Tom is my contact over at Ship A Car Inc. He is very attentive, and if I need something, I just call him up and he gets back to me immediately. I'm a used car dealer, and I buy cars from all over. I've been using Ship A Car for over a year now and they've done a good job.

My experience shopping for a reliable transport company was exhausting until I spoke with Lawrence at Ship A Car inc. He took all of my worries & concerns and tossed them out of the Window. He was there every step of the way start to finish. He assured me that my Car was in the best hands Possible. I highly recommended Lawrence to handle Any and all of your transport needs.

This review is easy! Janet Rinella at Ship A Car, Inc. Is a huge asset to that company. I had been through 2 miserable experiences with 2 transport companies, both of which I canceled after much frustration and NO results nor return calls, even after paying their required deposits. Learned through Google that best way to get auto transported is through a Broker. For some then unknown reason I called Ship A Car, Inc., and Janet Rinella answered the phone. Janet knows her stuff, is dependable, knowledgeable of this business, straight forward, kind, diligent, and FAST with results. From my first call with her, she found a transport company, located their driver and set up the pick up of the vehicle we were transporting to our grandson who is an Airman at Dover AFB, Delaware. This all was done by Janet's persistent follow up, contacting me daily every step of the way. She seemed to be as concerned for our grandson to get the car as we were. She is not only proficient at her job, she is caring, even to the point of asking me to contact her "no matter how late" when we met our driver and he drove it onto the ramps of the truck. That was last Tuesday. Our grandson received his car across country YESTERDAY! There is no doubt in my mind that had we hired any other company, we would still have that car in our driveway and our nerves and stress levels would be off the chart. In addition, throughout my many calls, texts and emails to Janet, we have developed a special and forever friendship. Her people skills are genuine, her work ethic is beyond reproach.

The rep was very helpful and friendly, and the driver was the same as well!

We recently had our car shpped crtoss country by shipacar.com. We were completely satisfied with the manner in chich Danny took care of us. We had a minor change of departure dates, but Danny hel0ped us nad wuicly reinstated our reservation. Our car arrived ahead of time, and was inperfect condition. Thank you, Danny, for the great customer assistance and for the follow-up. We would do it again, in a heartbeat.

Ship a Car Inc. is the best motorcycle shipping company I have had the pleasure of encountering. This is the second time they have shipped my bike. I have had experience with other shippers and, in my experience, Ship a Car Inc. sets the standard for quality service. This time I had my bike shipped from Santa Fe NM to Florida. Joseph Gorfien was my facilitator. He arranged to have the bike picked up within a couple of days. Considering the shop at which I had left it was closed for a day, this was the first possible opportunity to ship it. Amazing! Joseph thought it might take about six days to deliver the bike to Florida, but it got here in three. Amazing! The bike has a custom paint job and custom parts. There was not one scratch on the bike and everything was in perfect order. These folks have not only demonstrated extreme competency in making what could have been a couple of difficult situations totally stress-free, they all seem to have a great sense of humor. I love these folks! Thank you for a couple of wonderful experiences, Ship a Car. I highly recommend their service. In the future, I won’t use anyone else.

Ship A Car has been great. We've used them multiple times. We've shipped my cars back east multiple times for various trade shows, and then we've had them returned. They've been able to meet and exceed every shipment that we've had. So, I'm very pleased with them. Their communication was very precise and reactive. So, they had a quick response time.

WOW!!!! What an experience. My uncle who lived in Washington state had passed away and my family and myself found ourselves in quite a bind with what to do with his car. I contacted Tom at Ship-A-Car and he helped me through the whole ordeal. The price NEVER changed from his original quote. He was there for me to answer every question I had. Trust me there were a lot of questions. We made arrangements to have the vehicle picked up from my Aunts home and that exactly what happened. The driver contacted me and kept me informed when he was within a 3 hour window so I could be ready to receive the vehicle. Yes, it was dirty, but I totally expected that. Afterall, it was on a Big Rig driving on the freeway for a few days. Tom was so polite and such a great help. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of transporting a vehicle.

Both the seller and I has scheduling problems of our own. Lisa was very helpful and accommodating in arranging the shipping. This was the second time I used Ship A Car. Both shipments were on time, with no problems. I'd use them again.

Bob Moran. Is AMAZING ! I shipped my car from Las Vegas to Pennsylvania. Bob has kindness , compassion, respect ,empathy, and professionalism for the stress and planning that comes with moving. His customer service deserves him to be an owner of this company. And he should get a raise of 50% in my opinion. Because he communicated on a level that all customer service people should learn from this man. He returned calls and texts with in 24 hours and was honest and transparent if he could meet your deadline. And he did all that by being calm and giving a 100% effort in putting our needs/ the customer first. If your going with this company, then ask to have Bob as your person . Thank you Bob! Godbless!

Very prompt service, good communication, and reasonable cost. Steve was great to work with. Good communication and answered all my questions. The bike was picked up promptly on a Saturday and delivered 900 miles away the following day. I was amazed. Far faster than some other services I have used.

