I was nervous, having never shipped a car before, but after speaking with Justen walked me through the process I felt much more at ease. My car arrived to my destination one day early, totally intact, and with promised pricing. I originally did not want to do closed-carrier options due to prices, however Justen found one that could pick up within my time window AND that was only $100 more than the open carry (as opposed to most closed places being $300+ more than open).

Bob did a wonderful job of making my transport work for ME. Moving across the US from one coast to another is really stressful. Bob coordinated my auto pick-up so we could use the car to take our luggage to the hotel at the airport where we were flying out the next morning. The driver that came to pick up / load the vehicle was incredibly kind and flexible as our "last day at the old house" got a little crazy. Then the car arrived even earlier than expected on the other coast! I would recommend Ship A Car inc to anyone needing auto transport. Everything worked out perfectly with Ship A Car. We were helped by Christie, and she was perfect. My daughter was calling her every couple of days to see what the status was. Initially, we got started on a rocky road, but that was our fault because we had a vendor that we thought was going to help, and he was scamming. So, we were very glad when we got in touch with Christie. She talked us through what would happen and when it would happen. In the very end, she fulfilled those dates that she said. The gentleman who was driving was cordial and helpful. He had to park someplace else because our street is small. The car got here safely. I was really satisfied.

Willie Dublin assisted me on a short notice request to have my two vehicles, a Honda Odyssey and a Hyundai Elantra shipped from Santee, CA to Round Rock, Tx. I initially had set-up a request with another company a month prior , told them my situation and the day I needed it due to my wife's and my job that would require transportation. They told me they can deliver on the requested date. The day prior of the initial pick-up, I received an email that changed the pick-up to 3 days later and a possible whole week before the car would make it. They told me that I never specified the need and that they told me that they said the pick-up could be 3 days prior. They had a whole month to find a transport company to fit that transport request. I cancelled with them, called Willie D. at ship a car inc and he had me set-up with a pick-up day the same day. He was fast, efficient and had great communication the whole way. I would recommend Ship a car inc and Willie D. if you can request him for anyone moving out of state. I also would like to thank Carlos at Carlos Transport who Willie D. found as he was very professional, on time and delivered on the day needed. Very grateful to both of them. Relieved a lot of stress on our out of state move.

Making plans with the company was fast and easy. They did what they said they would do and delivered the car in the same shape it was in upon pickup. Although they promised to call an hour out before delivery, and they did not, they did call upon arriving within blocks of the drop off point.

Her level of professionalism was outstanding given the Florida based company was dealing with hurricane Irma throughout my shipping process. The price was right with Ship A Car and their guy was friendly on the phone. His name is David and he did a really good job. My UTV went from Racine to Las Vegas then from Las Vegas back to Racine. Each one was about three to four days. I just called the rep and told him to call me about a day before he got there and an hour before he got there.   They dropped the UTV off in Vegas with my buddy. When we brought it back to Racine, I was there and they gave me a call and told me the time the driver was gonna be there. I met him there and we took the UTV off the truck. It was just exactly the way I left it. The final price for the service was pretty much almost exactly what it was supposed to be. I was very happy with Ship A Car and I'd recommend it

I had my car shipped from Washington State to Wisconsin and Sam was incredibly helpful throughout the process. My car was picked up on time by a friendly and professional driver, and delivered perfectly as promised. Everything went exactly as planned and I was extremely happy with the service.

Paid $900 + to have my car shipped from Colorado to South Carolina. Helped the driver load my car onto a flat bed on 6/23/16, armed my alarm, and filled out paperwork, and paid the requested cash amount. The Car was to be delivered at my mother-in laws house on 6/25/16. The Driver stated that this would not be an issue. I told him that it wasn't a huge deal if it took another day or so. The 25th came around so I text and called the driver and asked him to please arrange a time with my mother-in law so she will be home to receive the car. He said that he would right away, she never received any call. The next day I called again to no response, so I called shipacar and had no response from them. Finally received a call telling me that the driver broke his leg and his boss would be delivering the car, still no exact date or time. A Couple of days go by and the car finally shows up at her house with not the original driver, not the boss, but a part time college kid. This was the early afternoon on 6/28/16, Three Days Late. The driver and the company didn't know that I have a gps system built into my alarm. My car basically stayed parked at the guys home for two days. So the late delivery isn't even the worst part about this who process. Keep in mind that we are driving across the country this whole time. We finally arrive in SC on 6/30/16. Checked out my car and everything looked ok. Went for a drive to go say hello to my parents and on my way there was some sort of smell in my car. Was tired that night so didn't pay much attention to it. The next morning I decide to check out my car a little further and in the rear door panel inside a plastic truck stop bag was one opened and drank Fosters Beer Can and one Full Can. So that is why my car smelled like crap, it was from an open beer can. I am absolutely livid at this point because not only did someone unlock my car when they had no need to enter my car, someone was drinking in my car. Who knows what else they did in my car? I call ship a car and tell them what has happened and they were astounded. They call the company that "They Hired" and ask their side. I then get a call from the company telling me that it was my beer or I let someone drive my car and they left it in there. I explain to him that no one has every borrowed my car and I certainly don't drink fosters or have every known anyone that does, or shops at a pilot truck stop. We go back and forth with the owner of the transport company and all he can say is that he is very sorry and he will fire the driver. I am pretty sure that they are related because when we said fosters beer he changed his tune. Anyway I see why they deal in cash because they are not willing to do any refund. No to Shipacar, I explain to them how if I were pulled over driving my car with that beer and open container in the car I would have probably lost my license. They were apologetic and said they will try to get money back from the transport company, which I thought this whole time was them. They got me in touch with a supervisor who only offered to refund me $100.00. After we paid them $300+ , I asked that if they can't return the money that the driver received the next best thing would to do the honorable thing and refund all the money they got on their end. They were absolutely unwilling to make things right and just eat it on their side of the deal. In the end I would say forgo hiring a middle man like this because they pretty much sell your transport to any looser that they have in their system. Just go and find a transport company that actually ships your car and save some money.

