Being a university student in a town up in Northern California that is isolated from big cities, I was stressing so much about how I was going to get my non-running vehicle back to Southern California. Bob Moran went above and beyond with helping me. I have never experienced such high quality care for customers. He took the time out of his busy day to try to get a carrier that would fit my school's parking lot and get continuous contact with me. I appreciate his help and he even called me for a follow up just to make sure my vehicle had arrived in good shape. From start to finish an all around excellent experience. Easy to schedule with, prompt and professional. The driver showed up to the minute of our scheduled pickup and delivered our car as planned. Both Ship a Car Direct and the driver were great communicators and provided exactly what they promised with no surprises. I would definitely use them again.

I had planned to have my Harley picked up about a week in advance. I put down a $200 deposit a guy told me you are good for Saturday. Well Saturday came no one shows up. I call the guy I spoke to about the whole deal... no answer. Call the guy Bob who is the driver no answer.... call the main office lady picks up gives me another number to call..... no answer call her back... no answer. I used Ship A Car Inc to transport my car from California to Wisconsin. After reading a few reviews, yes, the transport truck could be a double decker truck with several cars. Therefore, the driver will ask you to meet him/her at a location near your home...This was my first time shipping a car . How do you find a reputable company? Well, I prayed and read reviews.. I spoke with Bob at Ship A Car, I felt comfortable with the rate and transportation terms. I had no issues. There were no hidden fees, the car was delivered on time and no damages. These guys were able to help transport our vehicle within a 8 day span. They are fast, and Joseph provides great communication throughout the whole process. Prompt response to initial contact. Primary contact, Chris, was friendly, courteous, experienced and honest. Initial contact from shipping company was prompt and friendly. Driver contacted me promptly and met all promised phone contacts and meeting points for pickup and drop off. Driver was clean, courteous, friendly and familiar with the drop off point. Driver noted on the contract each blemish as I took pictures of my car. Car was delivered in excellent condition. As was hoped, car was dropped off on the early end of the delivery time spectrum. My experience with Ship A Car Inc was excellent and I would recommend them without hesitation.

We have used Bob M. at this location several times to ship our vehicles. He is very personable has always treated us as if we are his top priority. Willie Dublin assisted me on a short notice request to have my two vehicles, a Honda Odyssey and a Hyundai Elantra shipped from Santee, CA to Round Rock, Tx. I initially had set-up a request with another company a month prior , told them my situation and the day I needed it due to my wife's and my job that would require transportation. They told me they can deliver on the requested date. The day prior of the initial pick-up, I received an email that changed the pick-up to 3 days later and a possible whole week before the car would make it. They told me that I never specified the need and that they told me that they said the pick-up could be 3 days prior. They had a whole month to find a transport company to fit that transport request. I cancelled with them, called Willie D. at ship a car inc and he had me set-up with a pick-up day the same day. He was fast, efficient and had great communication the whole way. I would recommend Ship a car inc and Willie D. if you can request him for anyone moving out of state. I also would like to thank Carlos at Carlos Transport who Willie D. found as he was very professional, on time and delivered on the day needed. Very grateful to both of them. Relieved a lot of stress on our out of state move.

"Trying to ship a Burning Man art car halfway across the country can be difficult. It’s even harder when you only have 5 days’ notice. I found GolfCartShipping.com (run by Ship-A-Car) purely by chance after exhausting half a dozen other providers, but when Bob Moran picked up the phone I knew was talking to a professional. He recognized the tight schedule and budget we were working with, and he I could tell he enjoyed the uniqueness of our project. He told me he would see what he could find, and he set right to work. By the next morning, Bob had a driver and a quote that fit our budget and would get the car there just in time. But of course, it couldn’t be that simple. Nothing with Burning Man ever is. We had bought a trailer on the chance that we would have to deliver the car ourselves, and now we wanted to know if the trailer could be brought too? And, would it be possible to take the car all the way to Black Rock City, instead of just to Reno? Bob took these questions and curve $@!#% with great patience and skill. He juggled our phone calls with those of his vendor and figured out a plan that would work for everyone. We were so happy. Life was good. But, like a rockslide, my partner sent me a message that changed our plans entirely. The work that Bob and I put in was flushed away. The last phone call we shared I felt like I was kicking a puppy. Excellent customer service from Dana Briones from inquiry until the successful drop off of my new car from Pennsylvania to Los Angeles, CA. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring and made herself available when I called to check on the location of my car after 4 days. I was also provided with the driver's full name and cell phone number. I most appreciate that Dana was honest about the estimated transport pick up and delivery time frame. The driver Alex was the absolute best. He called me and the car dealership the morning he picked up my new car. We spoke about 4 days later and he told me his expected delivery day. On that day, he texted me to let me know the time based on his GPS. He arrived earlier than expected. This was my first time purchasing a car from the internet, from another state and using an auto transportation company. I did have anxiety in the beginning. However, EVERYTHING went smooth and I have nothing but great things to say about Dana and Ship a Car Inc.

The transport company I chose didn't show up and it was pretty bad. I switched to Ship A Car and I liked their communication. People let me know what's going on and I'm good. When I called to ask about anything, a person was there and responded. He called me to let me know that he had someone to pick up the car. From then on, it was good until delivery. After delivery, I got a follow-up call so it went well.   The transport was from South Carolina to Utah, which was about 2,200 miles. When the car was picked up, it took a couple of days. There were two drivers and they just continually drove. I couldn't believe it. The final rate was what was decided upon. The only thing was the payment was a cash requirement. I had just moved here to Utah and I just opened an account. The money was held because it came from another state so I didn't have cash. That posed a problem on delivery because checks or credit cards weren't accepted. If a credit card were accepted, that would have helped tremendously. Other than that, I would recommend Ship A Car.