I called up Ship A Car and they were very courteous on the phone. They were understanding that at my age, I'm not quick on the computer and on a whole bunch of things. But I knew what I wanted. They said they would find somebody. They said, "Give us a day." They came back and gave me a basic price. Then they came back and said, "We found somebody who will do it for $50 less. It's enclosed. Everything is perfect. We've had a lot of good feedback with them." So I gave them my credit card and they took their money. I also paid for the extra insurance because it was a specialty car.   Ship A Car reduced the amount that they would get in their pocket by $50 when carrier number one could not pick up the car timely and they had to go to carrier number two, which was the fellow I ended up with. It was perfect. The guys were personable and it was a nice experience. The only thing was that I didn't know when the driver was going to show up. They said, "We'll pick it up Friday or Tuesday or Wednesday or whatever." They couldn't give me a time. So the gentleman called me and said that they were stuck at the car dealership so instead of getting here at 10 in the morning, they were going to arrive at 2:00 or 3:00. He kept me posted along the way telling me when he was going to arrive. So it was a pleasant experience. When the driver pulled up, he had a Porsche in there, which he pulled out and then put my car in the middle because of the way it was going to be dropped off at the other location. They strapped it all down. He took pictures before it left. Then it was in Nebraska from Long Island in a couple of days. They said it could take anywhere from four to six days, but it only took two and a half days. I was very pleased. My son looked at the car when it arrived and it arrived just the way it left.

Although this Company did not ship my car. Their response to my needs and great customer services showed me that they actually were looking to help me. They were transparent and did not give me the run around and called me back the same day to tell me they had a carrier to pick up my car. I want to thank them for their due diligence at getting the job done. I will be using them in the future. Thank you Paul!!

From the time that we first contacted them to the final delivery, they provided us with great customer service and communicated with us very well throughout the whole the process. We have a street legal custom golf cart to the tune of a $10,000 investment with all of the fancy bells and whistles. My son and his family relocated to Boca Raton and they wanted to use it over there. Bob was AMAZING! I was in such a bind and had just found out some bad news about my dad’s health. Bob was very understanding and turned my situation into a positive one. He was very quick at responding back to me and very knowledgeable. It put my mind at ease and all I had to do was sit back and wait for my car to come. It took little time to travel from WA to VA and the driver was very nice as well. Bob called to check up on how the delivery went and that in itself was really nice! Showed me he truly cares about his customers! I will definitely be using this service again and have already recommended Bob to a few friends. I was truly blessed by this company. They shipped my car from Washington state to Texas in the snow. They said my car will arrive in 7 days. My car arrived in 4 1/2 days. Which was earlier than expected. I'm grateful and thankful. Great company.

We dealt with Harry burge who did a great job from the initial setting up of the cars and explaining the process accurately to the delivery of the cars to our new address. I had a truck I needed to ship from California to Texas. I check around to see who had he better rate and Service. I found Ship a Car Inc was the one for me. They were a little high in price, but you can’t beat the service. The Agent I was working with was Bob. He held my hand throughout the whole process. Even after my truck was delivered, he call me up to see if everything went OK and If I had any questions.  Would I use Ship a Car Inc again? Yes, for sure. Ask for Bob.

I had a seamless first-time vehicle transport experience with Ship A Car, inc. I know that is largely because of Bob M., the coordinator who helped me. Personable, patient, professional, always willing to answer further questions, he gave me excellent customer service and I greatly appreciate it! I was so nervous and dreading getting started but Bob put me at ease and I quickly gained great confidence in the company because of his easy and knowledgeable communication. In addition, the driver dispatched to move my car from Los Angeles To St Petersburg, Florida was punctual, called when he was supposed to, prior to pickup/delivery, and made great time completing the transport. He picked up Monday around 2 pm and delivered at 9 am on that Friday. I have nothing but praise for Ship A Car, Inc. and enthusiastically recommend them!

I had planned to have my Harley picked up about a week in advance. I put down a $200 deposit a guy told me you are good for Saturday. Well Saturday came no one shows up. I call the guy I spoke to about the whole deal... no answer. Call the guy Bob who is the driver no answer.... call the main office lady picks up gives me another number to call..... no answer call her back... no answer. Moving to Texas in 3 days... not happy...... finally got a call back from Bob.... Bob is driving around Wisconsin.... I’m in Ny.... thanks Bob

Yvonne was wonderful. Had contacted numerous other shippers and was contacted by even more. Yvonne really made me feel confident that i wasn't going to be one of those horror stories I read about in reviews of other places. jeep arrived From Omaha, Nebraska to Beverly Hills, California no problem. Left Friday morning and got it on Sunday morning. Yvonne is fantastic to work with.

I would like to thank Joseph and the owner of the company for all their hard work. I would specifically like to thank Joseph for putting up with me and the mess that was created by a driver who was supposed to pick up my car but they decided to cancel literally with less than 24-hour notice when it was time to ship my car. I got really stressed because I needed it to get done since I am moving. However, Joseph really handle the situation with professionalism and made sure my car got shipped the next day, and even got me a better deal because my car is getting to Texas sooner than it was originally going to get there with the first driver. The driver who picked up my car the next day was extremely professional and communicated with me the entire time. I first want to say that Ship A Car, Inc. did a fabulous job with shipping my 1977 Mercedes from Los Angeles to Georgia. I shipped the car covered and it arrived with no damage. Sam L. took my order and kept me informed at every step. My only complaint is with the trucking company, Z Trans, who accepted the dispatch. The company came a day later than the scheduled time to pickup the car and didn't call me to tell me they weren't coming. The day before the car was supposed to arrive, I phoned the driver and told him what time I would be at the location. Never heard back from him. He arrived early morning and was rude to my family and threatened to return the car to Los Angeles unless they were paid. The people who run this company speak little English so this adds to the difficulty in keeping in contact. So if Ship-A-Car tells you that Z Trans picked up their dispatch order, ask them to change it. I've informed them of this issue, so it shouldn't be a problem.

I live in Texas and purchased a classic car in Virginia. The seller suggested using Ship A Car and we were put in touch with Larry Farber at Ship A Car. Despite hiccups with the seller, Larry Farber worked with us in the most courteous, conscientious and professional manner and accomplished the delivery of the vehicle to me. I would highly recommend Larry Farber and would not hesitate to contact him and/or Ship A Car for future shipping needs.
