Mikelson and Sons coordinated with me for a pick up from a difficult rural location and actually delivered ahead of time. Thanks to Steve Hungness and driver Mike.

With the coronavirus raging unabated in the Miami area, I needed to have my car transported to me, at my Lexington, KY home since I couldn’t go back to FL anytime soon. I talked to several vendors. They were all impressive until I talked to Bob at Ship A Car. His calming voice, his reassuring manner, and his ability and desire to thoroughly check all the facts before committing, cinched the deal. A few days after my vehicle was picked up, it was delivered to me at my address flawlessly. He embraces customer centricity, and checked in afterwards to ensure that I was satisfied with the service. I have no qualms whatsoever in recommending his service to anyone with a need. He’s the BEST!

Bob Moran really helped me out and made sure everything went smoothly. He added a very nice personal touch and called up to check in if I had any questions or concerns about where my car was or how much I could put in my car. There prices are great compared to other companies and the service is outstanding.

Very professional and organized on the phone, detailed emails to document everything appropriately as well. Followed up as he said he would. The most recent service we had done by Ship A Car INC. was to transport a car from California to Denver, Colorado. The task turned out fantastic, as usual. I really like that it is so easy to make arrangements with them and all of the staff seems so professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, as I have used their services for years and will continue doing so.

I called for quote and talked to Willie. He gave good quote and explained how everything would go. I was sending my military son's new motorcycle (sent his last one last year). I was very happy with Willie and Ship A Car but didn't have good communication with KP Turbo Transport. The driver did not speak English well and did not do an inspection of bike before loading even though I asked for it twice. I had taken pictures before it went on truck so could show the paint chip on the fender was not there before the trip but have not been able to reach them - phone always has you leave a message but they don't call back and email is unanswered. It was picked up promptly and delivered very quickly though.

We used Ship A Car to send a car to our son in North Carolina from California.  The service was great, the price was reasonable and Justin did a great job of coordinating the delivery.  I would use them again if the need arose.

Willie Dublin assisted me on a short notice request to have my two vehicles, a Honda Odyssey and a Hyundai Elantra shipped from Santee, CA to Round Rock, Tx. I initially had set-up a request with another company a month prior , told them my situation and the day I needed it due to my wife's and my job that would require transportation. They told me they can deliver on the requested date. The day prior of the initial pick-up, I received an email that changed the pick-up to 3 days later and a possible whole week before the car would make it. They told me that I never specified the need and that they told me that they said the pick-up could be 3 days prior. They had a whole month to find a transport company to fit that transport request. I cancelled with them, called Willie D. at ship a car inc and he had me set-up with a pick-up day the same day. He was fast, efficient and had great communication the whole way. I would recommend Ship a car inc and Willie D. if you can request him for anyone moving out of state. I also would like to thank Carlos at Carlos Transport who Willie D. found as he was very professional, on time and delivered on the day needed. Very grateful to both of them. Relieved a lot of stress on our out of state move.

I needed my sons car shipped from Bluffton, SC to his home in Bear, DE. My sister Louise gave me Kristina Virture phone #, sins she is working with her to have her car shipped from Queens, NY to Las Vegas. The car was picked up and was delivered on Monday, 2/22/2021 after 3:00 pm. Kristina did a great job and was very pleasent to work with. I told my sister what a great job she did. Bob was great at his job and really helped me out through the whole process. They say you have to have a certain weight limit in your car and everything but bob was able to find me a driver who helped me with that and let me put a little more weight in. He even found me a driver in just a day time since I needed my car out in Arizona in a rush. I highly recommend this company you and your car will be in good hands the whole time.

Our experience with Ship A Car was excellent. They were very responsive with getting us a quote and delivered the vehicle to the door on time. The carrier driver was terrific. He was experienced, courteous and we would definitely use them again.

I used them to transport a repo'd car from Michigan to North Carolina. This means I had to be a middle man between the shipping company and the repo yard, it was no walk in the park, but thanks to Theo at ship-a-car he was very patient and worked very hard to get me a driver to pick the car up (very difficult time slot for pick-up from repo yard) I couldn't have done it without his help and his determination to provide me with the best customer service possible. We had our car transported from upstate NY, on December 1, 2021, to Vero Beach, FL and back on March 31, 2022. The service was perfect Mr. Moran kept us up-to-date on our drivers time of arrival for pick up and drop off day and time. We have already referred four friends to Ship A Car. I must say I was amazed at the service I received from SHIP A CAR INC....especially their customer service rep J. Meigs.... a sure asset to this company. I was in a bind ..my car was not going anywhere and he made it happen for me. There was constant communication... and any time I had a question my calls and emails were returned. My car was picked up on time....delivered safely... and the person who brought the car out also did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend and use this company again.

