First time I used Ship a Car, they are very professional. Danny was my transport coordinator, and he was very friendly and courteous . He answered all my questions very professional. We were notified when the driver would pick up the vehicle in California and also when they arrived with it in Florida. We are very satisfied with their service. Thank you very much and we will be using this company in the future. This company is very highly recommended ,I personally want to thank Danny for this great experience.

Although this Company did not ship my car. Their response to my needs and great customer services showed me that they actually were looking to help me. They were transparent and did not give me the run around and called me back the same day to tell me they had a carrier to pick up my car. We used this broker, after getting rid of another who was not straight with us. Ship A Car, called us, gave us a date, the trucker (Exit-15) picked up the car that day, and delivered the car half way cross the country in 3-4 days. All worked out according to plan. The driver of the truck was a cool hard working guy. There were 10 cars on his rig, we were lucky to be the last car on and the first car off. We have read email reviews and saw all the tales out there. I am sure there are good and bad stories. We are a good story, it all worked on time, we got the car to a place where the driver could pick it up. This rig is too big for some small roads. And he called us 8 hours a head of drop of time, and met us in front of the hotel where he unloaded our 2007 Camry.

I had a very good experience with Ship a Car Inc. They offered quick responses to my questions, and they were very accessible. I shipped my truck from Georgia to Connecticut, and it arrived without issues or problems.

This is a five star company had my car to my house exactly when they said they would. Smith who set every thing up is truly a man of his word. I was a little nervous transporting my mother in laws Altima from Dallas to Plymouth. I called Ship a car and spoke with Bob M. He took the time to answer all my questions and was able to get a driver for me that day. The driver Vlad called me within the hour and picked up her car that night and it was even delivered a day early. I recently hired Ship A car to transport a vehicle from Florida to Texas. I spoke with and dealt with Meredith Anzalone during this process. She made the experience positive. She was professional, informative and prompt in her response to me. If I had to call her with a question, she answered it right away. If I had to leave a message for her, she called back quickly. She showed care and also interest in the back story of this car. She also followed up after the car was delivered to make sure that everything went well. The customer service at Ship A Car Inc was very good. They did what they could do for me in the time frame they could. I had just come out of a bad experience with a previous company, so I really appreciated that. They shipped my vehicle cross-country from Las Vegas to Michigan within the time frame they had said, with no damage. The price was just what they said it would be over the phone- no extras or anything. It was decently priced. The person on the phone was very professional and a good spokesperson for the company. She told me what they could allow to happen as far as delivering it on time. This was the first time I used them and I would go back again.

Just moved two classic cars from Chicago to KC in the dead of winter. I asked for a two car hauler and the found someone fast. Was scheduled to have the cars picked up on Monday but the drive contacted me to see if he could pick the cars up a day early to get ahead of a big snow storm and bitter cold. On the back end I needed him to drive the cars up a long driveway and park them in the garage. He was easy to work with and did a great job.

Definitely a great experience. Carrie was just so helpful and was able to do the impossible by finding me a carrier within an hour after I sent the request only two days before I wanted my car to be picked up.

Excellent customer service from Dana Briones from inquiry until the successful drop off of my new car from Pennsylvania to Los Angeles, CA. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring and made herself available when I called to check on the location of my car after 4 days. I was also provided with the driver's full name and cell phone number. I most appreciate that Dana was honest about the estimated transport pick up and delivery time frame. The driver Alex was the absolute best. He called me and the car dealership the morning he picked up my new car. We spoke about 4 days later and he told me his expected delivery day. On that day, he texted me to let me know the time based on his GPS. He arrived earlier than expected. This was my first time purchasing a car from the internet, from another state and using an auto transportation company. I did have anxiety in the beginning. However, EVERYTHING went smooth and I have nothing but great things to say about Dana and Ship a Car Inc.

Very nice experience. Needed car picked up quickly, they were able to pick up within two days, and the car was delivered in two days. Carrier was LUXOR, Emil was fantastic, very careful with the car. Highly recommend them. Some confusion on payment.

I used Ship A Car, Inc. to move two cars from Des Moines, WA to Blue Springs, MO. They hired Nationwide to transport my cars. The contract stated they would arrive no earlier than April 26th to pick up my cars. On April 24th I received a call from the driver stating he would be arriving April 25th pick up my cars. I said I needed my car on the 25th as stated he was not suppose to arrive until at least the 26th. He told me that the only other day he could pick up my cars was on the 29th which was my morning flight to MO. I contacted Ship A Car and they reconfirmed that he will arrive on April 28th to pick up my cars. On April 28th I receive a call from the driver stating he would be there between 6-7 PM. I called at 8 PM to see where he was and he told me that he stopped at a rest stop for awhile and would be there around 8:30 PM. Well, at 9:30 PM I called again and he said his truck broke down. He arrived in a car at 10 PM to sign for the cars. this was stressful as we were to leave on a flight the next morning. Upon arrival near Blue Springs, MO he stated that he needed to park in a large lot about 1.9 miles from my location. I did not realized he was hauling a nine car carrier and I needed to find a way to the lot which was 1.9 miles away. Upon arrival, I paid the driver in cash as they do not allow a credit card. This experience was less than desirable. If you use this carrier, don't be surprise that you may have to drive your vehicles to some large lot for loading and again to a large lot to retrive your vehicles. I doubt that other carriers would be any better. My cars made a trip to Chicago, etc. before arriving at their destination. Just don't be surprised to be inconvenienced in a similar manner no matter what carrier you use. There are some out there that take initial money and you never hear from them again. Check reviews before hiring.

Ship a Car Inc. is the best motorcycle shipping company I have had the pleasure of encountering. This is the second time they have shipped my bike. I have had experience with other shippers and, in my experience, Ship a Car Inc. sets the standard for quality service. This time I had my bike shipped from Santa Fe NM to Florida. Joseph G. was my facilitator. He arranged to have the bike picked up within a couple of days. Considering the shop at which I had left it was closed for a day, this was the first possible opportunity to ship it. Amazing! Joseph thought it might take about six days to deliver the bike to Florida, but it got here in three. Amazing! The bike has a custom paint job and custom parts. There was not one scratch on the bike and everything was in perfect order. These folks have not only demonstrated extreme competency in making what could have been a couple of difficult situations totally stress-free, they all seem to have a great sense of humor. I love these folks! Thank you for a couple of wonderful experiences, Ship a Car. I highly recommend their service. In the future, I won't use anyone else.

This was my first experience with Ship A Car INC. They transported a Volkswagon for me. The vehicle arrived in great shape, with no damages. It also arrived quickly, and on schedule. All in all, Ship A Car INC did a very good job for me, and I was very impressed with their professionalism! They handled all aspects of the transportation for me, just like they promised.
