I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve Goodman handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care with my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve Goodman and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again… in a heartbeat.

The rep knew what he was doing and his cognitive process. The delivery was smooth. They showed up on time as discussed. They were responsive to phone calls and communication was perfect. The condition of the vehicle was good when it arrived.

I am currently fighting with this company for my move to Washington from Michigan. TL;DR- DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE TRASH I booked my service in mid November for a 12/13 pickup and a 12/23 delivery. I worked with Zachary. All seemed well. He said the driver would reach out to me shortly. They didn’t. The week before pickup I started getting antsy, so I reached out to my pal, Zachary. No reply. I called him, no reply. Sent another email, nothing. I emailed the driver, nothing. Called the driver, nothing. Finally 12/13 rolls around and I have no confidence they’re coming at this point. I call Zachary again, nothing. Finally mid day on 12/13 he calls me and says my driver is running late. Should be here on 12/15, should still make it by 12/23. Gives me an updated number for my driver. I call it. Nothing. Finally end of day 12/13 the driver texts me asking for photos of my truck. Then proceeds to tell me it absolutely will not fit in his enclosed trailer and that he can’t come. I call Zachary, nothing. He finally emails me back and says we’ll find another truck. I email him on 12/14 asking for an update. Nothing. I send ship a car inc a message on FB, nothing. I tweet @ them. Nothing. I use their website messager, nothing. It’s now 12/15, another 2 emails and 2 phone calls to my dearest friend, Zachary who promptly ignored them. I have absolutely no faith that they will ever get my car shipped and now just hope they will return my $300 deposit, but I am doubtful. SAVE YOUR TIME, SAVE YOUR MONEY, FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

I had a seamless first-time vehicle transport experience with Ship A Car, inc. I know that is largely because of Bob Moran, the coordinator who helped me. Personable, patient, professional, always willing to answer further questions, he gave me excellent customer service and I greatly appreciate it! I was so nervous and dreading getting started but Bob put me at ease and I quickly gained great confidence in the company because of his easy and knowledgeable communication. In addition, the driver dispatched to move my car from Los Angeles To St Petersburg, Florida was punctual, called when he was supposed to, prior to pickup/delivery, and made great time completing the transport. He picked up Monday around 2 pm and delivered at 9 am on that Friday. I have nothing but praise for Ship A Car, Inc. and enthusiastically recommend them!

Miguel got the job done. I had to pass on the 1st shipper he found because no one would be at the other end. Found me a 2nd carrier who got the car from Maryland to NM in 3 1/2 days. This is 2nd time I have used ship-a-car. They tell you upfront how long it might take. Not the case with some other shipping agents.

After speaking with 3 different car shipping companies, I found Bob Moran at Ship-A-Car. What a relief to speak with someone that answered all my questions and walked me through the entire process. More importantly, Bob delivered on all the promises he made me. This was my first time shipping a car and I was nervous and confused Bob put me at ease right away and quoted me a reasonable price. Moreover, this all transpired over the 4th of July holiday, my car was delivered on the 4th of July safe and sound. The rep was very helpful. Pickup was Clarkston, Michigan on a Wednesday and the car wasn’t delivered until the following Saturday. It was in the email, very clear, that it would probably be delivered on that Friday, 10 days later. I thought it would come on a Monday or Tuesday. But when I looked at the email, it clearly said Friday. It ended up showing up on Saturday, which was fine. I was out of state, traveling for work. So, I didn’t need the vehicle, but I just had to schedule my friend to be there. Thankfully, she’s a very good friend. I saw the car on Monday. It was very dirty but that’s expected. It was dirty when it left, but it was way dirty. But it was in the same shape as it was when I left it with my sister for it to be picked up. I already recommended Ship A Car, Inc. to a coworker.

This was my first experience with shipping an automobile cross country, and I must say it was and excellent experience. Transport came when agreed upon. There was some trouble before in that where the car originally was, the streets were too narrow for a large car carrier. No big deal, worked out a day before hand and not at the last minute and we got the car to a place where it could be easily picked up. Actually worked out better for us and the carrier. Driver was a nice guy and very professional. Loaded up in less than 5 minutes. Thank you guys.

Hello, I worked with Steve Goodman getting my car shipped from Pennsylvania to South Dakota. I was very leery on selecting a company and had been in touch with other shippers. My finale price was about $200 higher than original quote, but South Dakota isn't a very popular route. I had Car available on November 2 , 2020 and truck picked it the same day ! Although first truck had mechanical issues, Steve has another within 30 minutes scheduled. Car was delivered with no issues , on time. I would suggest to others to be available at anytime day of the transport because the driver can show really at anytime. Its funny the other shipping company called me and said the finally found a driver to transport my car , but it was already delivered . Steve really made it happen quick !

