I never had to have a vehicle shipped, but recently experienced a family health emergency and needed to get a vehicle back to NJ. Instead of taking advantage by charging me a lot of money, Danny was extremely sympathetic to my situation and gave me an excellent price for truck to be shippend from Florida to NJ. The vehicle was delivered as promised and there wasn't a scratch on it. If ever I need this type of service again, I no longer have to look any further to find a company because I will return back here.

I am very pleased with my Ship A Car service. My broker was Sam and he was very helpful! I was very nervous about shipping my car but my car got to my destination a day earlier than expected and the driver was very friendly and helpful.

My car arrived within 4 days of pick-up. I was surprised because of bad weather that was happening bringing rain and ice. The driver was an interesting fellow who drives a 2 car carrier. We were able to talk to him for a few minutes and learned that his home is in New Mexico. He took great care unloading mine and another gentlemen's vehicle both going to the base. For future reference on delivering or picking up any vehicle from Minot. There is a church about one mile north of the main gate. It's perfect for loading and unloading vehicles. My Hyundai arrived in the same condition that I left it, dirty. But none the worse for wear. I was disappointed though, that it took 11 days to be picked up and the fee was re-nogotiated. My suggestion for a growing company is to find more carriers that will except credit card payments. Thank you for working so hard to be a part of the BBB and having a good website it was what persuaded me to choose you over other carriers. My family has asked for your number and I will be happy to give it. Ship a car Inc was informative, allowed the use of a credit card, hired a good driver, my vehicle arrived safe and within a week of pick-up, you are given the carrier's number to communicate drop off day and time, once the day of pick-up was finally arranged the pick up happened in a timely manner. i am very pleased with Jocelyn with Ship a Car, she helped me with booking a driver to ship a car to my son from Georgia to Utah. I was sceptical at first from talking to other compananies and they were giving me different answers about a quote. Jocelyn was straight up with me, she gave me her word that she would not stop until she got me a driver and stay in contact with me the entire process which she did. even after my son received the car she checked with me to make sure everything was good. I was truly blessed by this company. They shipped my car from Washington state to Texas in the snow. They said my car will arrive in 7 days. My car arrived in 4 1/2 days. Which was earlier than expected. I'm grateful and thankful. Great company.

My husband and I just had our cars delivered by a Ship A Car and we have to say that the service provided by them was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The driver said he would arrive to pick up our cars at Noon and let me say he was there exactly at Noon. Our cars were picked up on a Saturday and by Wednesday afternoon we had them (picked up in New York and dropped off in Florida). We would highly recommend this company.

Worked with Larry from Ship a Car a few months ago to ship a vehicle I purchased on the east coast back home to San Diego. Larry was detail-oriented, provided a driver with a fair rate, and picked up the car within the allotted time frame. The car was delivered earlier than expected which was the joy hiccup; as the vehicle was transferred from a tractor-trailer car hauler to a flatbed trailer from LA to San Diego. In doing so the delivery driver was given an incorrect phone number for contacting me. Fortunately, I was home at 10:30 pm to accept delivery. The other issue with this unexpected delivery is I didn't have the cash on hand to satisfy the balance due to the driver. However, a call to his supervisor and the payment was made via credit card. Would definitely recommend this coming and would use it again as they're properly insured as well.

I was very pleased with this company. Customer service was great. Melinda made the contract clear and was able to get a driver within a week. The dispatch person, Amanda, was always available to inform me of where my car was on route. My car arrived in good condition in a timely manner, and the price was more reasonable than some other quotes I had gotten.

After realizing that my deployment to Texas who is going to last longer than four weeks, I was tired of using Lyft and I knew I couldn’t be without my motorcycle. I requested a quote from their webpage along with five or six other companies. Paul Murphy responded quickly to that email with the second to lowest cost to get my bike 1,230 miles from Ocala, Florida to Pharr, Texas and then followed up the next day with a voicemail. After comparing prices and reading the reviews, I knew this was the company for me. They did not disappoint! I spoke with Paul at the end of the business day on Thursday and within 15 minutes he was calling me to inform me that he had already placed my order with driver Eric Andrews of Andrews Transportation LLC to be delivered 3 days later on Monday. I spoke with Eric on Saturday to confirm where my bike would need to be left. He too was very professional and easy to work with. To my surprise, Eric delivered my bike a day early on Sunday morning. Thats right, my bike was delivered from call to drop in 2.5 days!!! Both Paul & Eric’s professionalism may me feel comfortable that my prize possession was in good hands. Called and booked to have my 1966 Mustang fast back transported from Missouri to Florida. Went off without a hitch a little pricey but worth it. Arrived untouched would use this company again.

