Peter Minko provided excellent service, I had talked to peter months before regarding another move that I no longer needed, I had misplaced Ship a Car's info and I was trying to get my sister car shipped from California to North Carolina, everybody's quotes where all over the place and all the other companies stated that nobody was moving that direction or to that state. I had finally accepted a offer from another company that ended up giving me the run around and after awhile would not return my messages. Then out of the blue Peter Minko called with Ship a Car and I accepted his offer, Basically everything came to a HAPPY ENDING and I would use Ship a Car again and nobody else for future car shipping needs. We used Ship A Car to send a car to our son in North Carolina from California.  The service was great, the price was reasonable and Justin did a great job of coordinating the delivery.  I would use them again if the need arose.

I have never shipped a car before, so did the normal thing and jumped on the internet and started doing research. Ship a Car was highly rated, so I contacted them. I spoke to Marrine. She was friendly, informative and explained the entire process. She explained the difference between open and enclosed transport. She worked up two quotes for me based on both and e-mailed me each quote so I could read and make an informed decision. I was shipping the car (Mercedes C300) from Utah to Virginia. After speaking with my brother whom I was getting the vehicle from he said ENCLOSED !!!. He shipped the vehicle out to UT and his moving company did all the arrangements. They DID NOT use Ship a Car. It was shipped on an open car trailer and when the Mercedes and their Mini Van showed up, they had 850$ in damage and 240 miles on the Mini-Van. Again they DID NOT use Ship a Car. So I went with the enclosed transport option. It was actually only about 300$ more dollars than I figured out it would cost me to fly out, take time off work and then drive back. Also, I would be putting 2K miles on the vehicle. No brainer....Ship it. The car was picked up and delivered on time. Pay close attention to the process that is explained to you. Ship a Car is a booking service and only works with highly rated drivers/companies. They basically write the contract and put it out there for drivers who they approve. Once your contract is picked up by a driver, you are good to go. I had no issues with booking, the car was picked up on the day they said and was dropped of early. The driver was great and the car, although yes it needed a washing (it just came from UT, it was not gross, but yes had some grim on it. This was expected, enclosed trailers are not air tight) was in great shape, no damage, and no extra miles on it. I highly recommend this booking company and request Marrine, she was great.

RECENTLY HAD THE OPPORTUNITY WORK WITH BOB MORAN WITH REGARD TO HAVING MY VEHICLE PICKED UP AND TRANSPORTED TO AN AUCTION IN NEBRASKA AND I COULDN"T HAVE HAD BETTER SERVICE THAN WHAT BOB PROVIDED ME. Ship A Car was used to facilitate a boat shipment from NJ to Florida. The quote was $1200 and I accepted to get transport within a 2-day window pickup. My ShipaCar rep Paul Sinclair contacted me and stated he had found a driver, but the driver was requesting an additional $50 for pick-up..I agreed to get the boat picked up and remain on schedule. The boat was to be picked up on a Monday or Tuesday and was instead scheduled for a Wednesday pick-up around 1 pm by the driver. Marina owner waited and no one showed or called. Thursday afternoon came and the driver was still a no show and I was contacted by the Marina owner. I contacted my Ship A Car rep and was told he would check with the driver and contact me. No call ever was made back to me by Ship A Car and I ended up contacting the driver myself. He stated he was running late and would be able to pick the boat up first thing Friday morning...I informed the driver I had paid the extra $50 that rep requested from me for the driver to facilitate transport as requested. The driver stated he did not request any $50 increase for shipment as it was posted as $1000 and he had accepted the offer as posted. I contacted Ship A Car, Inc. as the marina owner contacted me stating no one was there Friday morning and had to leave. I received no call back from Ship A Car rep Paul Sinclair as the lady answering the phone told me he would call as soon as he was off the phone with another customer..The driver contacted me around 10:30 am saying he was there and waiting to get the boat. Marina owner arrived and the boat was loaded onto a multi-car vehicle with boat trailer wheels off transport vehicle ramps and being supported by boards under axles and transported. I never received a returned call from Ship A Car rep as I had questions not only of why I was not informed of any shipment delay but also of the driver stating he never asked for the additional $50 amount Paul Sinclair had stated was requested by the driver. Needless to say, Never again will I use this company as they pick a carrier and leave you to deal with any transport issues and possibly lie to get more money from you by blaming transport drivers for up charges. Since I had to constantly intervene and contact the driver myself for answers, I was better off using a self-service company so I could have picked my own carrier and skipped the middle man ShipaCar. Once Ship A Car, Inc. received their $250 deposit I basically was on my own anyway.