The Ship A Car rep told me everything that I needed to know. Everything went as well as it could have. However, in-between times, I didn't get any updates. But as far as the information he gave me and what was done, it was spot on. The pickup was in Columbus, Ohio and the drop-off was in Frisco, Texas. The car got there a day earlier than expected, so that was a plus. I was happy about that. The driver was also great. He called and said he was about 40 minutes out. He dropped it off, signed the paperwork and received the money. I will recommend Ship A Car to anybody going that route.

I shipped a brand new $15,000 Yamaha Viking UTV from Montana to Oregon. Even though the driver did not have the title, it would have been easy to sell this this for $5000 to a ranch along the way and I would never see it. I did a lot of research on Ship A Car, Inc. before deciding to use them, and my UTV arrived safely and my wife is HAPPY! Not only did they give me the best price, but they shipped it in an enclosed trailer. I would definitely use them again.

I've been working with Ship A Car for years. Danny over there takes care of me well. He gets me a broker right away. The few times I've had issues with the carrier, he helped me take care of it. I've done several vehicles and everything went well. When I book, I call him up on his number. I text him the location, where it's being shipped to, where it's coming from, and the VIN number. He does a search, sends me a quote, tells me about what it should be, even before I even bid on the vehicle. He does a good job coming in with that radius and getting me someone right away.

My car arrived within 4 days of pick-up. I was surprised because of bad weather that was happening bringing rain and ice. The driver was an interesting fellow who drives a 2 car carrier. We were able to talk to him for a few minutes and learned that his home is in New Mexico. He took great care unloading mine and another gentlemen's vehicle both going to the base. For future reference on delivering or picking up any vehicle from Minot. There is a church about one mile north of the main gate. It's perfect for loading and unloading vehicles. My Hyundai arrived in the same condition that I left it, dirty. But none the worse for wear. I was disappointed though, that it took 11 days to be picked up and the fee was re-nogotiated. My suggestion for a growing company is to find more carriers that will except credit card payments. Thank you for working so hard to be a part of the BBB and having a good website it was what persuaded me to choose you over other carriers. My family has asked for your number and I will be happy to give it. Ship a car Inc was informative, allowed the use of a credit card, hired a good driver, my vehicle arrived safe and within a week of pick-up, you are given the carrier's number to communicate drop off day and time, once the day of pick-up was finally arranged the pick up happened in a timely manner. These guys were able to help transport our vehicle within a 8 day span. They are fast, and Joseph provides great communication throughout the whole process. We are a used car dealership so obviously the treatment of our vehicle during transport was a big factor, yet the driver did not leave a single scratch on the vehicle that the Auto Auction had not previously done a report on. I worked with Paul S. He gave me a competitive quote. Agreed to the price and he came back quick with a transport but they wanted $80 more. I declined because it was more than original quote. He got me 3 more quotes a few days later and all wanted $80+ more from original quote. Still competitive, so I agreed with one finally, albeit hesitant because I didn’t like having to pay more but like I said, still competitive. Well, I was pleasantly surprised with the transport chosen, they did a great job! On time pick up, on time (even a bit early) delivery, kept me updated on everything along the way. In the end of the story, a very positive experience! Would use them and recommend them again!

I had been looking for someone to ship my car for three weeks. I needed my car shipped from Alabama to Texas. The pickup location was kind of out of the way so I feel like that is why it was a longer process! However ship a car inc was the third company I found and had someone to pick my car up within a week! The price was a little higher but I felt that was due to the pickup location of my car. It was picked up on Thursday and delivered the next day! The only issue I ran into was a language barrier with the driver. However, he was very nice and understanding! I will book with this company again.

I have never shipped a car before, so did the normal thing and jumped on the internet and started doing research. Ship a Car was highly rated, so I contacted them. I spoke to Marrine. She was friendly, informative and explained the entire process. She explained the difference between open and enclosed transport. She worked up two quotes for me based on both and e-mailed me each quote so I could read and make an informed decision. I was shipping the car (Mercedes C300) from Utah to Virginia. After speaking with my brother whom I was getting the vehicle from he said ENCLOSED !!!. He shipped the vehicle out to UT and his moving company did all the arrangements. They DID NOT use Ship a Car. It was shipped on an open car trailer and when the Mercedes and their Mini Van showed up, they had 850$ in damage and 240 miles on the Mini-Van. Again they DID NOT use Ship a Car. So I went with the enclosed transport option. It was actually only about 300$ more dollars than I figured out it would cost me to fly out, take time off work and then drive back. Also, I would be putting 2K miles on the vehicle. No brainer....Ship it. The car was picked up and delivered on time. Pay close attention to the process that is explained to you. Ship a Car is a booking service and only works with highly rated drivers/companies. They basically write the contract and put it out there for drivers who they approve. Once your contract is picked up by a driver, you are good to go. I had no issues with booking, the car was picked up on the day they said and was dropped of early. The driver was great and the car, although yes it needed a washing (it just came from UT, it was not gross, but yes had some grim on it. This was expected, enclosed trailers are not air tight) was in great shape, no damage, and no extra miles on it. I highly recommend this booking company and request Marrine, she was great.
