Dana was great to deal with. I had a deadline to meet and she was very easy to communicate with via phone and email. She chased down the trucking company personally when they missed their pickup time and resolved the issue. I will use again.

I had a very good experience with Ship a Car Inc. They offered quick responses to my questions, and they were very accessible. I shipped my truck from Georgia to Connecticut, and it arrived without issues or problems.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The car arrived in perfect condition and even sooner than expected. I worked with Bob Moran and he was the BEST. He explained ,the entire process and was accurate and very helpful. This experience was perfect in every way. Bob Moran made it all happen and the driver was a very professional young man. Perfect!

Ship a car did a wonderful job shipping my cousins car. Sam was so nice and helpful with dealing with my father. My father was trying to take care of this transaction and make all the arrangements. I was the middle person to just clarify some things. Sam took the time to explain to me of everything that was happening and told me what was required from me/my dad. It takes a lot of patience for someone to figure out the details of delivering a car. I will probably use this company if I ever need to ship a car. I moved from NJ to OR and had to ship my 2 cars. I was flying out on Sunday 8/29 and as requested I gave them a 3 days window - Thursday 25th through Saturday 28th - for the pick up to match my travel schedule. Since the first call I told them that I was moving on Sunday and they assured me that they could pick them up on the window given. They didn't show up until Sunday a couple hours before I had to leave to the airport. It was a bit of stress for me which could have been avoided if they had shown up within the 3 days window I had given. However, besides that all went well. Cars arrived in 6 days which was less than they had estimated (7-10 days). I recommend using Ship a Car but if you have planned travels I suggest you consider at least a 5 days windows before your travel date.

Surprised ourselves with a new Harley while on vacation and needed a way to get it home (from Michigan to Nebraska). Emily was very helpful, polite and kept us informed of shipping progress. Our driver Sam kept in touch with us giving us with updates of his location and ETA. The bike arrived in perfect condition, Sam was very cautious with all the vehicles in his trailer - he even wore gloves to move the vehicles! We would defiantly work with Emily and Sam if we ever find ourselves needing a vehicle transported again.

Excellent customer service from Dana Briones from inquiry until the successful drop off of my new car from Pennsylvania to Los Angeles, CA. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring and made herself available when I called to check on the location of my car after 4 days. I was also provided with the driver's full name and cell phone number. I most appreciate that Dana was honest about the estimated transport pick up and delivery time frame. The driver Alex was the absolute best. He called me and the car dealership the morning he picked up my new car. We spoke about 4 days later and he told me his expected delivery day. On that day, he texted me to let me know the time based on his GPS. He arrived earlier than expected. This was my first time purchasing a car from the internet, from another state and using an auto transportation company. I did have anxiety in the beginning. This company is awesome! I'm a retired Navy Sr. Chief and own a 2012 Corvette Grand Sport, rare painted in Carlisle Blue. The driver "Willie" was on time and treated my car as though it was his own. He was very respectful and carried my car from Texas to NC and delivered it on our agreed date and time. Willie and I inspected the car before and after the shipment and he noted a spot on the windshield I didn't even note. Suffice it to say, my experience was the best ever. I fully recommend this company and driver to anyone shipping any vehicle.

I had a Mercedez E550 convertable that had to be transported (shipped) from California across country to Florida. Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve Goodman handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple of days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care of my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve Goodman and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again. in a heartbeat.

Hey there 'ole Chad........ My vehicle was a 2000 Prowler.... Not a Rice Producers piece of equipment. All went well and once the manual was read. Started right up. Unbeknownst to me... or the Semi-Driver. The Security system automatically engages when the ignition is turned off. Vehicle would not start until the Security System was disarmed..... cause for a good laugh. Should the occasion develop in the future to ship another vehicle ----- REST ASSURED I WILL USE, SHIP-A-Car, Inc.... Thanks for all your assistance and Professionalism.

Ship A Car did a good job. Their customer service was sufficient. I didn't have to worry about, “Where's the car? Or what are they doing?” Everything was in a timely manner. They had a man come here and he was of Lithuanian descent and he was new in the country. He was very kind and polite. He knew what he was supposed to do and did his job well. The car was delivered in about a day. He was very efficient. It worked out great.