Being a small online dealer I ship a couple of cars a month. So over the years, I've ran into my fair share of auto transport headaches! I am happy to say that this was my first time giving Ship A Car a try and they delivered the car for the price they originally quoted me and it came safely to my customer in the same condition that I sent it in. The hold time was a bit much... but I understand that they are working on it! Overall great experience and I will start using them all the time. I was searching for an Auto Transport company to ship my son's car from Lake Forest, IL to San Diego, CA. He is a Marine and stationed there. From start to finish Ship A Car worked with me to quote a very competitive price. They were very patient as I changed the drop off date a few times because it is very difficult to predict my son's schedule. He was beginning his new MOS with the Marines and he had not received his orders for his shift. I changed the drop off again, from Thursday to Friday when he mentioned that Thursdays he had specific duties and would not be able to leave the base to get his car. It was complicated because for obvious reasons, the delivery truck can't simply drive onto the US Military base. So, my son asked if they could drop the car off at a nearby Target close to the base and provided the address and a date and time that he would be allowed to leave the base. Ship A Car worked with me through all of these logistics. They picked up the car when they agreed and dropped it off as agreed, in perfect condition. My Son, thought this was a better deal than buying a new car at this point. My understanding is that the Marines on the base need some form of transportation. And although my son needed a car, he didn't feel he needed to purchase a brand new car at this time. I can't say enough about the wonderful and patient customer service for Ship A Car. Sam Ladin, the main customer service agent with whom I spoke most frequently, was so awesome! He even called me one evening - after I sent an email changing the drop off logistics - yet again - from his cell phone. He was home having dinner and stopped to deal with my issues! The drivers, Jesus and Saul were extremely professional and courteous as well! I give this company an A+!!!! My son called me and asked me for the contact details of Ship A Car because one of his Marine mates said he would like to do the same thing--ship his car from his home base; also in IL -- to California. My experience with DANA was amazing. She was very profesional from the first phone call. I will give her 10/10 in keeping up with communication when I was concerned with the Truck driver and his lack of communication. Car was picked up on time and delivery was on time. (PA to CA move was done in 4 days). I did have some issue with the truck driver regarding pickup and delivery timings but Dana kept good communication with me. I have a new 2019 model of luxury car and it was delivered in very good condition. Please ask for Dana when you call.

Contacted Ship-A-Car in early May 2018 and spoke with Steve G. He answered almost all of my questions immediately about shipping my new BMW to east coast. Those he couldn't answer he got back to me in less than a day with all the information I needed. A few weeks later my car was at the port on Maui and in less than one month it was safely sitting in my garage in North Carolina and in the exact same, excellent condition. I will ship other cars in the future and I will use Ship-A-Car and Steve.

I was working with Move Wheels a month prior to moving from Saint Augustine, FL all the way to Park City, UT & I needed to have 2 cars shipped in an enclosed carrier. I was assured I’d have the driver information & pick up time closer to the ship date; we needed our cars picked up 5/29 (Memorial Day). Come the Friday before the cars were to be picked up, I had been in communication with a rep via text, asking her to provide me with the driver info & pick up time as they were to come that Monday; this was at noon & was told I would be provided the info shortly. Well, 3pm rolls around & I call my rep, who was now not responding to my texts or calls. I ended up calling the main line & told them AGAIN, what I needed. Well, I was never given any information, so I thought, well, we’ll just wait & see if someone shows up…of course no one did. Needless to say, my call to them at 9:01am on Tuesday morning was not a pleasant one. I then began searching for the top transportation company and came across Ship A Car Inc. I picked up the phone & was connected to Chad. He was extremely helpful, informative & honest. He rolled up his sleeves & got right to work on helping me get a carrier that day or the following. Even with the prior company being a complete PITA & not removing me from the board, Chad made magic happen. By the time he left for the day, we didn’t have a carrier yet, which was ok. I honestly didn’t expect to have a carrier until the next day. That was until I got a call from a dispatcher who emailed me the paper work & in minutes, I had a carrier that was to be there the following morning. BUT, I got a call from the carrier again shortly after & he wanted to pick my car up that night, as they were in Orlando. All my worries had diminished & I have Chad to thank for all his hard work & dedication. He was a pleasure to work with & I will certainly refer anyone to him in need of car transportation assistance, in the future.
