Recently my family and I moved and needed to have one of our cars shipped. Not ever needing to this before, Meredith made the transition smooth. When my daughter?s vehicle arrived in Hilo port a few days early and I had to change the authorized person to pick up my daughter?s vehicle, he did it so professionally with no delays. My friend was able to pick up the vehicle with no problems. I?ll use Ship a Car Inc. again when I need to transport my vehicle and will recommend them to friends and family.

I did a relocation and needed transport from Indianapolis to Idaho. Setting up transport with Ship A Car took a few phone calls and it went smoothly. The driver was fantastic and the transport took seven days. Things went very well.

Ship a Car was used to facilitate a boat shipment from NJ to Florida...Quote was $1200 and I accepted to get transport within a 2 day window pickup..My ShipaCar rep Paul Sinclair contacted me and stated he had found a driver, but driver was requesting a additional $50 for pick-up..I agreed to get boat picked up and remain on schedule. Boat was to be picked up on a Monday or Tuesday and was instead scheduled for a Wednesday pick-up around 1pm by driver. Marina owner waited and no one showed or called. Thursday afternoon came and driver was still a no show and I was contacted by Marina owner.. I contacted my Ship a Car rep and was told he would check with driver and contact me. No call ever was made back to me by Ship a Car and I ended up contacting driver myself. He stated he was running late and would be able to pick boat up first thing Friday morning...I informed driver I had paid the extra $50 that rep requested from me for driver to facilitate transport as requested.. Driver stated he did not request any $50 increase for shipment as it was posted as $1000 and he had accepted offer as posted. I contacted Ship a Car as marina owner contacted me stating no one was there Friday morning and had to leave. I received no call back from Ship a Car rep Paul Sinclair as lady answering phone told me he would call as soon as he was off phone with another customer..Driver contacted me around 10:30am saying he was there and waiting to get boat...Marina owner arrived and boat was loaded onto multi car vehicle with boat trailer wheels off transport vehicle ramps and being supported by boards under axles and transported... I never received a returned call from Ship a Car rep as I had questions not only of why I was not informed of any shipment delay but also of driver stating he never asked for the additional $50 amount Paul Sinclair had stated was requested by driver. Needless to say, Never again will I use this company as they pick carrier and leave you to deal with any transport issues and possibly lie to get more money from you by blaming transport drivers for up charges. Since I had to constantly intervene and contact driver myself for answers, I was better off using a self service company so I could have picked my own carrier and skipped the middle man ShipaCar. Once ShipaCar received their $250 deposit I basically was on my own anyways.

Ship A Car is beyond amazing, quick reliable service, Justen is also amazing and always quick to get answers. Couldn't ask for a better representative for the company a true asset to anyone who comes into contact with him. Thank you ship A Car for the excellent service provided.

I had a truck I needed to ship from California to Texas. I check around to see who had he better rate and Service. I found Ship a Car Inc was the one for me. They were a little high in price, but you can’t beat the service. The Agent I was working with was Bob. He held my hand throughout the whole process. Even after my truck was delivered, he call me up to see if everything went OK and If I had any questions. Would I use Ship a Car Inc again? Yes, for sure. Ask for Bob.

I needed my son's car shipped from Bluffton, SC to his home in Bear, DE. My sister Louise gave me Kristina Virtue's phone, sins she is working with her to have her car shipped from Queens, NY to Las Vegas. The car was picked up and was delivered on Monday, 2/22/2021 after 3:00 pm. Kristina did a great job and was very pleasant to work with. I told my sister what a great job she did. Thank You Danny, for your honesty. when I called for an estimate this man told me that he could have my car picked up in Ma. on Monday, and have it delivered to me in Pa. the next day, which is exactly what he did. The price was a little more than I wanted to pay, but it was well worth it. Thanks Again.

I must apologize for not writing sooner, but our move has extremely long and our household just arrived (computers as well).  I can’t say enough good things about the excellent service we received! Your communications with us, answering all my questions and keeping me calm all the way through the process were priceless. Our driver “Ihar” was fabulous! He made contact with us and came through as promised on arrival time. He took his time (being a true professional) to make sure that both cars were hooked up nice and tight to ensure no damage would come to them. He took photos of the cars and was very professional and kept in touch with us on his arrival. He was so quick getting our cars to their destination, that he beat us there. He did not complain about having to wait 3 hours, while our plane landed and we made our way over to meet him. The cars were in the same condition as when they left. We were very, very happy with his service!  We will definitely refer “Shipacarinc” to anyone who asked us about shipping a car!

