After reading many horrible reviews on other shippers, I was encouraged by SAC's reviews. Everything went as planned and on schedule from pick up to delivery and in the process (I had to make schedule changes), through many phone conversations, I have made a new friend with "my" SAC agent!!! Les is his name and getting the job done is his game! Perfection in service!

Ship a car did a wonderful job shipping my cousins car. Sam was so nice and helpful with dealing with my father. My father was trying to take care of this transaction and make all the arrangements. I was the middle person to just clarify some things. Sam took the time to explain to me of everything that was happening and told me what was required from me/my dad. We have used Bob M. at this location several times to ship our vehicles. He is very personable has always treated us as if we are his top priority. Our vehicles have always been shipped and delivered as promised. He even was able to arrange same day pick up a few days before hurricane Dorian was scheduled to hit Florida which exceeded our expectations. Great service!

I needed my son's car shipped from Bluffton, SC to his home in Bear, DE. We recently had to get our car back to NH from PA when our son was in an accident had had to be transferred by ambulance. My experience with DANA was amazing. She was very profesional from the first phone call. I will give her 10/10 in keeping up with communication when I was concerned with the Truck driver and his lack of communication. Car was picked up on time and delivery was on time. (PA to CA move was done in 4 days). I did have some issue with the truck driver regarding pickup and delivery timings but Dana kept good communication with me. I have a new 2019 model of luxury car and it was delivered in very good condition. Please ask for Dana when you call.

Dana was great to deal with. I had a deadline to meet and she was very easy to communicate with via phone and email. She chased down the trucking company personally when they missed their pickup time and resolved the issue. I will use again.

Everything worked out perfectly with Ship A Car. We were helped by Christie, and she was perfect. My daughter was calling her every couple of days to see what the status was. Initially, we got started on a rocky road, but that was our fault because we had a vendor that we thought was going to help, and he was scamming. So, we were very glad when we got in touch with Christie. She talked us through what would happen and when it would happen. In the very end, she fulfilled those dates that she said. The gentleman who was driving was cordial and helpful. He had to park someplace else because our street is small. The car got here safely. I was really satisfied.

I had a little longer wait due to truck issues and the road. However, Bob Moran was beyond useful and helped me in more than one way. His customer service let alone human compassion for the things i was or might have been going through was very much appreciated during this huge transition in my life. We're an auto transport company and they provide all of the trucks for transport. We've been working with them for about six months now. They respond very quickly and give you fair rates. When they promise you a pick up date, they're always on time.

I was working with Move Wheels a month prior to moving from Saint Augustine, FL all the way to Park City, UT & I needed to have 2 cars shipped in an enclosed carrier. I was assured I’d have the driver information & pick up time closer to the ship date; we needed our cars picked up 5/29 (Memorial Day). Come the Friday before the cars were to be picked up, I had been in communication with a rep via text, asking her to provide me with the driver info & pick up time as they were to come that Monday; this was at noon & was told I would be provided the info shortly. Well, 3pm rolls around & I call my rep, who was now not responding to my texts or calls. I ended up calling the main line & told them AGAIN, what I needed. Well, I was never given any information, so I thought, well, we’ll just wait & see if someone shows up…of course no one did. Needless to say, my call to them at 9:01am on Tuesday morning was not a pleasant one. I then began searching for the top transportation company and came across Ship A Car Inc. I picked up the phone & was connected to Chad. He was extremely helpful, informative & honest. He rolled up his sleeves & got right to work on helping me get a carrier that day or the following. Even with the prior company being a complete PITA & not removing me from the board, Chad made magic happen. By the time he left for the day, we didn’t have a carrier yet, which was ok. I honestly didn’t expect to have a carrier until the next day. That was until I got a call from a dispatcher who emailed me the paper work & in minutes, I had a carrier that was to be there the following morning. BUT, I got a call from the carrier again shortly after & he wanted to pick my car up that night, as they were in Orlando. All my worries had diminished & I have Chad to thank for all his hard work & dedication. He was a pleasure to work with & I will certainly refer anyone to him in need of car transportation assistance, in the future.

I worked with Justen to ship my car from Michigan to California, he is very kind and patient and the communication is great throughout the process. My situation is a little bit special, in early May, I made a deal with Justen that the release date will be July 10th, however, on June 19th, my schedule has changed and I need my car to be transported as soon as possible. After I told my concerns to Justen on June 19th morning, he replied a few hours later saying that he has arranged a driver and my car is ready to be picked up this afternoon!!! Great thanks to Justen and my car arrived at California on June 23th! I gave him difficult circumstances, but his professionalism made it a easy move. Although Ship a Car Inc is more expensive than others, but if you think of their service, it is totally worth the price! And in Ship a Car Inc, if you are looking for a smooth and worry-free transportation process, Justen is your man!!!

I had a truck I needed to ship from California to Texas. I check around to see who had he better rate and Service. I found Ship a Car Inc was the one for me. They were a little high in price, but you can’t beat the service. The Agent I was working with was Bob. He held my hand throughout the whole process. Even after my truck was delivered, he call me up to see if everything went OK and If I had any questions. Would I use Ship a Car Inc again? Yes, for sure. Ask for Bob.

The car arrived on Monday, as promised. A very nice company you went with and very professional in the way they handle their business and customers. The company is a rip off. Quotes you a lower price with intent to use excuses to squeeze you for more money. Only thing that was concrete is a lie from them. Offered lie after lie and makes promises that later they use their contract to justify that anything they say is propaganda to get your money. Offered no refund and cost me almost $1000 when the original price was $600 because they couldn't deliver on getting the car in the window we discussed before paying. After several days of runaround for me I had to spend more money to actual get my car transported. They talk the talk just like a used car salesman.

I've been working with Ship A Car for years. Danny over there takes care of me well. He gets me a broker right away. The few times I've had issues with the carrier, he helped me take care of it. I've done several vehicles and everything went well. When I book, I call him up on his number. I text him the location, where it's being shipped to, where it's coming from, and the VIN number. He does a search, sends me a quote, tells me about what it should be, even before I even bid on the vehicle. He does a good job coming in with that radius and getting me someone right away.

Shipped two vehicles from Nevada to Kansas Kristina V and Ship A Car booking people made our transport experience... A positive experience. Can not say enough about the calm, confident manner they had with handling details and getting our vehicles moved to their new home.. It is so stressful finding people that you can trust to do what they say they can do... This was just a wonderful blessing to us... Everything went smooth and delivery was GREAT! These two vehicles had to come 1577 miles. Cost was fair for shipping both vehicles... Just can not express, the sincere, happiness we felt to see these vehicles reach their final home...
