Contacted Ship-A-Car in early May 2018 and spoke with Steve Goodman. He answered almost all of my questions immediately about shipping my new BMW to east coast. Those he couldn't answer he got back to me in less than a day with all the information I needed. A few weeks later my car was at the port on Maui and in less than one month it was safely sitting in my garage in North Carolina and in the exact same, excellent condition. Shipped my daughters car from East coast to West coast and it arrived as promised. What I really like is that her car is designed with the front and rear bumpers somewhat lower to the ground then normal and this was a concern for me. We found out about Ship A Car online and working with them has been very easy. We needed a large piece of farm equipment shipped out of Alabama and wanted to get it done at a good price as well. Gabriel was amazing. A total angel to deal with. But the driver you hired Ray sucked. My truck was 3 days late was never offered a discount. I cannot say enough good things about this company! A+ service. A+ pricing. A+ speed. After realizing that my deployment to Texas who is going to last longer than four weeks, I was tired of using Lyft and I knew I couldn’t be without my motorcycle. I requested a quote from their webpage along with five or six other companies. Paul Murphy responded quickly to that email with the second to lowest cost to get my bike 1,230 miles from Ocala, Florida to Pharr, Texas, and then followed up the next day with a voicemail. After comparing prices and reading the reviews, I knew this was the company for me. They did not disappoint! I spoke with Paul at the end of the business day on Thursday and within 15 minutes he was calling me to inform me that he had already placed my order with driver Eric Andrews of Andrews Transportation LLC to be delivered 3 days later on Monday. I spoke with Eric on Saturday to confirm where my bike would need to be left. He too was very professional and easy to work with. To my surprise, Eric delivered my bike a day early on Sunday morning. That's right, my bike was delivered from call to drop in 2.5 days!!! Both Paul & Eric’s professionalism may me feel comfortable that my prize possession was in good hands. My experience with Ship a Car was great. I called the company on Aug 12,20 To arrange transport of my daughter’s car from Los Angeles to Brooklyn, New York. I was connected with Mr Bob Moran who i found to be a pleasure to work with. Mr. Moran made me feel comfortable going forward with Ship a Car even though he was the first person I had actually spoken with regarding my need. Not only did he convince me that Ship a Car was a reputable company (as I did ask several questions) He told me that the car would arrive in Brooklyn within 7 To 10 days and after already speaking with him for maybe 10 minutes I believed him. The car was picked up on Aug 13 and safely arrived in Brooklyn on Aug 20, that sounds like 7 days to me. As mentioned Ship a Car was my first contact so I did not shop for price, however, I am still a happy customer as Mr. Moran told me low price may not be the best price but he was offering was a fair and reasonable price for the service that I would receive. My thanks to Mr. Moran and Ship a Car for a job well done.

IAlthough i have purchased a large number of premium & exotic cars online, surprisingly, this was the first time I've had to arrange my own auto transport. Heretofore, all my vehicle transportation needs were always handled by the dealers I was buying the car from. In this instance, I purchased a car from a dealer in St. Louis and had to ship it to my home in Louisiana. I thought I had to have an enclosed trailer. I used U Ship and suddenly I was deluged with calls. After trying to figure out the best choice, I finally just selected the enclosed transport that offered the best rate. BIG MISTAKE! The company was Regal a Auto Transport; they were the worst! First, while arranging transport, they said I entered the wrong zip codes & had to raise the rate (1st warning), then when I called back to speak to my dispatcher on 2 occasions, the owner, Mr. Regal (sic) hung the phone up on me both times, telling me to call back! I was horrified and offended. I was attempting to get my original dispatcher on the phone to see why my car had not been picked up at the dealer in the timeframe that would ensure the delivery date being met. It became obvious that Regal would not live up to their commitment to me of a specific delivery date. All they did was make an idol promise to get the business. A classic case of over promising and under delivering. At that point, I decided that Regal had to go, so I went online and checked rantings & reviews. After my research, although still skeptical, I selected SHIP A CAR based on its reviews. I spoke to Quinten Putman who guided me thru the process, offered recommendations, was courteous, friendly & professional booked my shipment while I was still on the phone with him. The car was to be picked up that day & delivered the next. I received the car today safe and sound! I was pleased with the whole experience, especially after my not so regal prior experience. I hig recommend Quinten and SHIP A CAR to anyone in need of fast, reliable auto transport.

