away.

Larry the service was excellent on the truck transport and I never write reviews, but made an exception in this case.

We needed to get a car from Bend Or to Wichita KS. I tried calling several places they were either couldn't give me the info or were rude, so I called Ship a car Steve was very helpful, he had pickup arranged for 4 days later (Friday) and our car arrived at our house on Monday.

The lady in the office, Yvonne was wonderful, I'm not sure of her hours because I was able to reach her day or night so needless to say they exceeded my expectations.

I booked my car with Howard . To ship from Atlantic Beach Florida to Irvine California . We agreed to 1300.00 fee . That included three containers in my car upto 100lbs... upon delivery I was charged an extra $100.00 for the containers. They would NOT unload my car until I gave them the extra $100.00 dollars. I had called Howard several times on the issue and he never resolved the issue of the extra 100.00 dollars . This company is a ripoff. They are by far the most expensive ones out there. I will also be reporting them to the BBB. I was so excited to have my shipped only to have a huge negative experience with this company.

Door to door service...best ever. Picked up at 1pm in st Augustine, FL and delivered at 11pm that same night to Birmingham. Jaime asked me how late they would accept...my son was without a car so I knew late was totally acceptable. Janet from ship a car was winderful! Called and checked in several times. I will do business with this company again.

The hallmark of a good company is not if there is ever a problem but HOW they handle the problem. Turns out the problem I had was initially a major pain and hardship to both of us due to the unscrupulousness of the subcontractor. It happens. They figured out how to circumvent a checks and balances process. Ship a Car realized that, changed their process, and took care of the situation. Kudos to them. We have used Bob Moran at this location several times to ship our vehicles. He is very personable and has always treated us as if we are his top priority. Our vehicles have always been shipped and delivered as promised. He even was able to arrange the same day pick up a few days before hurricane Dorian was scheduled to hit Florida which exceeded our expectations. Great service!

My dad bought my son a car up in Wisconsin and we needed to get it down to Florida. I did a bunch of research online and found that Ship A Car was part of the Better Business Bureau. They had very good reviews. One thing I liked about them a lot was that they didn't badger me with calls all the time, unlike the other companies that I contacted.   Doug was the rep I had and he was wonderful and had very good communication. My dad lives in the middle of nowhere so we made a decision to add more money to the initial quote so that somebody would pick up the car. The driver was very nice and polite. He took pictures of the car. The car was perfect when it arrived and it was just like it was shipped when it left my dad's house. Everything was wonderful. We had such a good experience that my mother-in-law is using Ship A Car to ship her car out to Arizona at the end of the month.

What an amazing experience we had with this company and especially with Willie D. who made all the arrangements for us. I was very concerned about sending the car this way and he was so kind and patient with me taking the time to reassure me and ease my fears and apprehension. Used this company recently to ship my truck across the country. Was paranoid of so many things happening. This company made the job effortless, and painless. Was given an exact quote, was promised no surprises, and the vehicle was delivered in excellent condition and on time. COmmunication was excellent and will use again in the future for sure.

Willie was wonderful to work with and motorcycle was picked up within a few days of my first call and arrived one day earlier than estimate which was great. This was going from Nebraska to my Marine son in California. The shipper assigned did not fill out a condition report and Willie told me there would be one so I asked but the driver didn't speak English well and kept brushing me off. There was a small chip on the back fender but I have left phone messages and emailed KP Turbo Transport that moved it and never receive a reply. I would use Willie again but maybe not accept quote from KP Turbo Transport.

From the dispatcher, Rose, to the kind driver, Ted, all treated my urgency with respect. My car was picked up 1 day sooner and delivered on time and was I happy. I had previously booked with another company and had to cancel after waiting for them 3 days with still no driver. Bob called as a follow up call and let him take over as soon as I cancelled with other company. He worked fast in arranging and taking care of our needs. Thank you

I was working with Move Wheels a month prior to moving from Saint Augustine, FL all the way to Park City, UT & I needed to have 2 cars shipped in an enclosed carrier. I was assured I’d have the driver information & pick up time closer to the ship date; we needed our cars picked up 5/29 (Memorial Day). Come the Friday before the cars were to be picked up, I had been in communication with a rep via text, asking her to provide me with the driver info & pick up time as they were to come that Monday; this was at noon & was told I would be provided the info shortly. Well, 3pm rolls around & I call my rep, who was now not responding to my texts or calls. I ended up calling the main line & told them AGAIN, what I needed. Well, I was never given any information, so I thought, well, we’ll just wait & see if someone shows up…of course no one did. Needless to say, my call to them at 9:01am on Tuesday morning was not a pleasant one. I then began searching for the top transportation company and came across Ship A Car Inc. I picked up the phone & was connected to Chad. He was extremely helpful, informative & honest. He rolled up his sleeves & got right to work on helping me get a carrier that day or the following. Even with the prior company being a complete PITA & not removing me from the board, Chad made magic happen. By the time he left for the day, we didn’t have a carrier yet, which was ok. I honestly didn’t expect to have a carrier until the next day. That was until I got a call from a dispatcher who emailed me the paper work & in minutes, I had a carrier that was to be there the following morning. BUT, I got a call from the carrier again shortly after & he wanted to pick my car up that night, as they were in Orlando. All my worries had diminished & I have Chad to thank for all his hard work & dedication. He was a pleasure to work with & I will certainly refer anyone to him in need of car transportation assistance, in the future.

This was my first time using a car transport company. At first I was apprehensive and that quickly dissipated after speaking with Meredith. My car was picked up one day and delivered the very next day! As promised! I will definitely use Ship A Car Inc again!
