My experience was great .Chad Watson had my car picked up same day on Thursday in Estero and I had my car Saturday afternoon. In Chicago.Good service and follow-up. I highly recommend Ship a Car.

This was my first time using a car transport company. At first I was apprehensive and that quickly dissipated after speaking with Meredith. My car was picked up one day and delivered the very next day! As promised! I will definitely use Ship A Car Inc again!

I had my car shipped from TX to MA, At first I had so many questions and concerns. Lawrence was amazing. Not only did he put me at ease, he stayed in touch with me while I waited for a driver. He made this process so easy and I had such confidence immediately after talking with him. I will recommend Ship a Car Inc. to any and everyone! Lawrence delivered results so quickly. I work with Steve directly. He's my Ship A Car go-to guy. He's been nothing short of fantastic for me. I probably send him out about three quotes a day, and he gets back to me the same day. It's usually within a couple of hours. So, he's been great. All I do is send him an email with what I need, and he fires right back. He gets at least one or two bikes a week from me. I send out anywhere from 10 to 15 bikes a month. So, I use Ship A Car quite a bit. They’re great.

We recently had to get our car back to NH from PA when our son was in an accident had had to be transferred by ambulance. It was an extremely stressful time for us and Ship a Car was very helpful in making the arrangements. In fact, one of our son's friends helped make it happen, and with his help and the help of Bob Moran -- everything went off without a hitch. I recommend them highly.

Peter Minko provided excellent service, I had talked to peter months before regarding another move that I no longer needed, I had misplaced Ship a Car's info and I was trying to get my sister car shipped from California to North Carolina, everybody's quotes where all over the place and all the other companies stated that nobody was moving that direction or to that state. I had finally accepted a offer from another company that ended up giving me the run around and after awhile would not return my messages. Then out of the blue Peter Minko called with Ship a Car and I accepted his offer, Basically everything came to a HAPPY ENDING and I would use Ship a Car again and nobody else for future car shipping needs. Poor service. You'll pay for door to door service, but won't receive it. Your calls will be screened during your delivery time. Communications with the company and driver will be painful. Overall experience: hassle.

I can't say enough good things about this company and specifically Bob Moran. Bob has now helped me with shipping two of my family's vehicles (MI to CA in 2016 and CA to NY). The first time I worked with him he was saving me because another company never showed up. And today when I worked with him he helped me get our car to NY where my fiancé has just started his new job. I spoke to him for the first time about it this morning and we have the car getting picked up at my home tomorrow morning. He made me feel like family and made something (shipping your car across the country), that I consider being stressful, so simple and easy. I called for quote and talked to Willie. He gave good quote and explained how everything would go. I was sending my military son's new motorcycle (sent his last one last year). I was very happy with Willie and Ship A Car but didn't have good communication with KP Turbo Transport. The driver did not speak English well and did not do an inspection of bike before loading even though I asked for it twice. I had taken pictures before it went on truck so could show the paint chip on the fender was not there before the trip but have not been able to reach them - phone always has you leave a message but they don't call back and email is unanswered. It was picked up promptly and delivered very quickly though.

EXCELLENT service! The boat was picked up by the driver on time, also arrived on time as promised. No complaints, no damages to boat or trailer. Very professional.

Ship A Car was the most organized professional business I've dealt with in a long time. I brought a large van bus from an auction and was deeply searching for a reliable and reasonably priced company. In my search, I called 5 companies and Ship A Car provided the best price. The lady in the office, Yvonne was wonderful, I'm not sure of her hours because I was able to reach her day or night so needless to say they exceeded my expectations.

My experience with DANA was amazing. She was very profesional from the first phone call. I will give her 10/10 in keeping up with communication when I was concerned with the Truck driver and his lack of communication. Car was picked up on time and delivery was on time. (PA to CA move was done in 4 days). I did have some issue with the truck driver regarding pickup and delivery timings but Dana kept good communication with me. I have a new 2019 model of luxury car and it was delivered in very good condition. Please ask for Dana when you call.

After realizing that my deployment to Texas who is going to last longer than four weeks, I was tired of using Lyft and I knew I couldn’t be without my motorcycle. I requested a quote from their webpage along with five or six other companies. Paul Murphy responded quickly to that email with the second to lowest cost to get my bike 1,230 miles from Ocala, Florida to Pharr, Texas, and then followed up the next day with a voicemail. After comparing prices and reading the reviews, I knew this was the company for me. They did not disappoint! I spoke with Paul at the end of the business day on Thursday and within 15 minutes he was calling me to inform me that he had already placed my order with driver Eric Andrews of Andrews Transportation LLC to be delivered 3 days later on Monday. I spoke with Eric on Saturday to confirm where my bike would need to be left. He too was very professional and easy to work with. To my surprise, Eric delivered my bike a day early on Sunday morning. That's right, my bike was delivered from call to drop in 2.5 days!!! Both Paul & Eric’s professionalism may me feel comfortable that my prize possession was in good hands. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting to move theirs. Thanks, guys.

The Ship A Car rep told me everything that I needed to know. Everything went as well as it could have. However, in-between times, I didn't get any updates. But as far as the information he gave me and what was done, it was spot on. The pickup was in Columbus, Ohio and the drop-off was in Frisco, Texas. The car got there a day earlier than expected, so that was a plus. I was happy about that. The driver was also great. He called and said he was about 40 minutes out. He dropped it off, signed the paperwork and received the money. I will recommend Ship A Car to anybody going that route.

They've been able to meet and exceed every shipment that we've had. So, I'm very pleased with them. Their communication was very precise and reactive. So, they had a quick response time.

I was disappointed to see some very low ratings on Yelp about this company. I spoke with Steve and a guy named Mike transported my 2 cars from California to New Orleans. My driver's name was Mike and he called me every day to let me know where he was in his transport. The cars arrived in pristine condition and very timely. I guess everyone's experience is different...but I got all-star treatment.

Ship a car did a wonderful job shipping my cousins car. Sam was so nice and helpful with dealing with my father. My father was trying to take care of this transaction and make all the arrangements. I was the middle person to just clarify some things. Sam took the time to explain to me of everything that was happening and told me what was required from me/my dad. Willie was wonderful to work with and motorcycle was picked up within a few days of my first call and arrived one day earlier than estimate which was great. This was going from Nebraska to my Marine son in California. The shipper assigned did not fill out a condition report and Willie told me there would be one so I asked but the driver didn't speak English well and kept brushing me off. There was a small chip on the back fender but I have left phone messages and emailed KP Turbo Transport that moved it and never receive a reply. I would use Willie again but maybe not accept quote from KP Turbo Transport.

After reading many horrible reviews on other shippers, I was encouraged by SAC's reviews. Everything went as planned and on schedule from pick up to delivery and in the process (I had to make schedule changes), through many phone conversations, I have made a new friend with "my" SAC agent!!! I recently hired Ship-a-Car to transport a car cross country. I had used another company several times in the past, but a friend recommended Ship a Car and they were substantially less expensive so I gave them a try. Everything was done as promised without any complications. The car was delivered in good condition. I now see that the reviews are quite mixed. When my daughter?s vehicle arrived in Hilo port a few days early and I had to change the authorized person to pick up my daughter?s vehicle, he did it so professionally with no delays. My friend was able to pick up the vehicle with no problems. I?ll use Ship a Car Inc. again when I need to transport my vehicle and will recommend them to friends and family.
