It was our first time working with Ship A Car INC a couple months back and everything went very smoothly. From the time that we first contacted them to the final delivery, they provided us with great customer service and communicated with us very well throughout the whole the process. This was my first time using Ship A Car, and overall it was a really good experience. I shipped my Lexus from Manhattan to Michigan. Initially, I was really nervous about sending my vehicle. I went with Ship A Car after reading through some of their positive reviews. The only reason I rated them as a 4 instead of a 5 was because of a $200 price jump. I was informed this might happen due to the delivery destination, but still, extra costs are extra costs. Other than that, I had an excellent experience. They did a really good job with handling my Lexus. The shipment took about 2 days. There was no damage and the vehicle wasn't dirty when I received it. I would recommend them.

I have used your service twice now. Bob M. in Florida has taken care of me both times. I defiantly was an extremely difficult customer this past time . I was having a hard time arranging and planning my move back home. I think I had to change the date 3 times. Bob was the most understanding person and even became my friend during the process �� If anyone could ease ur mind and reassure you that everything would be ok it was Bob. I would like to thank Joseph and the owner of the company for all their hard work. I would specifically like to thank Joseph for putting up with me and the mess that was created by a driver who was supposed to pick up my car but they decided to cancel literally with less than 24-hour notice when it was time to ship my car. I got really stressed because I needed it to get done since I am moving. However, Joseph really handle the situation with professionalism and made sure my car got shipped the next day, and even got me a better deal because my car is getting to Texas sooner than it was originally going to get there with the first driver. The driver who picked up my car the next day was extremely professional and communicated with me the entire time. I can not speak more highly of the assistance Joseph G. provided me throughout this process to date. When I first worked with Joseph on this shipment, he told me that if I needed anything during the shipment stage, to let him know. And he was true to his words! When I had to change the person who was going to drop my car off at the shipping port, he immediately contacted Matson to make that change. On the day of the drop off, an issue came up regarding the acceptance of my vehicle at the port, so I called Joseph to see if he could assist. He immediately attempted to get in touch with me to see how he could assist. When I didn't pick up his call, he right away contacted the person I had told him was going to drop the car off at Matson to find out the problem. I then called Joe back, and discussed the problem with him. After a discussion, he gave me pointers to resolve the issue, and requested that I contact him about any subsequent next steps that he could assist with to ensure the car was accepted on that day, which was actually the final day to have my auto on the next ship. I am greatly impressed with the care and concern that Joseph displayed with my situation. He had a definite "can do" attitude, and was ready to jump in head first in order to help me in any way he could to make sure the shipment was a success. To add importance is that I am attempting to have my car shipped from Honolulu to California while I am trying to manage this as I currently am located in Dallas. Having Joseph as my wing man and a concerned and very responsive primary contact point is invaluable, since this is such a long distance transaction for me. If Joseph is a true representative of Ship A Car and the character of their associates, Ship A Car and Joseph deserve 5 Stars and beyond. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.

Easy and efficient. Finding a driver was a little difficult given my location but Stephen did it! The driver, Pavel, texted me with the estimated time of pick-up which was exact. I worked with Justen to ship my car from Michigan to California, he is very kind and patient and the communication is great throughout the process. My situation is a little bit special, in early May, I made a deal with Justen that the release date will be July 10th, however, on June 19th, my schedule has changed and I need my car to be transported as soon as possible. After I told my concerns to Justen on June 19th morning, he replied a few hours later saying that he has arranged a driver and my car is ready to be picked up this afternoon!!! Great thanks to Justen and my car arrived at California on June 23th! I gave him difficult circumstances, but his professionalism made it a easy move. Although Ship a Car Inc is more expensive than others, but if you think of their service, it is totally worth the price! Service was great! No problems or delays. The car hauler was very responsive whenever I called and the customer service was great. We took the car to the pick up location and picked it up when it arrived in California. The car was a little dirty from the travel in an open truck but it was delivered in great condition. I would use them again if I had a car to haul.

This is the second time I worked with Len R. to ship a car from Pennsylvania to Montana and back. Fernanda was my representative, she was very professional, courteous and her communication was GREAT! She was very helpful with the whole process, she made it a great experience, NO STRESS. And very quick service. My transporter Radu was very courteous and professional, he was able to deliver my car a day early! He notified me a time he would be at my home and then notified me again that he would be 20 minutes later and he was sorry. Willie Dublin assisted me on a short notice request to have my two vehicles, a Honda Odyssey and a Hyundai Elantra shipped from Santee, CA to Round Rock, Tx. I initially had set-up a request with another company a month prior , told them my situation and the day I needed it due to my wife's and my job that would require transportation. They told me they can deliver on the requested date. The day prior of the initial pick-up, I received an email that changed the pick-up to 3 days later and a possible whole week before the car would make it. They told me that I never specified the need and that they told me that they said the pick-up could be 3 days prior. They had a whole month to find a transport company to fit that transport request. I cancelled with them, called Willie D. at ship a car inc and he had me set-up with a pick-up day the same day. He was fast, efficient and had great communication the whole way. I would recommend Ship a car inc and Willie D. if you can request him for anyone moving out of state. I also would like to thank Carlos at Carlos Transport who Willie D. found as he was very professional, on time and delivered on the day needed. Very grateful to both of them. Relieved a lot of stress on our out of state move.

My car was shipped so incredibly fast from California to Nashville. It actually arrived even one day before I was scheduled to arrive in Nashville but the driver was able to accommodate me and stay an extra night until I arrived. Gabriel was amazing. A total angel to deal with. But the driver you hired Ray sucked. My truck was 3 days late was never offered a discount. I will refer the company but will tell people if a guy names Ray is doing the driving he had one excuse after another for my truck being 3 days late. But Gabriel and this company did great. Transport came when agreed upon. There was some trouble before in that where the car originally was, the streets were too narrow for a large car carrier. No big deal, worked out a day before hand and not at the last minute and we got the car to a place where it could be easily picked up. Actually worked out better for us and the carrier.
