Danny was great, no problems there. We had a problem with the trucker who took our first load through -- he was several days late on his load, and he wasn't easy to get a hold of. But Danny did a lot of leg work, so my hat's off to him. The guy who picked up the trucks was a great guy. He was very informative and kept us posted. The express transit was kind of slow and sluggish, though -- it seemed like they only had a couple of drivers. But the trucks got there. They did a pretty good job.

The whole shipping experience was perfect. Joe walked me through everything and kept me updated and was there to answer any questions anytime. Vehicle arrived on time in perfect condition. Outstanding service!!

We used Ship a Car to transport 2 of our vehicles from Salt Lake City to Nashville. Justin was on it as soon as I gave the go ahead. The drivers arrived a little early, but patiently waited and our cars arrived one, before we did (but we had made arrangements for it to be received), the other as scheduled a couple of days later. No damage to either vehicle, just a lot of road dust as to be expected. I'd use them again in a heart beat. They were half the price of all the others and less that a week ship time.

Steve was super. Gave me a quote and within a few days the pickup was lined up. They picked up the bike on a Saturday and it got to me 900 miles away on Sunday (the next day). I was amazed. Excellent service and reasonable price.

"Trying to ship a Burning Man art car halfway across the country can be difficult. It’s even harder when you only have 5 days’ notice. I found GolfCartShipping.com (run by Ship-A-Car) purely by chance after exhausting half a dozen other providers, but when Bob Moran picked up the phone I knew was talking to a professional. He recognized the tight schedule and budget we were working with, and he I could tell he enjoyed the uniqueness of our project. He told me he would see what he could find, and he set right to work. By the next morning, Bob had a driver and a quote that fit our budget and would get the car there just in time. But of course, it couldn’t be that simple. Nothing with Burning Man ever is. We had bought a trailer on the chance that we would have to deliver the car ourselves, and now we wanted to know if the trailer could be brought too? And, would it be possible to take the car all the way to Black Rock City, instead of just to Reno? Bob took these questions and curve $@!#% with great patience and skill. He juggled our phone calls with those of his vendor and figured out a plan that would work for everyone. We were so happy. Life was good. But, like a rockslide, my partner sent me a message that changed our plans entirely. The work that Bob and I put in was flushed away. The last phone call we shared I felt like I was kicking a puppy. Bob is without a doubt one of the best brokers, sales reps, and all-around human beings that I’ve worked with in a long, long time. I feel genuinely guilty that I had to cancel our plans and take business away from him. I happily offered to pay him, at least something, for his trouble, but he very calmly and kindly declined, and wished me all the best. Contacted Ship-A-Car in early May 2018 and spoke with Steve G. He answered almost all of my questions immediately about shipping my new BMW to east coast. Those he couldn't answer he got back to me in less than a day with all the information I needed. A few weeks later my car was at the port on Maui and in less than one month it was safely sitting in my garage in North Carolina and in the exact same, excellent condition. I will ship other cars in the future and I will use Ship-A-Car and Steve.

Easy and efficient. Finding a driver was a little difficult given my location but Stephen did it! The driver, Pavel, texted me with the estimated time of pick-up which was exact. He told me what day my car would arrive and again, gave me an accurate time of delivery. All went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company.

I am very pleased with my Ship A Car service. My broker was Sam and he was very helpful! I was very nervous about shipping my car but my car got to my destination a day earlier than expected and the driver was very friendly and helpful.

The process was easy. The car was picked up locally in Seattle and delivered on time at a convenient location in Illinois. The truck our car was on was enclosed, so t really wasn?t even dirty when it arrived. The people we worked with were professional and polite.

I've been working with Ship A Car for years. Danny over there takes care of me well. He gets me a broker right away. The few times I've had issues with the carrier, he helped me take care of it. I've done several vehicles and everything went well. When I book, I call him up on his number. I text him the location, where it's being shipped to, where it's coming from, and the VIN number. He does a search, sends me a quote, tells me about what it should be, even before I even bid on the vehicle. He does a good job coming in with that radius and getting me someone right away.

Never had a better company to transport as I phoned and 2 days later had my car in Branson. May I say that it's like a cut throat racket, as I had many weird, strange, quotes and calls. I was about to give up when my moving company told me of Bob Moran and that is was a 5 star company, and wow they weren't kidding as my car is in Branson waiting for us.

I had planned to have my Harley picked up about a week in advance. I put down a $200 deposit a guy told me you are good for Saturday. Well Saturday came no one shows up. I call the guy I spoke to about the whole deal... no answer. Call the guy Bob who is the driver no answer.... call the main office lady picks up gives me another number to call..... no answer call her back... no answer. I worked with Justen to ship my car from Michigan to California, he is very kind and patient and the communication is great throughout the process. My situation is a little bit special, in early May, I made a deal with Justen that the release date will be July 10th, however, on June 19th, my schedule has changed and I need my car to be transported as soon as possible. I had to move from Ohio Kent to California SLO. After a long search, I found ShipaCar and read its review. Everyone says they are indeed good. Then talked to Harry Burge from ShipaCar. He is the man of word. He is polite and response your call immediately. I got my car exactly the day I wanted there in SLO. I always recommend all of my friends who need to ship their car.

