Recently my family and I moved and needed to have one of our cars shipped. Not ever needing to this before, Meredith made the transition smooth. Bob Moran at Ship A Car arranged to have my new Motorcycle transported from Mississippi to North Carolina and everything went as planned the sniper out of South Carolina was professional and had an excellent hauler for a motorcycle.

I called multiple carriers before choosing to work with Ship a Car Inc. Peter was the transportation organizer I worked with and he was GREAT. Here are his attributes, courteous, knowledgeable , communicative and worked to get me the best price. His drivers were also competent, reliable and communicative. I knew where my vehicle was at all times and I shipped three vehicles so the logistics were a bit complicated and they pulled it all off. There was a panel that was loose in the a car when it arrived, the driver pointed it out , I reported it to Peter and there was no issue on getting it repaired ( I have repaired it yet but Peter was right on it when I told him about it ) I would RECOMMEND them HIGHLY.

Contacted Nicole at "Ship a Car" about transporting vehicle from MI to NC. She had a driver dispatched in a 24 hours! Costs was reasonable, but most importantly, the actual costs didn't change from the quoted costs. Excellent Service. Thx Nicole.

Yvonne really made me feel confident that i wasn't going to be one of those horror stories I read about in reviews of other places. jeep arrived From Omaha, Nebraska to Beverly Hills, California no problem. Left Friday morning and got it on Sunday morning. Yvonne is fantastic to work with.

Willie was my transport advisor. He arranged enclose shipping for a 1966 Ford Thunderbird to be picked up in Plantation, Florida and delivered 3000 miles later in Seattle, Washington. Surprised ourselves with a new Harley while on vacation and needed a way to get it home (from Michigan to Nebraska). Emily was very helpful, polite and kept us informed of shipping progress. Our driver Sam kept in touch with us giving us with updates of his location and ETA. The bike arrived in perfect condition, Sam was very cautious with all the vehicles in his trailer - he even wore gloves to move the vehicles! We would defiantly work with Emily and Sam if we ever find ourselves needing a vehicle transported again.

After speaking with 3 different car shipping companies, I found Bob Moran at Ship-A-Car. What a relief to speak with someone that answered all my questions and walked me through the entire process. More importantly, Bob delivered on all the promises he made me. This was my first time shipping a car and I was nervous and confused Bob put me at ease right away and quoted me a reasonable price. Moreover, this all transpired over the 4th of July holiday, my car was delivered on the 4th of July safe and sound. I had a classic VW Beetle shipped from California to New York. Danny (the representative from Ship A Car) was the BEST! He explained everything to me step by step. I had never shipped a car before and I called a bunch of different companies and was feeling leery. But Danny was patient, very kind, and trustworthy. He explained everything to me. I was truly blessed by this company. They shipped my car from Washington state to Texas in the snow. They said my car will arrive in 7 days. My car arrived in 4 1/2 days. Which was earlier than expected. I'm grateful and thankful. Great company.

I can not speak more highly of the assistance Joseph G. provided me throughout this process to date. When I first worked with Joseph on this shipment, he told me that if I needed anything during the shipment stage, to let him know. And he was true to his words! When I had to change the person who was going to drop my car off at the shipping port, he immediately contacted Matson to make that change. On the day of the drop off, an issue came up regarding the acceptance of my vehicle at the port, so I called Joseph to see if he could assist. He immediately attempted to get in touch with me to see how he could assist. When I didn't pick up his call, he right away contacted the person I had told him was going to drop the car off at Matson to find out the problem. I then called Joe back, and discussed the problem with him. After a discussion, he gave me pointers to resolve the issue, and requested that I contact him about any subsequent next steps that he could assist with to ensure the car was accepted on that day, which was actually the final day to have my auto on the next ship. I am greatly impressed with the care and concern that Joseph displayed with my situation. He had a definite "can do" attitude, and was ready to jump in head first in order to help me in any way he could to make sure the shipment was a success. To add importance is that I am attempting to have my car shipped from Honolulu to California while I am trying to manage this as I currently am located in Dallas. Having Joseph as my wing man and a concerned and very responsive primary contact point is invaluable, since this is such a long distance transaction for me. If Joseph is a true representative of Ship A Car and the character of their associates, Ship A Car and Joseph deserve 5 Stars and beyond. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.

Everything was pleasant with Ship A Car. They were easy to communicate with and the driver was easy to work with. The car was transported from Grand Junction to Tulsa and the final cost was lower than the initial quote I was given. It was a good experience and I'd do it again if I need to.

dana does an exceptional job with the transporters, we are very happy with their service and will use them again as needed thank you; drivers gave a heads up before arrival, and again before delivery which was as promised every time we used ship a car.

I love the people at Ship A Car, they never let me down and are always professional. I've had two cars shipped by them and there were no problems or damages. Their communication is excellent and I've referred them to several people in my office.

