Ship a Car Inc. is the best motorcycle shipping company I have had the pleasure of encountering. This is the second time they have shipped my bike. I have had experience with other shippers and, in my experience, Ship a Car Inc. sets the standard for quality service. This time I had my bike shipped from Santa Fe NM to Florida. Joseph G. was my facilitator. He arranged to have the bike picked up within a couple of days. Considering the shop at which I had left it was closed for a day, this was the first possible opportunity to ship it. Amazing! Joseph thought it might take about six days to deliver the bike to Florida, but it got here in three. Amazing! The bike has a custom paint job and custom parts. There was not one scratch on the bike and everything was in perfect order. These folks have not only demonstrated extreme competency in making what could have been a couple of difficult situations totally stress-free, they all seem to have a great sense of humor. I spoke with Maria Frew when inquiring about shipping a Kia Sportage and a Yamaha golf cart. She was informative, professional and competitive in her pricing. I cannot say enough positive things about Steve and Ship a Car. This is our second experience in needing to ship a vehicle, but our first experience with this company. We hired this company to help us transport our vehicles from Hawaii to Michigan. Steve either always answered his phone or was extremely prompt in returning my phone calls. Their pricing was extremely competitive and the best price around at the time we booked them. Every detail was explained thoroughly and every question answered. Our vehicles arrived on time, one actually arrived early, with no damage from the transporters dispatched by Ship a Car. If you need to transport a vehicle, I recommend that you give serious consideration to Ship a Car (and Steve).

My experience with Ship A Car and with the driver was very good. I thought the cost was a little high but the rep I dealt with, Doug, was outstanding.

I had my car shipped from Washington State to Wisconsin and Sam was incredibly helpful throughout the process. My car was picked up on time by a friendly and professional driver, and delivered perfectly as promised. Everything went exactly as planned and I was extremely happy with the service.

Ship A Car, Inc. was fantastic. Steve was a great guy. Stayed on top of it, called me, and on the ball. Ship A Car delivered the car on a Sunday, which is unheard of. It was a dead-end run, because it was in Brigantine, New Jersey. And Steve told me that technically, these guys look for a return trip because they don't want to just do a dead-end run, and this guy just happens to know the area. He was from around the area earlier in his life. And he said, “I just look at it as a place I can go to visit the beach," when he dropped mine off. But the guy was super nice. The club car came out perfect. It was exactly what I ordered. It was exactly what I saw on pictures of. The guy showed me how to use it, which was nice. Everything was awesome. They made my life so much better.

I dealt with Justen over the phone. They got my motorcycle to me safely in an enclosed transport on time and significantly cheaper than anyone else. PS don't use uship.com for reviews, those reviews are all fake as hell.

Gabriel was amazing. A total angel to deal with. But the driver you hired Ray sucked. My truck was 3 days late was never offered a discount. I will refer the company but will tell people if a guy names Ray is doing the driving he had one excuse after another for my truck being 3 days late. But Gabriel and this company did great. GET INFO ONYOUR DRIVER..

She found me a drive within 3 days to come to the imperial valley , a very small city. My car was pick up on Friday afternoon delivered by Wednesday afternoon.I am so happy I found ship a car transport I highly recommend using ship a car transport. Very honest and fair price

After contracting (luckily no money was issued) with another broker, who left us "high and dry," we frantically searched for another transport carrier. We found Ship A Car online and called. We were fortunate that Daniel answered. He was always calm, courteous and professional. We contacted the driver and are completely satisfied with his service.

I shipped a brand new $15,000 Yamaha Viking UTV from Montana to Oregon. Just wanted to say thanks for your help getting the car picked up so quick. Showed up last night unscathed so I’m a happy camper. After waiting on banks and the dealership for two weeks it was nice to get this step done so quickly.

The process was easy. The car was picked up locally in Seattle and delivered on time at a convenient location in Illinois. The truck our car was on was enclosed, so t really wasn?t even dirty when it arrived. The people we worked with were professional and polite.

My agent was Doug and he was professional, courteous, and as truthful as he could be. He kept me informed every step of the way and was very cooperative. As our circumstances change, I made him aware and he changed things up as we were going. I was shipping my deceased husband's car to our daughter. Things had to line up before I could ship that car and I explained that to Doug at the outset. He worked with me.   I live in a rural area with narrow streets. He said, “I'm gonna put the car up for some driver with the explanation of the circumstances. We will make that driver aware. And we'll go from there.” Somebody accepted the car within 24 hours and I was totally shocked. Doug explained everything to the driver and the driver said he could handle it. When I made contact with the driver and I re-explained to him, he said, “I committed to picking this car up so that you would not have to walk, you would not have to meet me anywhere. You wouldn't have to leave your home. This car is literally going door to door.” The morning that he was coming to pick up the car, the driver called me and notified me that he was in the area. I knew exactly where he was. I again said to him, “Maybe you should just stop on the larger street or the wider street, and give me a call. And then reassess whether or not you can get down into my narrow road to pick up the car.” I heard that driver before I saw him. He got down out of his big truck and said he couldn't turn around. But I was told not to worry as this was the commitment he made. We looked over the car and he took pictures of my vehicle. He loaded the 2006 Sonata on the back of his truck and it was ready to go. He gave me an approximate delivery date to my daughter. But his plan changed. The driver did not call to tell me but that was perfectly all right. My daughter was looking forward to the weekend and when she reached him, he told her he would have the car there on Monday morning, which he did. I just wished that I had known it wasn't going to get there then I wouldn't have been so anxious that Saturday. But he didn't know. Other than that, the driver delivered and the car was in excellent condition when my daughter got it. The gentleman backed his big, old, long truck out of this narrow street. I was impressed because nobody else did. I am grateful to Ship A Car.

Easy and efficient. Finding a driver was a little difficult given my location but Stephen did it! The driver, Pavel, texted me with the estimated time of pick-up which was exact. He told me what day my car would arrive and again, gave me an accurate time of delivery. All went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had originally scheduled a my car transport with Nationwide auto transportation (don't us them). On the day of my pickup nationwide called me stating that they had no one to pick up my car after I have made a reservation 2 weeks prior. When i originally made my reservation i was told tbwy would contact me two day before the pick. Due to their lack of professionalism I cancelled there service. I called ship a Car the same day and Pepper answered. We scheduled a pickup for the next busy day and with 48 my car was shipped from Florida to California.

I used them to transport a repo'd car from Michigan to North Carolina. This means I had to be a middle man between the shipping company and the repo yard, it was no walk in the park, but thanks to Theo at ship-a-car he was very patient and worked very hard to get me a driver to pick the car up (very difficult time slot for pick-up from repo yard) I couldn't have done it without his help and his determination to provide me with the best customer service possible. Thanks, Ship-A-Car!!!

A bit more expensive than some other companies, but the service and the care that they give in transporting your vehicle (no scratches) is worth it! Bob was excellent to work with and I highly recommend this company.

I can honestly say, this company is the best!. I called on a Thursday morning, no later than 15 minutes they called me back telling me someone will be there on Friday morning and they were there ot pick up my car. The delivery was supposed to be on the following Monday. They actually showed up a day earlier. I used another company before, it literally took 2 weeks. I highly recommend this company. Highly!