The rep was very helpful. Pickup was Clarkston, Michigan on a Wednesday and the car wasn’t delivered until the following Saturday. It was in the email, very clear, that it would probably be delivered on that Friday, 10 days later. I thought it would come on a Monday or Tuesday. But when I looked at the email, it clearly said Friday. It ended up showing up on Saturday, which was fine. I was out of state, traveling for work. So, I didn’t need the vehicle, but I just had to schedule my friend to be there. Thankfully, she’s a very good friend. I saw the car on Monday. It was very dirty but that’s expected. It was dirty when it left, but it was way dirty. But it was in the same shape as it was when I left it with my sister for it to be picked up. I already recommended Ship A Car, Inc. to a coworker.

Hired their driver. He never delivered the car and kept it on his truck nearly 2 weeks. Returned it to us damaged and found out that the driver was uninsured, despite Ship-A-Car's statement that the drivers are bonded and insured. Reached out to Ship-A-Car directly for reimbursement and get no reply.

Ship a Car Inc. is the best motorcycle shipping company I have had the pleasure of encountering. This is the second time they have shipped my bike. I have had experience with other shippers and, in my experience, Ship a Car Inc. sets the standard for quality service. This time I had my bike shipped from Santa Fe NM to Florida. Joseph Gorfien was my facilitator. He arranged to have the bike picked up within a couple of days. Considering the shop at which I had left it was closed for a day, this was the first possible opportunity to ship it. Amazing! Joseph thought it might take about six days to deliver the bike to Florida, but it got here in three. Amazing! The bike has a custom paint job and custom parts. There was not one scratch on the bike and everything was in perfect order. These folks have not only demonstrated extreme competency in making what could have been a couple of difficult situations totally stress-free, they all seem to have a great sense of humor. Bob was AMAZING! I was in such a bind and had just found out some bad news about my dad's health. Bob was very understanding and turned my situation into a positive one. He was very quick at responding back to me and very knowledgeable. It put my mind at ease and all I had to do was sit back and wait for my car to come. Unlike some of the other reviewers I had an excellent experience with this company.  I was getting quotes from several companies. I spoke with Justin and he offered me a quote that was a little higher then another place but he said he could ship my car to CA fast. He called me shortly after and had everything set up.  I was nervous bc this was my first time having to ship a car and I was moving it across the country. I had to call him back a couple times as questions came up and he always answered. Even on Saturday.  The pick up day came and my car was picked up no issues.  It was delivered in the exact timeframe that justin quoted. My uncle had to meet the driver at a shopping plaza but that was ok bc I was warned that the truck may be too big to get down my street. Justin called afterwards to make sure everything went as planned.  No damage to the car. Will use again when I have to ship the car back east next year.

Ship A Car, Inc. was fantastic. Steve was a great guy. Stayed on top of it, called me, and on the ball. Ship A Car delivered the car on a Sunday, which is unheard of. It was a dead-end run, because it was in Brigantine, New Jersey. And Steve told me that technically, these guys look for a return trip because they don't want to just do a dead-end run, and this guy just happens to know the area. He was from around the area earlier in his life. And he said, “I just look at it as a place I can go to visit the beach," when he dropped mine off. But the guy was super nice. The club car came out perfect. It was exactly what I ordered. It was exactly what I saw on pictures of. The guy showed me how to use it, which was nice. Everything was awesome. They made my life so much better.

When I first worked with Joseph on this shipment, he told me that if I needed anything during the shipment stage, to let him know. And he was true to his words! When I had to change the person who was going to drop my car off at the shipping port, he immediately contacted Matson to make that change. On the day of the drop off, an issue came up regarding the acceptance of my vehicle at the port, so I called Joseph to see if he could assist. He immediately attempted to get in touch with me to see how he could assist. When I didn't pick up his call, he right away contacted the person I had told him was going to drop the car off at Matson to find out the problem. I then called Joe back, and discussed the problem with him. After a discussion, he gave me pointers to resolve the issue, and requested that I contact him about any subsequent next steps that he could assist with to ensure the car was accepted on that day, which was actually the final day to have my auto on the next ship. I am greatly impressed with the care and concern that Joseph displayed with my situation. He had a definite "can do" attitude, and was ready to jump in head first in order to help me in any way he could to make sure the shipment was a success. To add importance is that I am attempting to have my car shipped from Honolulu to California while I am trying to manage this as I currently am located in Dallas. Having Joseph as my wing man and a concerned and very responsive primary contact point is invaluable, since this is such a long distance transaction for me.
