I would like to thank you for helping me figure out what was going on with the vehicle we were trying to ship to CA. As of our last conversation, you found that our car was no longer on the list to be picked up by a driver/broker. Apparently our car did ship out later that day. It is on its way to CA, but this has been an exasperating experience for us and one we hope never to repeat. Your kindness, despite the fact that you did not have a contract with us, was much appreciated. Also your willingness to explain a bit about what goes on behind the scenes was much appreciated. I hope you continue to do well working for Ship A Car, Inc. It is unfortunate we did not initiate our move with you and your company. Perhaps we would not have had such a sour experience.

Worked with Larry from Ship a Car a few months ago to ship a vehicle I purchased on the east coast back home to San Diego. Larry was detail-oriented, provided a driver with a fair rate, and picked up the car within the allotted time frame. The car was delivered earlier than expected which was the joy hiccup; as the vehicle was transferred from a tractor-trailer car hauler to a flatbed trailer from LA to San Diego. In doing so the delivery driver was given an incorrect phone number for contacting me. Fortunately, I was home at 10:30 pm to accept delivery. The other issue with this unexpected delivery is I didn't have the cash on hand to satisfy the balance due to the driver. However, a call to his supervisor and the payment was made via credit card. Would definitely recommend this coming and would use it again as they're properly insured as well.

Go with Ship A Car for your Transport Needs! Moving from Minnesota to North Carolina, I was in need of a car shipping service. I called a few different companies for quotes, but Ship A Car was the cheapest. I highly recommend their service. They shipped my 2019 Genesis in an enclosed trailer and I was updated every step of the way with pictures and notifications. I recommend working with Leo and/or Danny.

Awesome experience. We shipped my sons very large F-350 from Oregon to N. Carolina and it went very smoothly. Working with Lawrence was a great experience. However, Joseph really handle the situation with professionalism and made sure my car got shipped the next day, and even got me a better deal because my car is getting to Texas sooner than it was originally going to get there with the first driver. Ship A Car was used to facilitate a boat shipment from NJ to Florida. The quote was $1200 and I accepted to get transport within a 2-day window pickup. My ShipaCar rep Paul Sinclair contacted me and stated he had found a driver, but the driver was requesting an additional $50 for pick-up..I agreed to get the boat picked up and remain on schedule. The boat was to be picked up on a Monday or Tuesday and was instead scheduled for a Wednesday pick-up around 1 pm by the driver. Marina owner waited and no one showed or called. Thursday afternoon came and the driver was still a no show and I was contacted by the Marina owner. I contacted my Ship A Car rep and was told he would check with the driver and contact me. No call ever was made back to me by Ship A Car and I ended up contacting the driver myself. He stated he was running late and would be able to pick the boat up first thing Friday morning...I informed the driver I had paid the extra $50 that rep requested from me for the driver to facilitate transport as requested. The driver stated he did not request any $50 increase for shipment as it was posted as $1000 and he had accepted the offer as posted. I contacted Ship A Car, Inc. as the marina owner contacted me stating no one was there Friday morning and had to leave. I received no call back from Ship A Car rep Paul Sinclair as the lady answering the phone told me he would call as soon as he was off the phone with another customer..The driver contacted me around 10:30 am saying he was there and waiting to get the boat. Marina owner arrived and the boat was loaded onto a multi-car vehicle with boat trailer wheels off transport vehicle ramps and being supported by boards under axles and transported. I never received a returned call from Ship A Car rep as I had questions not only of why I was not informed of any shipment delay but also of the driver stating he never asked for the additional $50 amount Paul Sinclair had stated was requested by the driver. Needless to say, Never again will I use this company as they pick a carrier and leave you to deal with any transport issues and possibly lie to get more money from you by blaming transport drivers for up charges. Since I had to constantly intervene and contact the driver myself for answers, I was better off using a self-service company so I could have picked my own carrier and skipped the middle man ShipaCar. Once Ship A Car, Inc. received their $250 deposit I basically was on my own anyway.

As it was our first time shipping a car, we had lots of questions. I worked with Dana Briones who was very helpful. The car as promised arrived with no issues.

I recently purchased a Cutlass Supreme and initially used another carrier. I called my initial carrier to get a status and was told it would take 4 weeks to have my car picked up. I cancelled my order and I contacted Ship a Car. I spoke to Willie and made arrangements to have my car transported via an enclosed carrier. Within an hour, Willie called me back and my car was picked up that night and arrived in NY in 2 days. The car arrived with no issues. Willie was responsive and communicated all the steps the entire way. I would highly recommend them.

I needed to transport my car from Kentucky to Nevada. I requested a quote and received one via email. I then received a phone call from Bob M. Bob worked with me explaining the process for shipping a car and once I had sent in my paperwork he went to work finding a driver to transport my car. At the last minute, I needed to help my grandparents ship their car. Without any prior knowledge of this line of business, I had to make a decision with a company I could trust. A friend's recommendation lead me to Ship A Car. I called and spoke to a very nice guy, Justin. He helped me get everything setup for them and made sure all my questions were answered. I was able to rest assured that my grandparent's car was in good hands on it's trip back home.