I was disappointed to see some very low ratings on Yelp about this company. I spoke with Steve and a guy named Mike transported my 2 cars from California to New Orleans. My driver's name was Mike and he called me every day to let me know where he was in his transport. The cars arrived in pristine condition and very timely. I guess everyone's experience is different...but I got all-star treatment.

I recently hired Ship-a-Car to transport a car cross country. I had used another company several times in the past, but a friend recommended Ship a Car and they were substantially less expensive so I gave them a try. Everything was done as promised without any complications. The car was delivered in good condition. I recommend this company.

Very nice experience. Needed car picked up quickly, they were able to pick up within two days, and the car was delivered in two days. Carrier was LUXOR, Emil was fantastic, very careful with the car. Highly recommend them. Some confusion on payment.

I would use Ship a car again this was my first time using this type of service and they said they would have my vehicle delivered Sunday maybe Monday afternoon. It was delivered a few days earlier on Friday afternoon so I have a lot of RESPECT. A job well done.

Go with Ship A Car for your Transport Needs! Moving from Minnesota to North Carolina, I was in need of a car shipping service. I called a few different companies for quotes, but Ship A Car was the cheapest. I highly recommend their service. They shipped my 2019 Genesis in an enclosed trailer and I was updated every step of the way with pictures and notifications. I recommend working with Leo and/or Danny.

First time transporting my Car out of state. My experience from the start was a great experience. My representative Dana was very informative and knowledgeable. Dana made sure I was inform Thur out the transport and even reaching out afterwards to make sure everything went well. I could not have asked for better customer service/ care. I was very happy with the my transport of my Mercedes. The car made it safe on time and not one scratch! The rates was very competitive. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I'm not sure if I just got the trash of the company, regardless of the good reviews but I'm already dealing with the death of my father and had to move an ATV out of his place after he passed. I decided to use this company and it has been one problem after another, then they contracted with a driver who never gives us any updates or answers his phone. We were told it would be delivered same day, so we got no estimated times and just waited around with no phone call. So we called the company and was told, oh sorry, we were going to update you in the morning that it was going to be delivered next day in the evening. So I follow up the next morning and was told I would get a call back, but never did. I tried to be courteous because I know everyone deals with all kinds of customers, but this company is terrible, along with the company they contracted with.

The transport company I chose didn't show up and it was pretty bad. I switched to Ship A Car and I liked their communication. People let me know what's going on and I'm good. When I called to ask about anything, a person was there and responded. He called me to let me know that he had someone to pick up the car. From then on, it was good until delivery. After delivery, I got a follow-up call so it went well.   The transport was from South Carolina to Utah, which was about 2,200 miles. When the car was picked up, it took a couple of days. There were two drivers and they just continually drove. I couldn't believe it. The final rate was what was decided upon. The only thing was the payment was a cash requirement. I had just moved here to Utah and I just opened an account. The money was held because it came from another state so I didn't have cash. That posed a problem on delivery because checks or credit cards weren't accepted. If a credit card were accepted, that would have helped tremendously. Other than that, I would recommend Ship A Car.

My experience with DANA was amazing. She was very profesional from the first phone call. I will give her 10/10 in keeping up with communication when I was concerned with the Truck driver and his lack of communication. Car was picked up on time and delivery was on time. (PA to CA move was done in 4 days).  I did have some issue with the truck driver regarding pickup and delivery timings but Dana kept good communication with me.  I have a new 2019 model of luxury car and it was delivered in very good condition.  Please ask for Dana when you call.

Efficient and communicated from beginning to end. Bob Moran was superb in how he handled my urgent need to get me moved. From the dispatcher, Rose, to the kind driver, Ted, all treated my urgency with respect. My car was picked up 1 day sooner and delivered on time and was I happy. I had previously booked with another company and had to cancel after waiting for them 3 days with still no driver.