The first issue I had with this shipment was when the Ship A Car sales rep called after we had agreed and on a price, I signed an order confirmation, paid the deposit by credit card and got a dispatch notice. About an hour later, the sales rep called me back to inform me that the driver wanted $200 more for the transport. At this point, I suppose I should have told him to find another driver, but I was anxious to get the car delivered in a timely manner. The second issue came on the Saturday my vehicle was to be delivered in the morning. I texted the driver who said he would be to my residence (in NY State) that evening and he included a picture of a Google map which included the Shiawasee River. I looked this up and found that it was in Michigan. I understand that you have to be a bit flexible, but later that late afternoon I got another text expressing that they would arrive at 3:00 am Sunday morning and would it be OK to take the delivery then. Again, I suppose I could have postponed delivery, but by this time I just wanted to be through with this process and said OK. They arrived at 4:15 am on Sunday and delivered the vehicle with no damage. It was not the worst experience, but it certainly would not merit a 5 star review.

Thanks to the attentive service of Bob Moran, from quote to delivery, the transport of our truck was simple, efficient, and quick. Bob was dependable and a great communicator. The price was competitive and was a value for the service. I highly recommend Ship A Car Inc.

Never doing anything like this Joseph G. was honest, and made it happen quickly and for the quoted price. Met driver at other location due to access to home and daughters college but was convenient for us both.

I highly recommend ship a car if you're looking to have your car shipped long distance. I called around and Justin Varughese gave me the best estimate while being really professional. The transporter Chris did a door to door pick up and drop off, he was really nice and professional. He checked in with me the entire time and had my car delivered in 2 days. Really great company!!

Bob M. (the company rep) was polite, knowledgable, on point, and caring. He presented me with a reasonable quote, found the best driver in a short period of time. the pick up, transfer, and delivery went as expected. I will definitely give them a call the next time I want to transfer my car.

I used Ship A Car when I moved across the country. Their service was wonderful. They communicated well with me, they were friendly, and they kept me in the loop on what was going on. The only problem was that the company they ended up hiring for shipping my vehicle was a problem. But when I told them about the problem they were very nice about it, and they handled it very well. I highly recommend them.

Ship a Car Inc. is the best motorcycle shipping company I have had the pleasure of encountering. This is the second time they have shipped my bike. I have had experience with other shippers and, in my experience, Ship a Car Inc. sets the standard for quality service. This time I had my bike shipped from Santa Fe NM to Florida. Joseph Gorfien was my facilitator. He arranged to have the bike picked up within a couple of days. Considering the shop at which I had left it was closed for a day, this was the first possible opportunity to ship it. Amazing! Joseph thought it might take about six days to deliver the bike to Florida, but it got here in three. Amazing! The bike has a custom paint job and custom parts. There was not one scratch on the bike and everything was in perfect order. These folks have not only demonstrated extreme competency in making what could have been a couple of difficult situations totally stress-free, they all seem to have a great sense of humor. I love these folks! Thank you for a couple of wonderful experiences, Ship a Car. I highly recommend their service. In the future, I won’t use anyone else.

So, it was very refreshing to have someone call me as promised, several days before to finalize plans, and the day before the car's pick up to confirm the time of pick up. My car was picked up the day before planned and the delivered a day early. I am so happy with this stellar service that I am using this company again to transport a different car. The service you receive is second to none. We used Ship a Car to transport a vehicle from Colorado to Pennsylvania. We could not be happier with the professionalism and timeliness of the experience. In oarticilar, Howard, the man we worked with was fantastic and attentive.

I work with Steve directly. He's my Ship A Car go-to guy. He's been nothing short of fantastic for me. I probably send him out about three quotes a day, and he gets back to me the same day. It's usually within a couple of hours. So, he's been great. All I do is send him an email with what I need, and he fires right back. He gets at least one or two bikes a week from me. I send out anywhere from 10 to 15 bikes a month. So, I use Ship A Car quite a bit. They’re great.

Therefore, the driver will ask you to meet him/her at a location near your home...This was my first time shipping a car . How do you find a reputable company? Well, I prayed and read reviews.. I dealt with Justen over the phone. They got my motorcycle to me safely in an enclosed transport on time and significantly cheaper than anyone else. PS don't use uship.com for reviews, those reviews are all fake as hell.

I'm not sure if I just got the trash of the company, regardless of the good reviews but I'm already dealing with the death of my father and had to move an ATV out of his place after he passed. I decided to use this company and it has been one problem after another, then they contracted with a driver who never gives us any updates or answers his phone. We were told it would be delivered same day, so we got no estimated times and just waited around with no phone call. So we called the company and was told, oh sorry, we were going to update you in the morning that it was going to be delivered next day in the evening. So I follow up the next morning and was told I would get a call back, but never did. I tried to be courteous because I know everyone deals with all kinds of customers, but this company is terrible, along with the company they contracted with.

I received excellent service from the. They proved to be very professional throughout. My consignment successfully arrived. I would definitely use this company again. I thoroughly recommend them. Quality service, 5 stars!!