Shipped my 2017 rubicon with these guys and they were awesome, they got my vehicle out of the auction within minutes got it across states on time as they said you would. Very very good/reliable company.

SHIP A CAR is pretty straight forward. They're a little more expensive than other quotes out there. They assured me they would pick up and drop the car off at a certain place and time and actually followed through. Other car shipping services don't seem to be as reliable. The outside of the car was a bit dirty which is understandable since they shipped it cross-country, so we just got it washed. I would recommend people to use them.

I can not speak more highly of the assistance Joseph G. provided me throughout this process to date. When I first worked with Joseph on this shipment, he told me that if I needed anything during the shipment stage, to let him know. And he was true to his words! When I had to change the person who was going to drop my car off at the shipping port, he immediately contacted Matson to make that change. On the day of the drop off, an issue came up regarding the acceptance of my vehicle at the port, so I called Joseph to see if he could assist. He immediately attempted to get in touch with me to see how he could assist. When I didn't pick up his call, he right away contacted the person I had told him was going to drop the car off at Matson to find out the problem. I then called Joe back, and discussed the problem with him. After a discussion, he gave me pointers to resolve the issue, and requested that I contact him about any subsequent next steps that he could assist with to ensure the car was accepted on that day, which was actually the final day to have my auto on the next ship. I am greatly impressed with the care and concern that Joseph displayed with my situation. He had a definite "can do" attitude, and was ready to jump in head first in order to help me in any way he could to make sure the shipment was a success. To add importance is that I am attempting to have my car shipped from Honolulu to California while I am trying to manage this as I currently am located in Dallas. Having Joseph as my wing man and a concerned and very responsive primary contact point is invaluable, since this is such a long distance transaction for me. If Joseph is a true representative of Ship A Car and the character of their associates, Ship A Car and Joseph deserve 5 Stars and beyond. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.

I was disappointed to see some very low ratings on Yelp about this company. I spoke with Steve and a guy named Mike transported my 2 cars from California to New Orleans. My driver's name was Mike and he called me every day to let me know where he was in his transport. The cars arrived in pristine condition and very timely. I guess everyone's experience is different...but I got all-star treatment.

I had been looking for someone to ship my car for three weeks. I needed my car shipped from Alabama to Texas. The pickup location was kind of out of the way so I feel like that is why it was a longer process! However ship a car inc was the third company I found and had someone to pick my car up within a week! The price was a little higher but I felt that was due to the pickup location of my car. It was picked up on Thursday and delivered the next day! The only issue I ran into was a language barrier with the driver. However, he was very nice and understanding! I will book with this company again.

I dealt with Justen over the phone. They got my motorcycle to me safely in an enclosed transport on time and significantly cheaper than anyone else. PS don't use uship.com for reviews, those reviews are all fake as hell.

My agent was Doug and he was professional, courteous, and as truthful as he could be. He kept me informed every step of the way and was very cooperative. As our circumstances change, I made him aware and he changed things up as we were going. I was shipping my deceased husband's car to our daughter. Things had to line up before I could ship that car and I explained that to Doug at the outset. He worked with me.   I live in a rural area with narrow streets. He said, “I'm gonna put the car up for some driver with the explanation of the circumstances. We will make that driver aware. And we'll go from there.” Somebody accepted the car within 24 hours and I was totally shocked. Doug explained everything to the driver and the driver said he could handle it. When I made contact with the driver and I re-explained to him, he said, “I committed to picking this car up so that you would not have to walk, you would not have to meet me anywhere. You wouldn't have to leave your home. This car is literally going door to door.” The morning that he was coming to pick up the car, the driver called me and notified me that he was in the area. I knew exactly where he was. I again said to him, “Maybe you should just stop on the larger street or the wider street, and give me a call. And then reassess whether or not you can get down into my narrow road to pick up the car.” I heard that driver before I saw him. He got down out of his big truck and said he couldn't turn around. But I was told not to worry as this was the commitment he made. We looked over the car and he took pictures of my vehicle. He loaded the 2006 Sonata on the back of his truck and it was ready to go. He gave me an approximate delivery date to my daughter. But his plan changed. The driver did not call to tell me but that was perfectly all right. My daughter was looking forward to the weekend and when she reached him, he told her he would have the car there on Monday morning, which he did. I just wished that I had known it wasn't going to get there then I wouldn't have been so anxious that Saturday. But he didn't know. Other than that, the driver delivered and the car was in excellent condition when my daughter got it. The gentleman backed his big, old, long truck out of this narrow street. I was impressed because nobody else did. I am grateful to Ship A Car.

