that my son's 2002 Toyota Camry arrived in Washington (Bangor Naval Base) last night. Everything went fantastic…from the car being picked up on Long Island on 10/29 to it being delivered on 11/4. It was estimated to take 8-11 days but arrived in less time. So happy with your company and will recommend to other military families and anyone else that needs a car transported. My dad bought my son a car up in Wisconsin and we needed to get it down to Florida. I did a bunch of research online and found that Ship A Car was part of the Better Business Bureau. They had very good reviews. One thing I liked about them a lot was that they didn't badger me with calls all the time, unlike the other companies that I contacted.   Doug was the rep I had and he was wonderful and had very good communication. My dad lives in the middle of nowhere so we made a decision to add more money to the initial quote so that somebody would pick up the car. The driver was very nice and polite. He took pictures of the car. The car was perfect when it arrived and it was just like it was shipped when it left my dad's house. Everything was wonderful. We had such a good experience that my mother-in-law is using Ship A Car to ship her car out to Arizona at the end of the month.

This company is awesome! I'm a retired Navy Sr. Chief and own a 2012 Corvette Grand Sport, rare painted in Carlisle Blue. The driver "Willie" was on time and treated my car as though it was his own. He was very respectful and carried my car from Texas to NC and delivered it on our agreed date and time. Willie and I inspected the car before and after the shipment and he noted a spot on the windshield I didn't even note. Suffice it to say, my experience was the best ever. I fully recommend this company and driver to anyone shipping any vehicle.

I had a very good experience with Ship a Car Inc. They offered quick responses to my questions, and they were very accessible. I shipped my truck from Georgia to Connecticut, and it arrived without issues or problems.

Everything worked out perfectly with Ship A Car. We were helped by Christie, and she was perfect. My daughter was calling her every couple of days to see what the status was. Initially, we got started on a rocky road, but that was our fault because we had a vendor that we thought was going to help, and he was scamming. So, we were very glad when we got in touch with Christie. She talked us through what would happen and when it would happen. In the very end, she fulfilled those dates that she said. The gentleman who was driving was cordial and helpful. He had to park someplace else because our street is small. The car got here safely. I was really satisfied.

Justin quoted me a price of $1,050. He then called me back and told me he had a driver who could bring the car up a day early for an extra $50. Well, Justin cheated me out of the $50. The driver knew nothing about coming up a day early and he arrived on Tuesday. Justin told me he would arrive Sunday or Monday. Don't use Justin. He will stick it to you in a very unpleasant manner.

Just moved two classic cars from Chicago to KC in the dead of winter. I asked for a two car hauler and the found someone fast. Was scheduled to have the cars picked up on Monday but the drive contacted me to see if he could pick the cars up a day early to get ahead of a big snow storm and bitter cold. On the back end I needed him to drive the cars up a long driveway and park them in the garage. He was easy to work with and did a great job.

I was searching for an Auto Transport company to ship my son's car from Lake Forest, IL to San Diego, CA. He is a Marine and stationed there. From start to finish Ship A Car worked with me to quote a very competitive price. They were very patient as I changed the drop off date a few times because it is very difficult to predict my son's schedule. He was beginning his new MOS with the Marines and he had not received his orders for his shift. I changed the drop off again, from Thursday to Friday when he mentioned that Thursdays he had specific duties and would not be able to leave the base to get his car. It was complicated because for obvious reasons, the delivery truck can't simply drive onto the US Military base. So, my son asked if they could drop the car off at a nearby Target close to the base and provided the address and a date and time that he would be allowed to leave the base. Ship A Car worked with me through all of these logistics. They picked up the car when they agreed and dropped it off as agreed, in perfect condition. My Son, thought this was a better deal than buying a new car at this point. My understanding is that the Marines on the base need some form of transportation. And although my son needed a car, he didn't feel he needed to purchase a brand new car at this time. I can't say enough about the wonderful and patient customer service for Ship A Car. Sam L., the main customer service agent with whom I spoke most frequently, was so awesome! He even called me one evening - after I sent an email changing the drop off logistics - yet again - from his cell phone. He was home having dinner and stopped to deal with my issues! The drivers, Jesus and Saul were extremely professional and courteous as well! I give this company an A+!!!! My son called me and asked me for the contact details of Ship A Car because one of his Marine mates said he would like to do the same thingship his car from his home base; also in IL to California. I used Ship A Car Inc to transport my car from California to Wisconsin. After reading a few reviews, yes, the transport truck could be a double decker truck with several cars. Therefore, the driver will ask you to meet him/her at a location near your home...This was my first time shipping a car . How do you find a reputable company? Well, I prayed and read reviews.. I spoke with Bob at Ship A Car, I felt comfortable with the rate and transportation terms. I had no issues. There were no hidden fees, the car was delivered on time and no damages. I had my car shipped from De to FL with no problem. The driver was really nice, friendly and arrived on time. As soon as I landed my car was ready for me to pick up. Anytime I had a question it was easy to get in contact with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I’m not a big social media person, but the golf cart got delivered that same day. Guess my cart was too tall to fit the trailer, so the repair shop took the top off and shipped it strapped down to the cart. My son and I were able to reinstall the top and all is well. Thanks Tim Lehman

