When I called, I was encouraged by the information Larry provided about your service and best ways to reach him if we had questions. Pricing was fair and in line with what we expected. He called immediately when a driver was available. The transport driver's service had good follow up too and were happy to share information when I called them. The transport driver had good follow up and was easy to reach by cell. He picked up and returned the car to us in a timely fashion with no issues. Overall, it was a positive experience!

I shipped my Car from Las Vegas to Detroit, Sam handled the project without any problems. Highly recommend Sam L. and his shipping company. Price was fair and service driver was great.

I'm not sure if I just got the trash of the company, regardless of the good reviews but I'm already dealing with the death of my father and had to move an ATV out of his place after he passed. I decided to use this company and it has been one problem after another, then they contracted with a driver who never gives us any updates or answers his phone. We were told it would be delivered same day, so we got no estimated times and just waited around with no phone call. So we called the company and was told, oh sorry, we were going to update you in the morning that it was going to be delivered next day in the evening. So I follow up the next morning and was told I would get a call back, but never did. I tried to be courteous because I know everyone deals with all kinds of customers, but this company is terrible, along with the company they contracted with.

Kristina was outstanding - friendly, fair and responsive. The driver was great too- took great care of my new car and was very accommodating with my schedule.

I had my car shipped from Washington State to Wisconsin and Sam was incredibly helpful throughout the process. My car was picked up on time by a friendly and professional driver, and delivered perfectly as promised. Everything went exactly as planned and I was extremely happy with the service.

Ship a Car does not ship your car, they contract transporters to ship your cars. They do the leg work for you. Kristina busted her butt to ship a low riding Corvette for me. She even tried to talk me into finding a local guy to do it cheaper! The car didn't run had a flat, needed to be pushed and turned. Kristina found the right team for the job! I had originally scheduled a my car transport with Nationwide auto transportation (don't us them). On the day of my pickup nationwide called me stating that they had no one to pick up my car after I have made a reservation 2 weeks prior. When i originally made my reservation i was told tbwy would contact me two day before the pick. Due to their lack of professionalism I cancelled there service. I called ship a Car the same day and Pepper answered. We scheduled a pickup for the next busy day and with 48 my car was shipped from Florida to California.

The driver showed up and dropped off the car exactly when he said he would. It was an extremely smooth experience. I would recommend Ship A Car to anybody. They honored the price and there was no damage to the vehicle at all.

I can honestly say, this company is the best!. I called on a Thursday morning, no later than 15 minutes they called me back telling me someone will be there on Friday morning and they were there ot pick up my car. The delivery was supposed to be on the following Monday. They actually showed up a day earlier. I used another company before, it literally took 2 weeks. I highly recommend this company. Highly! I never do reviews, ever! I had to this time.

Fernanda was my representative, she was very professional, courteous and her communication was GREAT! She was very helpful with the whole process, she made it a great experience, NO STRESS. And very quick service. My transporter Radu was very courteous and professional, he was able to deliver my car a day early! He notified me a time he would be at my home and then notified me again that he would be 20 minutes later and he was sorry. Then when he arrived he apologized again that he was a little late--GREAT COMMUNICATION. Wonderful people.

I was disappointed to see some very low ratings on Yelp about this company. I spoke with Steve and a guy named Mike transported my 2 cars from California to New Orleans. My driver's name was Mike and he called me every day to let me know where he was in his transport. The cars arrived in pristine condition and very timely. I guess everyone's experience is different...but I got all-star treatment.

The car was picked up on May 5 from Reading, Michigan, and delivered to Woonsocket, Rhode Island on May 6. Everything about this company was professional. Not only is she courteous, professional, and a joy to deal with, but her time is used wisely and she arranged for my '47 Indian chief to be delivered ahead of schedule with a professional driver, keeping me in the loop as to where and when the arrival would happen. I can not speak more highly of the assistance Joseph G. provided me throughout this process to date. When I first worked with Joseph on this shipment, he told me that if I needed anything during the shipment stage, to let him know. And he was true to his words! When I had to change the person who was going to drop my car off at the shipping port, he immediately contacted Matson to make that change. On the day of the drop off, an issue came up regarding the acceptance of my vehicle at the port, so I called Joseph to see if he could assist. He immediately attempted to get in touch with me to see how he could assist. When I didn't pick up his call, he right away contacted the person I had told him was going to drop the car off at Matson to find out the problem. I then called Joe back, and discussed the problem with him. After a discussion, he gave me pointers to resolve the issue, and requested that I contact him about any subsequent next steps that he could assist with to ensure the car was accepted on that day, which was actually the final day to have my auto on the next ship. I am greatly impressed with the care and concern that Joseph displayed with my situation. He had a definite "can do" attitude, and was ready to jump in head first in order to help me in any way he could to make sure the shipment was a success. To add importance is that I am attempting to have my car shipped from Honolulu to California while I am trying to manage this as I currently am located in Dallas. Having Joseph as my wing man and a concerned and very responsive primary contact point is invaluable, since this is such a long distance transaction for me.
