I worked with Justen to ship my car from Michigan to California, he is very kind and patient and the communication is great throughout the process. My situation is a little bit special, in early May, I made a deal with Justen that the release date will be July 10th, however, on June 19th, my schedule has changed and I need my car to be transported as soon as possible. After I told my concerns to Justen on June 19th morning, he replied a few hours later saying that he has arranged a driver and my car is ready to be picked up this afternoon!!! Great thanks to Justen and my car arrived at California on June 23th! I gave him difficult circumstances, but his professionalism made it a easy move. Although Ship a Car Inc is more expensive than others, but if you think of their service, it is totally worth the price! And in Ship a Car Inc, if you are looking for a smooth and worry-free transportation process, Justen is your man!!!

Car transport Len walked me through the process and answered the million questions I had like a consumate professional. I felt very comfortable making a decision to let them haul my cars. Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve G. handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care with my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve G. and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again... in a heartbeat.

Bob arranged the car move from Long Island to Texas. Everything went smoothly. The car arrived in Texas less than a week after pick-up.

I was put in charge of having a vintage car shipped (enclosed) from Pennsylvania to Chicago. It was something my brother bought on eBay. Already a little scary to me. So I did a google search, called a bunch of car transporting brokers and found 2 companies I wanted to go with....Ship A Car, Inc and Automobile Guy....turns out they are brother companies...but I liked Danny Transport Coordinator here because he answered ALL 100 questions I rapid fired at him with patience, thoroughness...even when I called him back several times. The car was picked up when the seller was ready to ship (a few days) and delivered to Chicago the very next morning. In PERFECT condition! I received several follow up calls from Danny to report the pickup and arrival time! I HIGHLY recommend this company and if you can get Danny on the phone I have no doubt you will get the service you are looking for!!

Bob was fantastic. I was struggling with another company when I was referred to Bob. Working with him was a pleasure. When you called he answered his phone, he kept me informed every step of the way, and everything happened exactly as he said it would. He stayed in touch throughout the pickup and delivery to make sure there were no problems or issues. I would definitely use Bob again. He exceeded my expectations and that type of service is difficult to find today.

Ship A Car did a really nice job. They were very professional and very friendly. The rep who helped me set everything up was very good. Also, the driver took very good care of the truck. It was just as clean when it got at the drop-off as when it left me in Arizona.

I bought a motorcycle out of state and needed it transported. The dealer recommended Ship a Car and so I called them. The price was much less than I expected so I hired them. I have never made a transaction like this so I was anxious. Bob walked me through the whole process making it a seamless evolution. The bike showed up and was perfect. Not a scratch. I will definitely use Ship a Car again if the situation arises.

Please read before calling Ship A Car, Inc. I purchased a vehicle and needed it shipped from New Jersey to Missouri. I called Ship A Car and Steve Goodman set everything up was very friendly and helpful in the beginning. I called on May 19th to set up the shipping. I was told it would cost $750. The carrier would be paid $500 and Ship A Car would be paid $250. I was promised my vehicle would be picked up Thursday May 21st and be delivered to MY DOOR on Sunday May 24th. I was also told my vehicle would be in an ENCLOSED trailer. The original pick up day came and went and they told me “No carrier was going to the midwest.” Then the next day the excuse was “No carrier is going to Missouri.” Then the next day it was “We’ve called all 12 carriers we deal with and no luck.” Finally, he called me all excited and said he had found a carrier that could pick up my vehicle. He said they could pick it up May 30th and deliver it to my door June 1st but the only way they would do it is if I now paid $1,100 instead of the agreed upon $750. He said the carrier would need $900 cash and Ship A Car would be paid $200. He said “There are no other options.” I decided to go ahead and do the deal only because I had waited 10 days past the original pick up day. I should have told them to SCREW OFF but I needed the vehicle. Now to the carrier. They of course told me they wouldn’t drive their semi down my road to MY DOOR like I was promised so I had to meet them up the street. It took them an hour to get my vehicle off their trailer and the whole time they screamed and cussed at each other. People across the road at a Dollar General were standing watching because they could hear the F-bombs from there. Also my vehicle was not in an ENCLOSED trailer like Steve told me it would be. This whole experience has been a nightmare and I suggest you stay far away from Ship A Car. —————————————————————————————— ** MY RESPONSE TO SHIP A CAR’S RESPONSE ** At no time did your company tell me my “quote” would go up 32% I was told my price would be $750 and my vehicle would be picked up Thursday May 21st and delivered to my DOOR on Sunday May 24th. Your company never mentioned COVID. I was told no carriers were going to Missouri. Since writing my review we have found dog hair in my vehicle that matches the dog the carriers had with them and empty water bottles that weren’t in the vehicle before the pick up and the mileage doesn’t match up.