After realizing that my deployment to Texas who is going to last longer than four weeks, I was tired of using Lyft and I knew I couldn’t be without my motorcycle. Paul Murphy responded quickly to that email with the second to lowest cost to get my bike 1,230 miles from Ocala, Florida to Pharr, Texas, and then followed up the next day with a voicemail. I spoke with Paul at the end of the business day on Thursday and within 15 minutes he was calling me to inform me that he had already placed my order with driver Eric Andrews of Andrews Transportation LLC to be delivered 3 days later on Monday. I spoke with Eric on Saturday to confirm where my bike would need to be left. He too was very professional and easy to work with. To my surprise, Eric delivered my bike a day early on Sunday morning. That's right, my bike was delivered from call to drop in 2.5 days!!! Both Paul & Eric’s professionalism may me feel comfortable that my prize possession was in good hands. My agent was Doug and he was professional, courteous, and as truthful as he could be. He kept me informed every step of the way and was very cooperative. As our circumstances change, I made him aware and he changed things up as we were going. I was shipping my deceased husband's car to our daughter. Things had to line up before I could ship that car and I explained that to Doug at the outset. He worked with me.   I live in a rural area with narrow streets. He said, “I'm gonna put the car up for some driver with the explanation of the circumstances. We will make that driver aware. And we'll go from there.” Somebody accepted the car within 24 hours and I was totally shocked. Doug explained everything to the driver and the driver said he could handle it. When I made contact with the driver and I re-explained to him, he said, “I committed to picking this car up so that you would not have to walk, you would not have to meet me anywhere. You wouldn't have to leave your home. This car is literally going door to door.” The morning that he was coming to pick up the car, the driver called me and notified me that he was in the area. I knew exactly where he was. I again said to him, “Maybe you should just stop on the larger street or the wider street, and give me a call. And then reassess whether or not you can get down into my narrow road to pick up the car.” I heard that driver before I saw him. He got down out of his big truck and said he couldn't turn around. But I was told not to worry as this was the commitment he made. We looked over the car and he took pictures of my vehicle. He loaded the 2006 Sonata on the back of his truck and it was ready to go. He gave me an approximate delivery date to my daughter. But his plan changed. The driver did not call to tell me but that was perfectly all right. My daughter was looking forward to the weekend and when she reached him, he told her he would have the car there on Monday morning, which he did. I just wished that I had known it wasn't going to get there then I wouldn't have been so anxious that Saturday. But he didn't know. Other than that, the driver delivered and the car was in excellent condition when my daughter got it. The gentleman backed his big, old, long truck out of this narrow street. I was impressed because nobody else did. I am grateful to Ship A Car.

Danny did an amazing job assisting my transport of two cars across the country. He met specific terms in our contract and provided first class service throughout the entire process. We ran into an issue where the truck picking up the cars had engine trouble. Danny called and had already fixed the problem contracting a second truck with the agreed upon pick-up date. The two cars were picked up and delivered on time.

Never called to let us know pick up time would be pushed back. Never called night before when they said they would to let us know the pickup time. We are waiting to hear from them, flying out tomorrow morning, and can’t get a single response from anyone. Horrible service.
