My agent was Doug and he was professional, courteous, and as truthful as he could be. He kept me informed every step of the way and was very cooperative. As our circumstances change, I made him aware and he changed things up as we were going. I was shipping my deceased husband's car to our daughter. Things had to line up before I could ship that car and I explained that to Doug at the outset. He worked with me.   I live in a rural area with narrow streets. He said, “I'm gonna put the car up for some driver with the explanation of the circumstances. We will make that driver aware. And we'll go from there.” Somebody accepted the car within 24 hours and I was totally shocked. Doug explained everything to the driver and the driver said he could handle it. When I made contact with the driver and I re-explained to him, he said, “I committed to picking this car up so that you would not have to walk, you would not have to meet me anywhere. You wouldn't have to leave your home. This car is literally going door to door.” The morning that he was coming to pick up the car, the driver called me and notified me that he was in the area. I knew exactly where he was. I again said to him, “Maybe you should just stop on the larger street or the wider street, and give me a call. And then reassess whether or not you can get down into my narrow road to pick up the car.” I heard that driver before I saw him. He got down out of his big truck and said he couldn't turn around. But I was told not to worry as this was the commitment he made. We looked over the car and he took pictures of my vehicle. He loaded the 2006 Sonata on the back of his truck and it was ready to go. He gave me an approximate delivery date to my daughter. But his plan changed. The driver did not call to tell me but that was perfectly all right. My daughter was looking forward to the weekend and when she reached him, he told her he would have the car there on Monday morning, which he did. I just wished that I had known it wasn't going to get there then I wouldn't have been so anxious that Saturday. But he didn't know. Other than that, the driver delivered and the car was in excellent condition when my daughter got it. The gentleman backed his big, old, long truck out of this narrow street. I was impressed because nobody else did. I am grateful to Ship A Car.

Ship A Car has been great. We've used them multiple times. We've shipped my cars back east multiple times for various trade shows, and then we've had them returned. They've been able to meet and exceed every shipment that we've had. So, I'm very pleased with them. Their communication was very precise and reactive. So, they had a quick response time.

We used Ship a Car to transport 2 of our vehicles from Salt Lake City to Nashville. Justin was on it as soon as I gave the go ahead. The drivers arrived a little early, but patiently waited and our cars arrived one, before we did (but we had made arrangements for it to be received), the other as scheduled a couple of days later. No damage to either vehicle, just a lot of road dust as to be expected. I'd use them again in a heart beat. They were half the price of all the others and less that a week ship time.

After another company completely flacked out on my son's car pick up and wasted 3 days lying to me about that the car was going to be picked up the next day.......I called SHip-a-Car and told them I was in a real bind and needed the car picked up ASAP in order for it to get to Florida for the start of my son's job. They got back to me right away and the next evening a carrier was in my town to get the car. It arrived in Florida on time even thought the driver had to deal with a major subtropical storm. Don't fall for the cheaper price that other carriers offer, because at the last minute they will cancel because they cannot find drivers to do it for that price.

First time dealing with ship a car I had a great guy name Bob! What about Bob? Well let me tell you he his personalble, on his stuff and communicates in a timely matter. I was able to get my 84 Z28 from California to Michigan in no time! I personally sell cars for a living here in Michigan and Bob and his team are top notch! All in all great experience fast and easy no hassle. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good car shipper.

The transport company I chose didn't show up and it was pretty bad. I switched to Ship A Car and I liked their communication. People let me know what's going on and I'm good. When I called to ask about anything, a person was there and responded. He called me to let me know that he had someone to pick up the car. From then on, it was good until delivery. After delivery, I got a follow-up call so it went well.   The transport was from South Carolina to Utah, which was about 2,200 miles. When the car was picked up, it took a couple of days. There were two drivers and they just continually drove. I couldn't believe it. The final rate was what was decided upon. The only thing was the payment was a cash requirement. I had just moved here to Utah and I just opened an account. The money was held because it came from another state so I didn't have cash. That posed a problem on delivery because checks or credit cards weren't accepted. If a credit card were accepted, that would have helped tremendously. Other than that, I would recommend Ship A Car.

