I dealt with Justen over the phone. They got my motorcycle to me safely in an enclosed transport on time and significantly cheaper than anyone else. PS don't use uship.com for reviews, those reviews are all fake as hell.

The entire process was so smooth and professionally handled. From Meredith our transport agent to Justin our transport driver it was a seamless process. We needed our car shipped from the west coast to our new home nearly 2200 miles away. We were in nearly constant communication with Meredith who provided updates promptly. When we had a hiccup on our end, our driver, Justin worked with us with no problem. Our car was delivered on the date and time promised and in undamaged condition. This was such a positive experience for us.

I was searching for an Auto Transport company to ship my son's car from Lake Forest, IL to San Diego, CA. He is a Marine and stationed there. From start to finish Ship A Car worked with me to quote a very competitive price. They were very patient as I changed the drop off date a few times because it is very difficult to predict my son's schedule. He was beginning his new MOS with the Marines and he had not received his orders for his shift. I changed the drop off again, from Thursday to Friday when he mentioned that Thursdays he had specific duties and would not be able to leave the base to get his car. It was complicated because for obvious reasons, the delivery truck can't simply drive onto the US Military base. So, my son asked if they could drop the car off at a nearby Target close to the base and provided the address and a date and time that he would be allowed to leave the base. Ship A Car worked with me through all of these logistics. They picked up the car when they agreed and dropped it off as agreed, in perfect condition. My Son, thought this was a better deal than buying a new car at this point. My understanding is that the Marines on the base need some form of transportation. And although my son needed a car, he didn't feel he needed to purchase a brand new car at this time. I can't say enough about the wonderful and patient customer service for Ship A Car. Sam L., the main customer service agent with whom I spoke most frequently, was so awesome! He even called me one evening - after I sent an email changing the drop off logistics - yet again - from his cell phone. He was home having dinner and stopped to deal with my issues! The drivers, Jesus and Saul were extremely professional and courteous as well! I give this company an A+!!!! My son called me and asked me for the contact details of Ship A Car because one of his Marine mates said he would like to do the same thingship his car from his home base; also in IL to California. Their price point is higher than other companies, but it is worth paying a little more for the peace of mind that the job is going to get done. I shipped cars before with other companies who didn't deliver service as promised and it left me in a bind. So, it was very refreshing to have someone call me as promised, several days before to finalize plans, and the day before the car's pick up to confirm the time of pick up. My car was picked up the day before planned and the delivered a day early. I am so happy with this stellar service that I am using this company again to transport a different car. The service you receive is second to none. I had questions as my timeline was tight, and Howard answered my questions every step of the way; he returned my calls promptly and I was never left in the dark. Highly recommend!! Excellent customer service from Dana Briones from inquiry until the successful drop off of my new car from Pennsylvania to Los Angeles, CA. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring and made herself available when I called to check on the location of my car after 4 days. I was also provided with the driver's full name and cell phone number. I most appreciate that Dana was honest about the estimated transport pick up and delivery time frame. The driver Alex was the absolute best. He called me and the car dealership the morning he picked up my new car. We spoke about 4 days later and he told me his expected delivery day. On that day, he texted me to let me know the time based on his GPS. He arrived earlier than expected. This was my first time purchasing a car from the internet, from another state and using an auto transportation company. I did have anxiety in the beginning. However, EVERYTHING went smooth and I have nothing but great things to say about Dana and Ship a Car Inc.

What an amazing experience we had with this company and especially with Willie D. who made all the arrangements for us. I was very concerned about sending the car this way and he was so kind and patient with me taking the time to reassure me and ease my fears and apprehension. I used Ship A Car when I moved across the country. Their service was wonderful. They communicated well with me, they were friendly, and they kept me in the loop on what was going on. The only problem was that the company they ended up hiring for shipping my vehicle was a problem. But when I told them about the problem they were very nice about it, and they handled it very well. I highly recommend them.

From start to finish an all around excellent experience. Easy to schedule with, prompt and professional. The driver showed up to the minute of our scheduled pickup and delivered our car as planned. Both Ship a Car Direct and the driver were great communicators and provided exactly what they promised with no surprises. I would definitely use them again.

I dont think this company does any real due diligence on their carriers. A 15hr drive to deliver a motorcycle took 4 days after original estimate was next day. $700 with their fees. No show, no call the original delivery date. Steve Goodman was barely responsive except for one call. Carrier they picked barely exists online. Thank god I made Steve send their insurance certificate and I made sure my insurance company would cover and do the chasing had damage occurred. If they arent providing oversight than just use UShip.

