I recently purchased a Cutlass Supreme and initially used another carrier. I called my initial carrier to get a status and was told it would take 4 weeks to have my car picked up. I cancelled my order and I contacted Ship a Car. I spoke to Willie and made arrangements to have my car transported via an enclosed carrier. Within an hour, Willie called me back and my car was picked up that night and arrived in NY in 2 days. The car arrived with no issues. Willie was responsive and communicated all the steps the entire way. I would highly recommend them.

I needed a car shipped on a short haul from Nevada to California on an ASAP basis because the hauler I had contracted with cancelled on me at the last minute. This was the first time I have ever shipped a car. Called Ship A Car and taliked with Quintin Putnam he reasured me everything was going to good. Pickup my Mini in irvine Cal and delivered it to West Jordan Utah. I was worried to death called Quintin on second day. He again reassured me that everything was good. My Mini was delivered Monday morning and it was great.

I booked my car with Howard . To ship from Atlantic Beach Florida to Irvine California . We agreed to 1300.00 fee . That included three containers in my car upto 100lbs... upon delivery I was charged an extra $100.00 for the containers. They would NOT unload my car until I gave them the extra $100.00 dollars. I had called Howard several times on the issue and he never resolved the issue of the extra 100.00 dollars . This company is a ripoff. They are by far the most expensive ones out there. I will also be reporting them to the BBB. I was so excited to have my shipped only to have a huge negative experience with this company.

I've shipped my vehicles across the country 4 times. I was in a bind when the company I normally ship with didn't show up on the agreed pick up date. I called ship a car inc and spoke with Bob asking for the impossible with two days notice. Bob found a way to get it done for me and was in touch from start to finish. I can not speak more highly of the assistance Joseph G. provided me throughout this process to date. When I first worked with Joseph on this shipment, he told me that if I needed anything during the shipment stage, to let him know. And he was true to his words! When I had to change the person who was going to drop my car off at the shipping port, he immediately contacted Matson to make that change. On the day of the drop off, an issue came up regarding the acceptance of my vehicle at the port, so I called Joseph to see if he could assist. He immediately attempted to get in touch with me to see how he could assist. When I didn't pick up his call, he right away contacted the person I had told him was going to drop the car off at Matson to find out the problem. I then called Joe back, and discussed the problem with him. After a discussion, he gave me pointers to resolve the issue, and requested that I contact him about any subsequent next steps that he could assist with to ensure the car was accepted on that day, which was actually the final day to have my auto on the next ship. I am greatly impressed with the care and concern that Joseph displayed with my situation. He had a definite "can do" attitude, and was ready to jump in head first in order to help me in any way he could to make sure the shipment was a success. To add importance is that I am attempting to have my car shipped from Honolulu to California while I am trying to manage this as I currently am located in Dallas. Having Joseph as my wing man and a concerned and very responsive primary contact point is invaluable, since this is such a long distance transaction for me. If Joseph is a true representative of Ship A Car and the character of their associates, Ship A Car and Joseph deserve 5 Stars and beyond. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.

I shipped a brand new $15,000 Yamaha Viking UTV from Montana to Oregon. Even though the driver did not have the title, it would have been easy to sell this this for $5000 to a ranch along the way and I would never see it. I did a lot of research on Ship A Car, Inc. before deciding to use them, and my UTV arrived safely and my wife is HAPPY! Not only did they give me the best price, but they shipped it in an enclosed trailer. I would definitely use them again.

I was a little nervous transporting my mother in laws Altima from Dallas to Plymouth. I called Ship a car and spoke with Bob M. He took the time to answer all my questions and was able to get a driver for me that day. My dad bought my son a car up in Wisconsin and we needed to get it down to Florida. I did a bunch of research online and found that Ship A Car was part of the Better Business Bureau. They had very good reviews. One thing I liked about them a lot was that they didn't badger me with calls all the time, unlike the other companies that I contacted.   Doug was the rep I had and he was wonderful and had very good communication. My dad lives in the middle of nowhere so we made a decision to add more money to the initial quote so that somebody would pick up the car. The driver was very nice and polite. He took pictures of the car. The car was perfect when it arrived and it was just like it was shipped when it left my dad's house. Everything was wonderful. We had such a good experience that my mother-in-law is using Ship A Car to ship her car out to Arizona at the end of the month.

The car was picked up on Tuesday morning in Phoenix and delivered Saturday morning in Illinois 60 miles north of Chicago in good condition. The transaction went smoothly from the beginning to the end. The customer service rep, Johnathan V. was capable and friendly as well as the trucking company driver.