I'm totally satisfied. They're a licensed broker who uses several means of transportation, such as a truck and trailer. They've been working fine for me so far. And they're reliable. I was disappointed to see some very low ratings on Yelp about this company. I spoke with Steve and a guy named Mike transported my 2 cars from California to New Orleans. My driver's name was Mike and he called me every day to let me know where he was in his transport. The cars arrived in pristine condition and very timely. I guess everyone's experience is different...but I got all-star treatment.

I needed a car shipped on a short haul from Nevada to California on an ASAP basis because the hauler I had contracted with cancelled on me at the last minute. This was the second company we found after the first one kept delaying our pick up on of the car and changing the price everytime we talked to them. My experience with Ship a Car was great. I called the company on Aug 12,20 To arrange transport of my daughter’s car from Los Angeles to Brooklyn, New York. I was connected with Mr Bob Moran who i found to be a pleasure to work with. Mr. Moran made me feel comfortable going forward with Ship a Car even though he was the first person I had actually spoken with regarding my need. Not only did he convince me that Ship a Car was a reputable company (as I did ask several questions) He told me that the car would arrive in Brooklyn within 7 To 10 days and after already speaking with him for maybe 10 minutes I believed him. The car was picked up on Aug 13 and safely arrived in Brooklyn on Aug 20, that sounds like 7 days to me. As mentioned Ship a Car was my first contact so I did not shop for price, however, I am still a happy customer as Mr. Moran told me low price may not be the best price but he was offering was a fair and reasonable price for the service that I would receive. Fernanda was my representative, she was very professional, courteous and her communication was GREAT! She was very helpful with the whole process, she made it a great experience, NO STRESS. And very quick service. My transporter Radu was very courteous and professional, he was able to deliver my car a day early! He notified me a time he would be at my home and then notified me again that he would be 20 minutes later and he was sorry. Then when he arrived he apologized again that he was a little late--GREAT COMMUNICATION. Wonderful people.

I hired Ship-A-Car to transport a truck from TN to CA. Their service was excellent! They kept us informed on the schedule and picked up the truck from TN on the date they said they would. They delivered the truck to CA within the timeframe they said they would and kept us informed along the way. Much better experience than what I had with another transportation company. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!

Their price point is higher than other companies, but it is worth paying a little more for the peace of mind that the job is going to get done. I shipped cars before with other companies who didn't deliver service as promised and it left me in a bind. So, it was very refreshing to have someone call me as promised, several days before to finalize plans, and the day before the car's pick up to confirm the time of pick up. Worked with Larry from Ship a Car a few months ago to ship a vehicle I purchased on the east coast back home to San Diego. Larry was detail-oriented, provided a driver with a fair rate, and picked up the car within the allotted time frame. The car was delivered earlier than expected which was the joy hiccup; as the vehicle was transferred from a tractor-trailer car hauler to a flatbed trailer from LA to San Diego. In doing so the delivery driver was given an incorrect phone number for contacting me. Fortunately, I was home at 10:30 pm to accept delivery. The other issue with this unexpected delivery is I didn't have the cash on hand to satisfy the balance due to the driver. However, a call to his supervisor and the payment was made via credit card. Would definitely recommend this coming and would use it again as they're properly insured as well.

Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve Goodman handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple of days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care of my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve Goodman and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again. in a heartbeat.

This company is awesome! I'm a retired Navy Sr. Chief and own a 2012 Corvette Grand Sport, rare painted in Carlisle Blue. The driver "Willie" was on time and treated my car as though it was his own. He was very respectful and carried my car from Texas to NC and delivered it on our agreed date and time. Willie and I inspected the car before and after the shipment and he noted a spot on the windshield I didn't even note. Suffice it to say, my experience was the best ever. I fully recommend this company and driver to anyone shipping any vehicle.

We are military and we had to ship our 2nd vehicle from JBPH-Hickman, HI to Seattle, Wa. Using Ship-A-Car Inc was the best decision we could have made. They weren't the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for. Bob walked us through the entire process and he was constantly keeping us updated. We shipped our SUV 30 May 17, left Hawaii the very next day. Coming back stateside, we received some grave news. We had a death in the family. We now had to go on emergency leave, but our SUV was on its way to our new duty station. We had to leave right away and didn't know if we would be back in time for the delivery. Bob was an angel! Easy and efficient. Finding a driver was a little difficult given my location but Stephen did it! The driver, Pavel, texted me with the estimated time of pick-up which was exact.