Hello, I worked with Steve Goodman getting my car shipped from Pennsylvania to South Dakota. I was very leery on selecting a company and had been in touch with other shippers. My finale price was about $200 higher than original quote, but South Dakota isn't a very popular route. I had Car available on November 2 , 2020 and truck picked it the same day ! Although first truck had mechanical issues, Steve has another within 30 minutes scheduled. Car was delivered with no issues , on time. I would suggest to others to be available at anytime day of the transport because the driver can show really at anytime. Its funny the other shipping company called me and said the finally found a driver to transport my car , but it was already delivered . Steve really made it happen quick !

I delivered my brand new BMW convertible to my place within two business days, and I couldn't be happier! Excellent customer service and fair prices. Once I called their office, they were so helpful and detailed that I booked them right away. My car was received fast, without damages/scratches or headaches. The transport company I chose didn't show up and it was pretty bad. I switched to Ship A Car and I liked their communication. People let me know what's going on and I'm good. When I called to ask about anything, a person was there and responded. He called me to let me know that he had someone to pick up the car. From then on, it was good until delivery. After delivery, I got a follow-up call so it went well.   The transport was from South Carolina to Utah, which was about 2,200 miles. When the car was picked up, it took a couple of days. There were two drivers and they just continually drove. I couldn't believe it. The final rate was what was decided upon. The only thing was the payment was a cash requirement. I had just moved here to Utah and I just opened an account. The money was held because it came from another state so I didn't have cash. That posed a problem on delivery because checks or credit cards weren't accepted. If a credit card were accepted, that would have helped tremendously. Other than that, I would recommend Ship A Car.

The entire experience with Ship a car inc was incredible. Starting with Pepper who was super nice and followed up constantly. She made me feel comfortable that my car was in good hands and it was. Doug the truck driver was fantastic as well. He even delivered my car early! Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My experience with DANA was amazing. She was very profesional from the first phone call. I will give her 10/10 in keeping up with communication when I was concerned with the Truck driver and his lack of communication. Car was picked up on time and delivery was on time. (PA to CA move was done in 4 days). I did have some issue with the truck driver regarding pickup and delivery timings but Dana kept good communication with me. I have a new 2019 model of luxury car and it was delivered in very good condition. Please ask for Dana when you call.

Easy and efficient. Finding a driver was a little difficult given my location but Stephen did it! The driver, Pavel, texted me with the estimated time of pick-up which was exact. He told me what day my car would arrive and again, gave me an accurate time of delivery. All went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company.

My agent was Doug and he was professional, courteous, and as truthful as he could be. He kept me informed every step of the way and was very cooperative. As our circumstances change, I made him aware and he changed things up as we were going. I was shipping my deceased husband's car to our daughter. Things had to line up before I could ship that car and I explained that to Doug at the outset. He worked with me.   I live in a rural area with narrow streets. He said, “I'm gonna put the car up for some driver with the explanation of the circumstances. We will make that driver aware. And we'll go from there.” Somebody accepted the car within 24 hours and I was totally shocked. Doug explained everything to the driver and the driver said he could handle it. When I made contact with the driver and I re-explained to him, he said, “I committed to picking this car up so that you would not have to walk, you would not have to meet me anywhere. You wouldn't have to leave your home. This car is literally going door to door.” The morning that he was coming to pick up the car, the driver called me and notified me that he was in the area. I knew exactly where he was. I again said to him, “Maybe you should just stop on the larger street or the wider street, and give me a call. And then reassess whether or not you can get down into my narrow road to pick up the car.” I heard that driver before I saw him. He got down out of his big truck and said he couldn't turn around. But I was told not to worry as this was the commitment he made. We looked over the car and he took pictures of my vehicle. He loaded the 2006 Sonata on the back of his truck and it was ready to go. He gave me an approximate delivery date to my daughter. But his plan changed. The driver did not call to tell me but that was perfectly all right. My daughter was looking forward to the weekend and when she reached him, he told her he would have the car there on Monday morning, which he did. I just wished that I had known it wasn't going to get there then I wouldn't have been so anxious that Saturday. But he didn't know. Other than that, the driver delivered and the car was in excellent condition when my daughter got it. The gentleman backed his big, old, long truck out of this narrow street. I was impressed because nobody else did. I am grateful to Ship A Car.

Really great service. Friendly and professional. Cody was a great help. I need a car shipped from Arkansas to Arizona as I was towing another car myself. Called up Ship a Car Inc. and they gave me a quote over the phone. Their quote was more expensive that the instant quotes the you get bombarded with, but they lay everything out for you over the phone and in contract. My car was very well taken care of. The driver kept in contact with me and delivered right on time. If i need a car shipped again, im using Ship a Car Inc. Thanks again guys.