Great folks. Had an 87 F150 I needed transported from Summerland Key, FL to a shop in Jacksonville, FL. Same person to pick up delivered too. Truck did not start so they had to pull up their trailer and that was not a problem. A gal named Dana I worked with was awesome and very cordial. Matter of fact we chatted about her daughter being in the Boy Scouts and her father, like me, having served in the Navy...very personable and that gave me a nice warm and fuzzy.

From first phone call to set up transport to delivery, everyone was so accommodating. Our driver kept me informed and was very friendly and professional. Our car arrived when expected and in excellent condition. I would recommend this company to anyone who needed to transport a car.

Meredith A. was wonderful from start to finish. She not only kept me informed during the booking of the drivers, all the way to the delivery of the car. She made sure to circle back once the car had been delivered to double check everything went according to plan. Drivers were professional and kind. Service was great! No problems or delays. The car hauler was very responsive whenever I called and the customer service was great. We took the car to the pick up location and picked it up when it arrived in California. The car was a little dirty from the travel in an open truck but it was delivered in great condition. I would use them again if I had a car to haul.

I can not speak more highly of the assistance Joseph G. provided me throughout this process to date. When I first worked with Joseph on this shipment, he told me that if I needed anything during the shipment stage, to let him know. And he was true to his words! When I had to change the person who was going to drop my car off at the shipping port, he immediately contacted Matson to make that change. On the day of the drop off, an issue came up regarding the acceptance of my vehicle at the port, so I called Joseph to see if he could assist. He immediately attempted to get in touch with me to see how he could assist. When I didn't pick up his call, he right away contacted the person I had told him was going to drop the car off at Matson to find out the problem. I then called Joe back, and discussed the problem with him. After a discussion, he gave me pointers to resolve the issue, and requested that I contact him about any subsequent next steps that he could assist with to ensure the car was accepted on that day, which was actually the final day to have my auto on the next ship. I am greatly impressed with the care and concern that Joseph displayed with my situation. He had a definite "can do" attitude, and was ready to jump in head first in order to help me in any way he could to make sure the shipment was a success. To add importance is that I am attempting to have my car shipped from Honolulu to California while I am trying to manage this as I currently am located in Dallas. Having Joseph as my wing man and a concerned and very responsive primary contact point is invaluable, since this is such a long distance transaction for me. If Joseph is a true representative of Ship A Car and the character of their associates, Ship A Car and Joseph deserve 5 Stars and beyond. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.

My experience with DANA was amazing. She was very profesional from the first phone call. I will give her 10/10 in keeping up with communication when I was concerned with the Truck driver and his lack of communication. Car was picked up on time and delivery was on time. (PA to CA move was done in 4 days). I did have some issue with the truck driver regarding pickup and delivery timings but Dana kept good communication with me. I have a new 2019 model of luxury car and it was delivered in very good condition. Please ask for Dana when you call.

You guys are unbelievable! You made this so easy...... This was our first time transporting a car and after vetting-out all the unscrupulous brokers we found Ship A Car. You provided a covered transport in two days... My mechanic says that is unheard of... In all the years he has transported vehicles the shortest time for pick-up was 1 week... The assigned transport driver kept us informed of the progress and delivered the vehicle from Santa Rosa CA to Indio CA in 1 day!

Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve Goodman handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple of days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care of my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve Goodman and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again. in a heartbeat.

I contracted with Ship a Car to pick up and deliver a motorcycle. Steve was great to work with. They arranged for the motorcycle to be picked up on a Saturday and it was delivered to me 900 miles away, the next day (as Sunday). I was amazed. Price was reasonable and they far exceeded my expectations. I have used other motorcycle shippers in the past but this was the best experience by far. I will definitely use them again.

Just moved two classic cars from Chicago to KC in the dead of winter. I asked for a two car hauler and the found someone fast. Was scheduled to have the cars picked up on Monday but the drive contacted me to see if he could pick the cars up a day early to get ahead of a big snow storm and bitter cold. On the back end I needed him to drive the cars up a long driveway and park them in the garage. He was easy to work with and did a great job.

Mr Moran helped me ship my 89 Mercedes to Massachusetts from Florida he was very professional and helped me find exactly what I wanted I would not go with any other company. Unless Mr Moran was there he made the process very stress free and easy.

Cameron provided excellent service. He was always reachable by phone. My family shipped 3 cars from Florida to Massachusetts. The 2 drivers were also easily reachable and treated us with great concern and respect. These guys were exception. We had moved to Florida in June and used another carrier which was a fiasco.
