I had a seamless first-time vehicle transport experience with Ship A Car, inc. I know that is largely because of Bob Moran, the coordinator who helped me. Personable, patient, professional, always willing to answer further questions, he gave me excellent customer service and I greatly appreciate it! I was so nervous and dreading getting started but Bob put me at ease and I quickly gained great confidence in the company because of his easy and knowledgeable communication. In addition, the driver dispatched to move my car from Los Angeles To St Petersburg, Florida was punctual, called when he was supposed to, prior to pickup/delivery, and made great time completing the transport. He picked up Monday around 2 pm and delivered at 9 am on that Friday. I have nothing but praise for Ship A Car, Inc. and enthusiastically recommend them!

I recently purchased a 1942 Ford Deluxe Convertible, I needed someone to transport from Idaho to Upstate NY. My son came up with Ship A Car Auto Transportation from the Hemmings Motor News Magazine. Joseph Gorfien an employee took care of my car and arranged for trucking plus answered all my questions and calmed any apprehensions I had. The car arrived a day early in excellent condition. I would highly reccomend Ship A Car and Joseph Gorfien to anyone needing this type of service.

I used Ship A Car, Inc. to move two cars from Des Moines, WA to Blue Springs, MO. They hired Nationwide to transport my cars. The contract stated they would arrive no earlier than April 26th to pick up my cars. On April 24th I received a call from the driver stating he would be arriving April 25th pick up my cars. I said I needed my car on the 25th as stated he was not suppose to arrive until at least the 26th. He told me that the only other day he could pick up my cars was on the 29th which was my morning flight to MO. I contacted Ship A Car and they reconfirmed that he will arrive on April 28th to pick up my cars. On April 28th I receive a call from the driver stating he would be there between 6-7 PM. I called at 8 PM to see where he was and he told me that he stopped at a rest stop for awhile and would be there around 8:30 PM. Well, at 9:30 PM I called again and he said his truck broke down. He arrived in a car at 10 PM to sign for the cars. this was stressful as we were to leave on a flight the next morning. Upon arrival near Blue Springs, MO he stated that he needed to park in a large lot about 1.9 miles from my location. I did not realized he was hauling a nine car carrier and I needed to find a way to the lot which was 1.9 miles away. Upon arrival, I paid the driver in cash as they do not allow a credit card. This experience was less than desirable. If you use this carrier, don't be surprise that you may have to drive your vehicles to some large lot for loading and again to a large lot to retrive your vehicles. I doubt that other carriers would be any better. My cars made a trip to Chicago, etc. before arriving at their destination. Just don't be surprised to be inconvenienced in a similar manner no matter what carrier you use. There are some out there that take initial money and you never hear from them again. Check reviews before hiring.

I wish to wholeheartedly endorse Theo @ Shipacarinc for the way I have been treated as a first time customer. He has shown me knowledge of his job, and is also very good at customer service and communication. He has responded in a timely manner with courtesy and professionalism. I highly recommend Theo and his company's services for anyone seeking to transport a vehicle. One only has to read the horror stories on the Internet with other companies to make one nervous of the process. He has made me comfortable and confident of the outcome.

Delt with Bob M, everything went very smoothly with my car transport . He was professional and a pleasure to deal with. I hired a different company and they dropped the ball and were not truthfull .Then I contacted Bob and he did exactly what he said . My car transport without any problems. Iwas informed through the hole process.

Bob was wonderful to work with. He researched the specific needs I had for moving my car and found the perfect transporters to handle it. They're the best!

They did rather well, slight delay but not bad. My C3 Vette made it after getting jerked around VERY badly from others.  To make the deal happen they cut their part by 50 bucks and increased the drivers share. My cost for a very out of the way place and 475 miles remained at $650.00 where as others wanted $725!

I had a little longer wait due to truck issues and the road. However, Bob Moran was beyond useful and helped me in more than one way. His customer service let alone human compassion for the things i was or might have been going through was very much appreciated during this huge transition in my life. I was searching for an Auto Transport company to ship my son's car from Lake Forest, IL to San Diego, CA. He is a Marine and stationed there. From start to finish Ship A Car worked with me to quote a very competitive price. They were very patient as I changed the drop off date a few times because it is very difficult to predict my son's schedule. He was beginning his new MOS with the Marines and he had not received his orders for his shift. I changed the drop off again, from Thursday to Friday when he mentioned that Thursdays he had specific duties and would not be able to leave the base to get his car. It was complicated because for obvious reasons, the delivery truck can't simply drive onto the US Military base. So, my son asked if they could drop the car off at a nearby Target close to the base and provided the address and a date and time that he would be allowed to leave the base. Ship A Car worked with me through all of these logistics. They picked up the car when they agreed and dropped it off as agreed, in perfect condition. My Son, thought this was a better deal than buying a new car at this point. My understanding is that the Marines on the base need some form of transportation. And although my son needed a car, he didn't feel he needed to purchase a brand new car at this time. I can't say enough about the wonderful and patient customer service for Ship A Car. Sam Ladin, the main customer service agent with whom I spoke most frequently, was so awesome! He even called me one evening - after I sent an email changing the drop off logistics - yet again - from his cell phone. He was home having dinner and stopped to deal with my issues! The drivers, Jesus and Saul were extremely professional and courteous as well! I give this company an A+!!!! My son called me and asked me for the contact details of Ship A Car because one of his Marine mates said he would like to do the same thing--ship his car from his home base; also in IL -- to California. My dad bought my son a car up in Wisconsin and we needed to get it down to Florida. I did a bunch of research online and found that Ship A Car was part of the Better Business Bureau. They had very good reviews. One thing I liked about them a lot was that they didn't badger me with calls all the time, unlike the other companies that I contacted.   Doug was the rep I had and he was wonderful and had very good communication. My dad lives in the middle of nowhere so we made a decision to add more money to the initial quote so that somebody would pick up the car. The driver was very nice and polite. He took pictures of the car. The car was perfect when it arrived and it was just like it was shipped when it left my dad's house. Everything was wonderful. We had such a good experience that my mother-in-law is using Ship A Car to ship her car out to Arizona at the end of the month.

