Indiana to Michigan Car Shipping

I was in a desperate situation. I was left high and dry by a transport co named nice car auto transport. My car was supposed to have been picked up on 11/14/13. I had put in my order form on 11/4 spoke to the owner. All my information was given. Called nice auto to confirm. I was lied to. At my wits end I called this co. Ship a car inc on 11/14. Spoke to Bryan at 6pm explained the situation to him. I told him I'm leaving to oklahoma on the 21st of November and I'm truly worried now. Bryan assured me and told me I will find you a transporter. In less than 12 hrs Bryan had left a message on my voicemail and the transporter was calling me by 3pm. By 6pm he had my car an told me that by Tuesday the 20th my car would be in oklahoma. I made the right choice because the cost was more than reasonable and I didn't have to deal with the aggravation. The transport coordinator, Danny, was a great rep for the company. He helped me work around my schedule and responded to changes in my plans easily. The delivery guys, Sander and Val, kept me up-to-date on their timing and location throughout the transport. I called Bob from this company last minute to get my car shipped out two days later and he literally had someone for me 30 minutes later To pick it up the day I requested and worked hard and kept in contact with me the whole time! I have used your service twice now. Bob M. in Florida has taken care of me both times. I defiantly was an extremely difficult customer this past time . I was having a hard time arranging and planning my move back home. I think I had to change the date 3 times. The rep was very helpful. Pickup was Clarkston, Michigan on a Wednesday and the car wasn’t delivered until the following Saturday. It was in the email, very clear, that it would probably be delivered on that Friday, 10 days later. I thought it would come on a Monday or Tuesday. But when I looked at the email, it clearly said Friday. It ended up showing up on Saturday, which was fine. I was out of state, traveling for work. So, I didn’t need the vehicle, but I just had to schedule my friend to be there. Thankfully, she’s a very good friend. I saw the car on Monday. It was very dirty but that’s expected. It was dirty when it left, but it was way dirty. But it was in the same shape as it was when I left it with my sister for it to be picked up. I already recommended Ship A Car, Inc. to a coworker.

I used this brokerage company to transport my car from NJ to Michigan, when I spoke to the original Sales Rep he told me that the vehicle would be transported on an 18 wheeler not on a Pickup truck towing a bed of 3 or 4 cars. That did not happen, then though the rest of the issue does not completely fall on their line of work they did nothing to help me out. The company that actually transported my car which Ship a car outsourced to did not initiate any communication at all. Throughout the process of delivery of my vehicle I was calling the shipper for time slots and changes in schedule. Never did the shipper call me to indicate a change in schedule. Then to add insult to injury due construction that was happening on my main street the shipper could not deliver the car to my house I had to walk a mile to go pick up my car, or I would have to drive 45 minutes away to pick up my car. Though the contract explicitly says the car would be delivered to my home. Again Ship A Car has nothing to do with this process, but in the end my contract is with Ship A Car, and when I complained about all these issues they did nothing to rectify the situation. The "Manager" asks me did the vehicle get delivered? I said yes, then that is all we promised. Such a piss poor way to handle the customer service end of things. Though most of the issues are the shippers my contract is with them and they deserved to be shunned for the way the handled the situation.

Bob and his team did a GREAT job getting my vehicle to me during a cross country move. They have Stellar communication and I was updated every step of the way. My vehicle arrived in perfect condition   HIGHLY recommend Ship A Car!!! Thank you Bob!!

When my daughter?s vehicle arrived in Hilo port a few days early and I had to change the authorized person to pick up my daughter?s vehicle, he did it so professionally with no delays. I had originally scheduled a my car transport with Nationwide auto transportation (don't us them). On the day of my pickup nationwide called me stating that they had no one to pick up my car after I have made a reservation 2 weeks prior. When i originally made my reservation i was told tbwy would contact me two day before the pick. Due to their lack of professionalism I cancelled there service. I called ship a Car the same day and Pepper answered. We scheduled a pickup for the next busy day and with 48 my car was shipped from Florida to California.

Ship a Car Inc. is the best motorcycle shipping company I have had the pleasure of encountering. This is the second time they have shipped my bike. I have had experience with other shippers and, in my experience, Ship a Car Inc. sets the standard for quality service. This time I had my bike shipped from Santa Fe NM to Florida. Joseph Gorfien was my facilitator. He arranged to have the bike picked up within a couple of days. Considering the shop at which I had left it was closed for a day, this was the first possible opportunity to ship it. Amazing! Joseph thought it might take about six days to deliver the bike to Florida, but it got here in three. Amazing! The bike has a custom paint job and custom parts. There was not one scratch on the bike and everything was in perfect order. These folks have not only demonstrated extreme competency in making what could have been a couple of difficult situations totally stress-free, they all seem to have a great sense of humor. I am extremely grateful for the Help in having my $40,000. Gold wing trike Mr. Farber set up for me quickly from Santa Fe, N.M. I had to fly out in 24 hrs.due to illness leaving my trike at a hotel with the key for shippers. Picked up on Saturday July 9, arrived Monday July 11. Perfect cindition. Well worth ever dollar. Other shipping wanted a loading dock at pick up and drop off. Because it's a trike. That was unacceptable. Thankyou Larry Farber for everthing.

Contacted Ship-A-Car Inc., one of many. Spoke with Carrie. I knew I was dealing with a broker and since I was a first time shipper I had nothing to fall back on. After a couple of phone calls I decided to go with Ship-A-Car. No problems at all. Transport company and the driver were first class. Picked the car up within two days of my contacting them. Hello, I worked with Steve Goodman getting my car shipped from Pennsylvania to South Dakota. I was very leery on selecting a company and had been in touch with other shippers. My finale price was about $200 higher than original quote, but South Dakota isn't a very popular route. I had Car available on November 2 , 2020 and truck picked it the same day ! Although first truck had mechanical issues, Steve has another within 30 minutes scheduled. Car was delivered with no issues , on time. I would suggest to others to be available at anytime day of the transport because the driver can show really at anytime. Its funny the other shipping company called me and said the finally found a driver to transport my car , but it was already delivered . Steve really made it happen quick !