After another company completely flacked out on my son's car pick up and wasted 3 days lying to me about that the car was going to be picked up the next day.......I called SHip-a-Car and told them I was in a real bind and needed the car picked up ASAP in order for it to get to Florida for the start of my son's job. They got back to me right away and the next evening a carrier was in my town to get the car. It arrived in Florida on time even thought the driver had to deal with a major subtropical storm. Don't fall for the cheaper price that other carriers offer, because at the last minute they will cancel because they cannot find drivers to do it for that price.

Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve Goodman handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple of days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care of my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve Goodman and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again. in a heartbeat.

Never had a better company to transport as I phoned and 2 days later had my car in Branson. May I say that it's like a cut throat racket, as I had many weird, strange, quotes and calls. I was about to give up when my moving company told me of Bob Moran and that is was a 5 star company, and wow they weren't kidding as my car is in Branson waiting for us.

Hello, I worked with Steve Goodman getting my car shipped from Pennsylvania to South Dakota. I was very leery on selecting a company and had been in touch with other shippers. My finale price was about $200 higher than original quote, but South Dakota isn't a very popular route. I had Car available on November 2 , 2020 and truck picked it the same day ! Although first truck had mechanical issues, Steve has another within 30 minutes scheduled. Car was delivered with no issues , on time. I would suggest to others to be available at anytime day of the transport because the driver can show really at anytime. Its funny the other shipping company called me and said the finally found a driver to transport my car , but it was already delivered . Steve really made it happen quick !

Miguel got the job done. I had to pass on the 1st shipper he found because no one would be at the other end. Found me a 2nd carrier who got the car from Maryland to NM in 3 1/2 days. This is 2nd time I have used ship-a-car. They tell you upfront how long it might take. Not the case with some other shipping agents.

I did a relocation and needed transport from Indianapolis to Idaho. Setting up transport with Ship A Car took a few phone calls and it went smoothly. The driver was fantastic and the transport took seven days. Things went very well.

The first issue I had with this shipment was when the Ship A Car sales rep called after we had agreed and on a price, I signed an order confirmation, paid the deposit by credit card and got a dispatch notice. About an hour later, the sales rep called me back to inform me that the driver wanted $200 more for the transport. At this point, I suppose I should have told him to find another driver, but I was anxious to get the car delivered in a timely manner. The second issue came on the Saturday my vehicle was to be delivered in the morning. I texted the driver who said he would be to my residence (in NY State) that evening and he included a picture of a Google map which included the Shiawasee River. I looked this up and found that it was in Michigan. I understand that you have to be a bit flexible, but later that late afternoon I got another text expressing that they would arrive at 3:00 am Sunday morning and would it be OK to take the delivery then. Again, I suppose I could have postponed delivery, but by this time I just wanted to be through with this process and said OK. They arrived at 4:15 am on Sunday and delivered the vehicle with no damage. It was not the worst experience, but it certainly would not merit a 5 star review.

Efficient and communicated from beginning to end. Bob Moran was superb in how he handled my urgent need to get me moved. From the dispatcher, Rose, to the kind driver, Ted, all treated my urgency with respect. My car was picked up 1 day sooner and delivered on time and was I happy. I had previously booked with another company and had to cancel after waiting for them 3 days with still no driver. Bob called as a follow up call and let him take over as soon as I cancelled with other company. He worked fast in arranging and taking care of our needs. Thank you

She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring and made herself available when I called to check on the location of my car after 4 days. I was also provided with the driver's full name and cell phone number. I most appreciate that Dana was honest about the estimated transport pick up and delivery time frame. The driver Alex was the absolute best. He called me and the car dealership the morning he picked up my new car. We spoke about 4 days later and he told me his expected delivery day. On that day, he texted me to let me know the time based on his GPS. He arrived earlier than expected. This was my first time purchasing a car from the internet, from another state and using an auto transportation company. I did have anxiety in the beginning. However, EVERYTHING went smooth and I have nothing but great things to say about Dana and Ship a Car Inc.

I had a good/positive experience with Ship-A-Car, and Howard Heller (my Ship-A-Car coordinator). I shipped my car from Charleston SC to Phila PA. The car arrived without issue, and actually earlier than expected. Just be aware that you may not get confirmation of final pickup and delivery until 1-3 days before pickup. That caused me a little apprehension as we got closer to the pickup date, but all worked out well. I would use this service again if needed.

I must say I was amazed at the service I received from SHIP A CAR INC....especially their customer service rep J. Meigs.... a sure asset to this company. I was in a bind ..my car was not going anywhere and he made it happen for me. There was constant communication... and any time I had a question my calls and emails were returned. My car was picked up on time....delivered safely... and the person who brought the car out also did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend and use this company again.