Great folks. Had an 87 F150 I needed transported from Summerland Key, FL to a shop in Jacksonville, FL. Same person to pick up delivered too. Truck did not start so they had to pull up their trailer and that was not a problem. A gal named Dana I worked with was awesome and very cordial. Matter of fact we chatted about her daughter being in the Boy Scouts and her father, like me, having served in the Navy...very personable and that gave me a nice warm and fuzzy.

The price was right with Ship A Car and their guy was friendly on the phone. His name is David and he did a really good job. My UTV went from Racine to Las Vegas then from Las Vegas back to Racine. Each one was about three to four days. I just called the rep and told him to call me about a day before he got there and an hour before he got there.   They dropped the UTV off in Vegas with my buddy. When we brought it back to Racine, I was there and they gave me a call and told me the time the driver was gonna be there. I met him there and we took the UTV off the truck. It was just exactly the way I left it. The final price for the service was pretty much almost exactly what it was supposed to be. I was very happy with Ship A Car and I'd recommend it

These guys were able to help transport our vehicle within a 8 day span. They are fast, and Joseph provides great communication throughout the whole process. We are a used car dealership so obviously the treatment of our vehicle during transport was a big factor, yet the driver did not leave a single scratch on the vehicle that the Auto Auction had not previously done a report on. I was working with Move Wheels a month prior to moving from Saint Augustine, FL all the way to Park City, UT & I needed to have 2 cars shipped in an enclosed carrier. I was assured I’d have the driver information & pick up time closer to the ship date; we needed our cars picked up 5/29 (Memorial Day). Come the Friday before the cars were to be picked up, I had been in communication with a rep via text, asking her to provide me with the driver info & pick up time as they were to come that Monday; this was at noon & was told I would be provided the info shortly. Well, 3pm rolls around & I call my rep, who was now not responding to my texts or calls. I ended up calling the main line & told them AGAIN, what I needed. Well, I was never given any information, so I thought, well, we’ll just wait & see if someone shows up…of course no one did. Needless to say, my call to them at 9:01am on Tuesday morning was not a pleasant one. I then began searching for the top transportation company and came across Ship A Car Inc. I picked up the phone & was connected to Chad. He was extremely helpful, informative & honest. He rolled up his sleeves & got right to work on helping me get a carrier that day or the following. Even with the prior company being a complete PITA & not removing me from the board, Chad made magic happen. By the time he left for the day, we didn’t have a carrier yet, which was ok. I honestly didn’t expect to have a carrier until the next day. That was until I got a call from a dispatcher who emailed me the paper work & in minutes, I had a carrier that was to be there the following morning. BUT, I got a call from the carrier again shortly after & he wanted to pick my car up that night, as they were in Orlando. All my worries had diminished & I have Chad to thank for all his hard work & dedication. He was a pleasure to work with & I will certainly refer anyone to him in need of car transportation assistance, in the future.

I work with Steve directly. He's my Ship A Car go-to guy. He's been nothing short of fantastic for me. I probably send him out about three quotes a day, and he gets back to me the same day. It's usually within a couple of hours. So, he's been great. All I do is send him an email with what I need, and he fires right back. He gets at least one or two bikes a week from me. I send out anywhere from 10 to 15 bikes a month. So, I use Ship A Car quite a bit. They’re great.

I had a truck I needed to ship from California to Texas. I check around to see who had he better rate and Service. I found Ship a Car Inc was the one for me. They were a little high in price, but you can’t beat the service. The Agent I was working with was Bob. He held my hand throughout the whole process. Bob Moran. Is AMAZING ! I shipped my car from Las Vegas to Pennsylvania. Bob has kindness , compassion, respect ,empathy, and professionalism for the stress and planning that comes with moving. His customer service deserves him to be an owner of this company. And he should get a raise of 50% in my opinion. Because he communicated on a level that all customer service people should learn from this man. He returned calls and texts with in 24 hours and was honest and transparent if he could meet your deadline.