Maria Did Very WELL ! An Excellent Job! The Driver didn’t Call Prior to pick up but he did call prior to arrival. Maria Stayed In contact with me the entire way. The driver got lost but we worked it out together. I even pointed him back out to the road.

I was searching for an Auto Transport company to ship my son's car from Lake Forest, IL to San Diego, CA. He is a Marine and stationed there. From start to finish Ship A Car worked with me to quote a very competitive price. They were very patient as I changed the drop off date a few times because it is very difficult to predict my son's schedule. He was beginning his new MOS with the Marines and he had not received his orders for his shift. I changed the drop off again, from Thursday to Friday when he mentioned that Thursdays he had specific duties and would not be able to leave the base to get his car. It was complicated because for obvious reasons, the delivery truck can't simply drive onto the US Military base. So, my son asked if they could drop the car off at a nearby Target close to the base and provided the address and a date and time that he would be allowed to leave the base. Ship A Car worked with me through all of these logistics. They picked up the car when they agreed and dropped it off as agreed, in perfect condition. My Son, thought this was a better deal than buying a new car at this point. My understanding is that the Marines on the base need some form of transportation. And although my son needed a car, he didn't feel he needed to purchase a brand new car at this time. I can't say enough about the wonderful and patient customer service for Ship A Car. Sam Ladin, the main customer service agent with whom I spoke most frequently, was so awesome! He even called me one evening - after I sent an email changing the drop off logistics - yet again - from his cell phone. He was home having dinner and stopped to deal with my issues! The drivers, Jesus and Saul were extremely professional and courteous as well! I give this company an A+!!!! My son called me and asked me for the contact details of Ship A Car because one of his Marine mates said he would like to do the same thing--ship his car from his home base; also in IL -- to California. TOTAL SATISFACTION!!! Begin of March, i shipped my Honda from CA to CO. I worked with Malisa from Ship-a-car company; Malisa was very helpful and honest. Honest because she kept her commission due only. she got a better deal from car transport, she gave me a lower price at $650. And Malisa contacted me regularly until my Honda was picked up. Totally, it took 6 days since the date i talked to Malisa to the date the Honda delivered at Arvada, CO.

I was very satisfied with Justen and SHIP A CAR for moving my car from Virginia to LA and back.  I saw some other people had their prices go up than originally planned for when they signed the first contract. The first price is just an estimate, and the extra ~10% added is to have a more competent driver, which I was fine with knowing that they will take extra care for my car. Overall, I was impressed with their work, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car mover.

The hallmark of a good company is not if there is ever a problem but HOW they handle the problem. Turns out the problem I had was initially a major pain and hardship to both of us due to the unscrupulousness of the subcontractor. It happens. I booked vehicle transport with Ship A car Inc, twice in the past month. The first, the seller cancelled the sale the day that the hauler was scheduled for pick up. YIKES! Contacted Lisa from Ship A Car and she handled everything. I found another BMW K75 for sale, bought it..., and the first call that I made was to Lisa from Ship A Car. Once again, Lisa and Ship A Car Inc. handled everything exceptionally well. Vehicle pick-up and delivery by a company specializing in motorcycle transport. The vehicle arrived earlier than expected (2 days instead of 4) and in perfect condition. Lisa was great at communicating via email and phone (even for a customer that doesn't have an umbilical to his phone.) Would use them again..., in a second!