My agent was Doug and he was professional, courteous, and as truthful as he could be. He kept me informed every step of the way and was very cooperative. As our circumstances change, I made him aware and he changed things up as we were going. I was shipping my deceased husband's car to our daughter. Things had to line up before I could ship that car and I explained that to Doug at the outset. He worked with me.   I live in a rural area with narrow streets. He said, “I'm gonna put the car up for some driver with the explanation of the circumstances. We will make that driver aware. And we'll go from there.” Somebody accepted the car within 24 hours and I was totally shocked. Doug explained everything to the driver and the driver said he could handle it. When I made contact with the driver and I re-explained to him, he said, “I committed to picking this car up so that you would not have to walk, you would not have to meet me anywhere. You wouldn't have to leave your home. This car is literally going door to door.” The morning that he was coming to pick up the car, the driver called me and notified me that he was in the area. I knew exactly where he was. I again said to him, “Maybe you should just stop on the larger street or the wider street, and give me a call. And then reassess whether or not you can get down into my narrow road to pick up the car.” I heard that driver before I saw him. He got down out of his big truck and said he couldn't turn around. But I was told not to worry as this was the commitment he made. We looked over the car and he took pictures of my vehicle. He loaded the 2006 Sonata on the back of his truck and it was ready to go. He gave me an approximate delivery date to my daughter. But his plan changed. The driver did not call to tell me but that was perfectly all right. My daughter was looking forward to the weekend and when she reached him, he told her he would have the car there on Monday morning, which he did. I just wished that I had known it wasn't going to get there then I wouldn't have been so anxious that Saturday. But he didn't know. Other than that, the driver delivered and the car was in excellent condition when my daughter got it. The gentleman backed his big, old, long truck out of this narrow street. I was impressed because nobody else did. I am grateful to Ship A Car.

I cannot say enough positive things about Steve and Ship a Car. This is our second experience in needing to ship a vehicle, but our first experience with this company. We hired this company to help us transport our vehicles from Hawaii to Michigan. Steve either always answered his phone or was extremely prompt in returning my phone calls. Their pricing was extremely competitive and the best price around at the time we booked them. Every detail was explained thoroughly and every question answered. Our vehicles arrived on time, one actually arrived early, with no damage from the transporters dispatched by Ship a Car. I can not speak more highly of the assistance Joseph G. provided me throughout this process to date. When I first worked with Joseph on this shipment, he told me that if I needed anything during the shipment stage, to let him know. And he was true to his words! When I had to change the person who was going to drop my car off at the shipping port, he immediately contacted Matson to make that change. On the day of the drop off, an issue came up regarding the acceptance of my vehicle at the port, so I called Joseph to see if he could assist. He immediately attempted to get in touch with me to see how he could assist. When I didn't pick up his call, he right away contacted the person I had told him was going to drop the car off at Matson to find out the problem. I then called Joe back, and discussed the problem with him. After a discussion, he gave me pointers to resolve the issue, and requested that I contact him about any subsequent next steps that he could assist with to ensure the car was accepted on that day, which was actually the final day to have my auto on the next ship. I am greatly impressed with the care and concern that Joseph displayed with my situation. He had a definite "can do" attitude, and was ready to jump in head first in order to help me in any way he could to make sure the shipment was a success. To add importance is that I am attempting to have my car shipped from Honolulu to California while I am trying to manage this as I currently am located in Dallas. Having Joseph as my wing man and a concerned and very responsive primary contact point is invaluable, since this is such a long distance transaction for me. If Joseph is a true representative of Ship A Car and the character of their associates, Ship A Car and Joseph deserve 5 Stars and beyond. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.

While there were some communication problems on the pickup date, the process was otherwise smooth, and the car was delivered quickly and in good condition. I work with Steve directly. He's my Ship A Car go-to guy. He's been nothing short of fantastic for me. I probably send him out about three quotes a day, and he gets back to me the same day. It's usually within a couple of hours. So, he's been great. All I do is send him an email with what I need, and he fires right back. He gets at least one or two bikes a week from me. I send out anywhere from 10 to 15 bikes a month. So, I use Ship A Car quite a bit. They’re great.

Called to inquire about quote on shipping but customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. Customer service personal asked literally said to me: "I dont know why you are calling for a quote like its supposed to be any cheaper. Like what is it? have you ever shipped a car before...?" I felt really attacked by his tone. As a customer considering your services, I am at least entitled to get a quote on how much I will be spending. Instead of attacking customers in a very rude tone and assuming that I am calling to make a "cheap request", please do better on providing the simple request asked or say you are unable to do so. This was such a horrible experience.