The price was right with Ship A Car and their guy was friendly on the phone. His name is David and he did a really good job. My UTV went from Racine to Las Vegas then from Las Vegas back to Racine. Each one was about three to four days. I just called the rep and told him to call me about a day before he got there and an hour before he got there.   They dropped the UTV off in Vegas with my buddy. When we brought it back to Racine, I was there and they gave me a call and told me the time the driver was gonna be there. I met him there and we took the UTV off the truck. It was just exactly the way I left it. The final price for the service was pretty much almost exactly what it was supposed to be. I was very happy with Ship A Car and I'd recommend it

Raymond the driver was awesome, very professional and kept in communication with me throughout the transport to let me know time of arrival. They did a fantastic job shipping my car on a super short notice (2 days) in the holiday season! No difference between initial offer and final payment. They work with great drivers - no damage at all on the car. My car has been shipped to Houston, TX from NJ. It's been delivered within 5 days after being picked up! Very fast service in the holiday season for that long distance. No surprise charges, no damage, very fast service, and great communication --> no stress. Couldn't be happier!

We talked with Steve he was very professional. We had a bad experience with trying to find a company to ship our car. This was the second company we found after the first one kept delaying our pick up on of the car and changing the price everytime we talked to them. They gave one flat price, no hidden fees, and no extra costs. Shipped from California to Texas. Great experience if we ever have to move long distance again we will use this company to ship one of our cars again.

Door to door service...best ever. Picked up at 1pm in st Augustine, FL and delivered at 11pm that same night to Birmingham. I was sceptical at first from talking to other compananies and they were giving me different answers about a quote. My recent relocation from Seattle to Pittsburgh was less stressful because of the service that Ship A Car provided—Yvonne coordinated with both my husband and I to have my car shipped. Both drivers were very nice and professional. It was a no-hassle process with the driver picking up my car on time and at my apartment, and then delivering it on time and at my apartment. The driver arrived in LA three days after the car had been picked up in Maryland. WOW! I got a call this morning at 9:15am that said that the driver was in LA...he must have hauled a** to get to the west coast in three days! I canceled all of my appointments and events today in order to meet the driver. I kept calling the cell number on file/dispatch and got updates in 2 hour increments. "There are other cars in front of yours. It could be about 90 minutes." I stayed home all day long. The car was delivered around 9:15pm. I had seen the driver/truck drive by my apartment building at 8:30pm I called twice to find out where the driver was. It turns out that he unloaded the car and drove it to my apartment at 9:15pm. Physically, the car was great. No dings, scratches, dents, etc. from making a cross-country trip. Ultimately, that's the best review ever. Losing a day on a holiday weekend...well, I made the best of it, so I can't complain too much. Thanks for all of your help.

I just had three cars shipped from the Dallas area to the Nashville area. My experience was amazing from the moment I called and spoke with Kristina to my cars being delivered. I can’t stress enough what an amazing experience I had.

My car was shipped from PA to AZ in a week and in great condition. Bob was great to work with and I would use them again.

We used Ship A Car to send a car to our son in North Carolina from California.  The service was great, the price was reasonable and Justin did a great job of coordinating the delivery.  I would use them again if the need arose.

Kevin poteet was the driver he was just woderful he knew i was nervous anout my classic and vave me a hug told he would take care of my baby and he did just that. Opon delivery informed my husband 1 tire was low and he should fill it. Just ver observant and kind . Fabulous job.

I had a terrible experience. At first they did not know my carrier was going on vacation. Then I had to get a new carrier. Then he had problems with his rig. Had to send drivers license registration and insurance. To get out of the pound. Then when they arrived at the destination finally they asked for COD. When they told me they would take out of my credit card. It cost me more money. To use the credit card. A nightmare

I would use Ship a Car again in a heartbeat everyone was very professional and courteous.. They kept me up to date on every part of the shipment.. The truck and the people who delivered the car were great.