Ship a Car was used to facilitate a boat shipment from NJ to Florida...Quote was $1200 and I accepted to get transport within a 2 day window pickup..My ShipaCar rep Paul Sinclair contacted me and stated he had found a driver, but driver was requesting a additional $50 for pick-up..I agreed to get boat picked up and remain on schedule. Boat was to be picked up on a Monday or Tuesday and was instead scheduled for a Wednesday pick-up around 1pm by driver. Marina owner waited and no one showed or called. Thursday afternoon came and driver was still a no show and I was contacted by Marina owner.. I contacted my Ship a Car rep and was told he would check with driver and contact me. No call ever was made back to me by Ship a Car and I ended up contacting driver myself. He stated he was running late and would be able to pick boat up first thing Friday morning...I informed driver I had paid the extra $50 that rep requested from me for driver to facilitate transport as requested.. Driver stated he did not request any $50 increase for shipment as it was posted as $1000 and he had accepted offer as posted. I contacted Ship a Car as marina owner contacted me stating no one was there Friday morning and had to leave. I received no call back from Ship a Car rep Paul Sinclair as lady answering phone told me he would call as soon as he was off phone with another customer..Driver contacted me around 10:30am saying he was there and waiting to get boat...Marina owner arrived and boat was loaded onto multi car vehicle with boat trailer wheels off transport vehicle ramps and being supported by boards under axles and transported... I never received a returned call from Ship a Car rep as I had questions not only of why I was not informed of any shipment delay but also of driver stating he never asked for the additional $50 amount Paul Sinclair had stated was requested by driver. Needless to say, Never again will I use this company as they pick carrier and leave you to deal with any transport issues and possibly lie to get more money from you by blaming transport drivers for up charges. Since I had to constantly intervene and contact driver myself for answers, I was better off using a self service company so I could have picked my own carrier and skipped the middle man ShipaCar. Once ShipaCar received their $250 deposit I basically was on my own anyways.

I recently hired Ship-a-Car to transport a car cross country. I had used another company several times in the past, but a friend recommended Ship a Car and they were substantially less expensive so I gave them a try. Everything was done as promised without any complications. The car was delivered in good condition. I now see that the reviews are quite mixed. Had I read them first I might not have used the company, but my experience was positive. I worked with Joseph.

These guys were able to help transport our vehicle within a 8 day span. They are fast, and Joseph provides great communication throughout the whole process. We are a used car dealership so obviously the treatment of our vehicle during transport was a big factor, yet the driver did not leave a single scratch on the vehicle that the Auto Auction had not previously done a report on. Contacted Ship-A-Car in early May 2018 and spoke with Steve Goodman. He answered almost all of my questions immediately about shipping my new BMW to east coast. Those he couldn't answer he got back to me in less than a day with all the information I needed. A few weeks later my car was at the port on Maui and in less than one month it was safely sitting in my garage in North Carolina and in the exact same, excellent condition. I will ship other cars in the future and I will use Ship-A-Car and Steve.

Ship a Car Inc. is the best motorcycle shipping company I have had the pleasure of encountering. This is the second time they have shipped my bike. I have had experience with other shippers and, in my experience, Ship a Car Inc. sets the standard for quality service. This time I had my bike shipped from Santa Fe NM to Florida. Joseph G. was my facilitator. He arranged to have the bike picked up within a couple of days. Considering the shop at which I had left it was closed for a day, this was the first possible opportunity to ship it. Amazing! Joseph thought it might take about six days to deliver the bike to Florida, but it got here in three. Amazing! The bike has a custom paint job and custom parts. There was not one scratch on the bike and everything was in perfect order. These folks have not only demonstrated extreme competency in making what could have been a couple of difficult situations totally stress-free, they all seem to have a great sense of humor. i am very pleased with Jocelyn with Ship a Car, she helped me with booking a driver to ship a car to my son from Georgia to Utah. I was sceptical at first from talking to other compananies and they were giving me different answers about a quote. Jocelyn was straight up with me, she gave me her word that she would not stop until she got me a driver and stay in contact with me the entire process which she did. even after my son received the car she checked with me to make sure everything was good. Had a rush pickup of 4 2021 Land Cruisers based in MS and needed them delivered to GA. Called them on Tuesday afternoon within an hour they called me back and had a transporter picking all 4 of them up and were at my door Wednesday morning!!! Hello, I worked with Steve Goodman getting my car shipped from Pennsylvania to South Dakota. I was very leery on selecting a company and had been in touch with other shippers. My finale price was about $200 higher than original quote, but South Dakota isn't a very popular route. I had Car available on November 2 , 2020 and truck picked it the same day ! Although first truck had mechanical issues, Steve has another within 30 minutes scheduled. Car was delivered with no issues , on time. I would suggest to others to be available at anytime day of the transport because the driver can show really at anytime. Its funny the other shipping company called me and said the finally found a driver to transport my car , but it was already delivered . Steve really made it happen quick !

Called several different transport companies. This was the most professional, friendly and attentive of them all. Yvonne Bowrosen kept her word on everything except delivery timeline. She said 4 days and it was delivered in. You can't ask for better service and won't find it. Best price and great service all around.
