This is a company of thieves and liars. DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR with them. THEY WILL TRICK YOU AND OVERCHARGE YOU. They will lie to you on every step of the phone call. NOTHING, I repeat NOTHING THEY PROMISED or agreed with is real. They told me they would charge 200 dollars for commission, but they will charge you 3,4,5x more from your credit card. They will promise you a closed truck, but they will send an open truck. In addition to the worst service I had in my life, the supervisor dismissed my complaints for over one week and their company and/or employee STOLE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER. After providing them my credit card number (I rarely use this credit card that I provided to them), my credit card was used in locations around their office location in Florida. THEY COMMIT CREDIT CARD FRAUD!! Be aware, this is a scam only surpassed by the one committed by the Wolf of Wall Street. I will make sure no one uses them again, I will take the appropriate legal action and report them to the Consumer Protection Bureau

Ship a car Inc was an absolutely fantastic company to go through Lisa was my initial contact and she got me through this whole process after we done business with another company that turned out to be fraudulent Lisa got the situation turned around so that she could have a driver in Rochester New York the next day the drivers probably showed up within the one hour time frame that they promised they kept in contact with my daughter who was in Los Angeles waiting to receive the car they told her that they would be there at 6:30 7 days later and they were there promptly at 6:30 I would absolutely positively not hesitate to do business with this company again absolutely fantastic thank you so much.

Never had a better company to transport as I phoned and 2 days later had my car in Branson. May I say that it's like a cut throat racket, as I had many weird, strange, quotes and calls. I was about to give up when my moving company told me of Bob Moran and that is was a 5 star company, and wow they weren't kidding as my car is in Branson waiting for us.

We have a street legal custom golf cart to the tune of a $10,000 investment with all of the fancy bells and whistles. My son and his family relocated to Boca Raton and they wanted to use it over there. Just moved two classic cars from Chicago to KC in the dead of winter. I asked for a two car hauler and the found someone fast. Was scheduled to have the cars picked up on Monday but the drive contacted me to see if he could pick the cars up a day early to get ahead of a big snow storm and bitter cold. On the back end I needed him to drive the cars up a long driveway and park them in the garage. He was easy to work with and did a great job.

As of our last conversation, you found that our car was no longer on the list to be picked up by a driver/broker. Apparently our car did ship out later that day. It is on its way to CA, but this has been an exasperating experience for us and one we hope never to repeat. Pepper Long is a dedicated worker that stays on the phone until her customers needs are met. Not only is she courteous, professional, and a joy to deal with, but her time is used wisely and she arranged for my '47 Indian chief to be delivered ahead of schedule with a professional driver, keeping me in the loop as to where and when the arrival would happen. Turns out the problem I had was initially a major pain and hardship to both of us due to the unscrupulousness of the subcontractor. It happens. I've been working with Ship A Car for years. Danny over there takes care of me well. He gets me a broker right away. The few times I've had issues with the carrier, he helped me take care of it. I've done several vehicles and everything went well. When I book, I call him up on his number. I text him the location, where it's being shipped to, where it's coming from, and the VIN number. He does a search, sends me a quote, tells me about what it should be, even before I even bid on the vehicle. He does a good job coming in with that radius and getting me someone right away.

I have done business with Ship a Car and Bob M. specifically for many years. He is knowledgeable, helpful and, most importantly, always available. When I leave a message, he always returns the call in a timely fashion. I have recommended him to several friend with cars going to many different destinations and they have all been pleased with the service and treatment they received.

Bob was fantastic. I was struggling with another company when I was referred to Bob. Working with him was a pleasure. When you called he answered his phone, he kept me informed every step of the way, and everything happened exactly as he said it would. He stayed in touch throughout the pickup and delivery to make sure there were no problems or issues. I would definitely use Bob again. He exceeded my expectations and that type of service is difficult to find today.

Easy and efficient. Finding a driver was a little difficult given my location but Stephen did it! The driver, Pavel, texted me with the estimated time of pick-up which was exact. He told me what day my car would arrive and again, gave me an accurate time of delivery. All went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company.

I'm a snowbird and I'm 84 years old. I used to drive back and forth but at my age, that's not safe. I don't see another alternative to Ship A Car. I work with Steve and he has been incredible. He knows me and my situation and he is just so supportive. The trip last fall was amazing. During this time when there's so much unrest, they're doing everything they can to make the trip as enjoyable as possible.

This was my first time to use Ship A Car Inc. I asked them to transport a 30,000 pound telehandler, or boom lift, from Cedar Rapids, Iowa to Gulfport, Mississippi. I was surprised that they were able to get the equipment out of Iowa ahead of the bad weather, but they did. Very prompt service. The driver was an extremely conscientious individual who saw that there was a hatch problem on the equipment which needed attention before hitting the road. He took of that for me. The load was professionally secured, and made it down here in perfect shape! I am very impressed with Ship A Car Inc., and highly recommend them to anyone needing vehicles or equipment transported over a long distance! I mean these guys went above and beyond from my first phone call to final delivery!

Worked with Larry from Ship a Car a few months ago to ship a vehicle I purchased on the east coast back home to San Diego. Larry was detail-oriented, provided a driver with a fair rate, and picked up the car within the allotted time frame. The car was delivered earlier than expected which was the joy hiccup; as the vehicle was transferred from a tractor-trailer car hauler to a flatbed trailer from LA to San Diego. In doing so the delivery driver was given an incorrect phone number for contacting me. Fortunately, I was home at 10:30 pm to accept delivery. The other issue with this unexpected delivery is I didn't have the cash on hand to satisfy the balance due to the driver. However, a call to his supervisor and the payment was made via credit card. Would definitely recommend this coming and would use it again as they're properly insured as well.

Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve Goodman handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care with my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve Goodman and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again… in a heartbeat. Ship a Car Inc. is the best motorcycle shipping company I have had the pleasure of encountering. This is the second time they have shipped my bike. I have had experience with other shippers and, in my experience, Ship a Car Inc. sets the standard for quality service. This time I had my bike shipped from Santa Fe NM to Florida. Joseph Gorfien was my facilitator. He arranged to have the bike picked up within a couple of days. Considering the shop at which I had left it was closed for a day, this was the first possible opportunity to ship it. Amazing! Joseph thought it might take about six days to deliver the bike to Florida, but it got here in three. Amazing! The bike has a custom paint job and custom parts. There was not one scratch on the bike and everything was in perfect order. These folks have not only demonstrated extreme competency in making what could have been a couple of difficult situations totally stress-free, they all seem to have a great sense of humor.