Although this Company did not ship my car. Their response to my needs and great customer services showed me that they actually were looking to help me. They were transparent and did not give me the run around and called me back the same day to tell me they had a carrier to pick up my car. I first want to say that Ship A Car, Inc. did a fabulous job with shipping my 1977 Mercedes from Los Angeles to Georgia. I shipped the car covered and it arrived with no damage. Sam Ladin took my order and kept me informed at every step. My only complaint is with the trucking company, Z Trans, who accepted the dispatch. The company came a day later than the scheduled time to pickup the car and didn't call me to tell me they weren't coming. The day before the car was supposed to arrive, I phoned the driver and told him what time I would be at the location. Never heard back from him. He arrived early morning and was rude to my family and threatened to return the car to Los Angeles unless they were paid. The people who run this company speak little English so this adds to the difficulty in keeping in contact. So if Ship-A-Car tells you that Z Trans picked up their dispatch order, ask them to change it. I've informed them of this issue, so it shouldn't be a problem.

My van made it here in one piece thank you so much for all your help. The carrier was very helpful and friendly. One happy customer!

It was difficult to even have a conversation with my remote cell coverage, quite the challenge. She was professional and delightful, when I’m ready to return I will use their services again.

I worked with Steve and he was awesome! A real life saver. I had previously utilized a different shipping brokerage (through my moving company) and they left me high and dry the day before my car was supposed to be transported. I had less than 24 hours to coordinate the car transport and called Steve. He had a carrier assigned to my car within 20 minutes of my request. They picked my car up the next morning and all was well. I’m still in awe at how Steve was able to help me in 20 minutes and the other brokerage had weeks notice and couldn’t make it happen. Definitely will call Steve again if I need a car transported and will refer anyone who needs a car shipped to Steve!

My experience with DANA was amazing. She was very profesional from the first phone call. I will give her 10/10 in keeping up with communication when I was concerned with the Truck driver and his lack of communication. Car was picked up on time and delivery was on time. (PA to CA move was done in 4 days). I did have some issue with the truck driver regarding pickup and delivery timings but Dana kept good communication with me. I have a new 2019 model of luxury car and it was delivered in very good condition. Please ask for Dana when you call.

I work with Steve directly. He's my Ship A Car go-to guy. He's been nothing short of fantastic for me. I probably send him out about three quotes a day, and he gets back to me the same day. It's usually within a couple of hours. So, he's been great. All I do is send him an email with what I need, and he fires right back. He gets at least one or two bikes a week from me. I send out anywhere from 10 to 15 bikes a month. So, I use Ship A Car quite a bit. They’re great.

Used this company recently to ship my truck across country. Was paranoid of so many things happening. THis company made the job effortless, and painless. Was given an exact quote, was promised no surprises and vehicle was delivered in excellent condition and on time. COmmunication was excellent and will use again in the future for sure.

I can honestly say, this company is the best!. I called on a Thursday morning, no later than 15 minutes they called me back telling me someone will be there on Friday morning and they were there ot pick up my car. The delivery was supposed to be on the following Monday. They actually showed up a day earlier. I used another company before, it literally took 2 weeks. I highly recommend this company. Highly! I was having a car shipped from Houston to Tennessee and I had many concerns about this adventure. However, after speaking with Lawrence and then him walking me through every step. I had the best experience possible. He did everything that he said that he would and went over and beyond my expectations. The driver Leon was just as good and provided peace of mind all the way. I schedule my car to be picked up on a Monday.. when I actually made the final call to Lawrence.. he stated "how about if I try to get a driver to pick up on Saturday"? I said yes of course, short story Lawrence called back with a pick-up date on Saturday and delivery on Monday. Then Leon called and asked if a Sunday delivery would be okay?? Wow, I could not have asked for anything better than this experience. Yes, I would use this company again without a doubt.

I needed a car shipped on a short haul from Nevada to California on an ASAP basis because the hauler I had contracted with cancelled on me at the last minute. I found Ship A Car in a Google search, quickly checked their references and reviews and called. I spoke to Willie Dublin and he got on it immediately. He scheduled a pick up for the same afternoon and my car was delivered the next day in exactly the same condition as it was in when it was loaded the afternoon before. They met and exceeded all my expectations for customer service, price, performance and efficiency.

Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve G. handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care with my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve G. and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again... in a heartbeat.
