Very professional and organized on the phone, detailed emails to document everything appropriately as well. Followed up as he said he would. Actual transport people also very professional, ended up delivering the car a day early which was a plus. Smooth and painless process.

Scheduled pick up with this company, got a pick up date, when my dodge viper arrived it had been driven with out my permission and gps was stolen. The customers service is good and good communication but lil was done to resolve this issue.

Chris the driver and his copilot Jen did a great job and provided schedule updates on both pick up and destination arrival. The car transport went well and without a hitch. Ship A Car has been great. We've used them multiple times. We've shipped my cars back east multiple times for various trade shows, and then we've had them returned. They've been able to meet and exceed every shipment that we've had. So, I'm very pleased with them. Their communication was very precise and reactive. So, they had a quick response time.

I would use Ship a Car again in a heartbeat everyone was very professional and courteous.. They kept me up to date on every part of the shipment.. The truck and the people who delivered the car were great.

I called up Ship A Car and they were very courteous on the phone. They were understanding that at my age, I'm not quick on the computer and on a whole bunch of things. But I knew what I wanted. They said they would find somebody. They said, "Give us a day." They came back and gave me a basic price. Then they came back and said, "We found somebody who will do it for $50 less. It's enclosed. Everything is perfect. We've had a lot of good feedback with them." So I gave them my credit card and they took their money. I also paid for the extra insurance because it was a specialty car.   Ship A Car reduced the amount that they would get in their pocket by $50 when carrier number one could not pick up the car timely and they had to go to carrier number two, which was the fellow I ended up with. It was perfect. The guys were personable and it was a nice experience. The only thing was that I didn't know when the driver was going to show up. They said, "We'll pick it up Friday or Tuesday or Wednesday or whatever." They couldn't give me a time. So the gentleman called me and said that they were stuck at the car dealership so instead of getting here at 10 in the morning, they were going to arrive at 2:00 or 3:00. He kept me posted along the way telling me when he was going to arrive. So it was a pleasant experience. When the driver pulled up, he had a Porsche in there, which he pulled out and then put my car in the middle because of the way it was going to be dropped off at the other location. They strapped it all down. He took pictures before it left. Then it was in Nebraska from Long Island in a couple of days. They said it could take anywhere from four to six days, but it only took two and a half days. I was very pleased. My son looked at the car when it arrived and it arrived just the way it left.

This company got our car through 2 snowstorms and delivered it without a problem. We highly recommend them...talk to Danny! It is great to be able to give a 👍 positive customer service review !!!

Awesome experience. We shipped my sons very large F-350 from Oregon to N. Carolina and it went very smoothly. Working with Lawrence was a great experience. He listened to all the details of our shipment and got us a tremendous carrier to handle our large and very special load. I very early write reviews but this company deserving of my time to sit down and write one. I contacted Bob Moran after being left high and dry by another company. We were leaving in 3 days to relocate my son. He was going to be heading to New York shortly after relocating him so we were in a time crunch to have the car arrive before he was to leave. Bob worked tirelessly to find us a driver. It came down to an hour before my husband was going to make the 16 hour drive while we left for the airport and we received a call. IT WAS BOB and he had a driver. I have never had someone work so hard to make it work. He owed us nothing as I came to him late in the game but he didn't let me down. I feel like company works differently then most out there. This is a hard industry to trust. I give them 5 STARS!

We have a street legal custom golf cart to the tune of a $10,000 investment with all of the fancy bells and whistles. My son and his family relocated to Boca Raton and they wanted to use it over there. A friend recommended that we contact Ship A Car and said that they would get it safely delivered from Sarasota to the east coast. Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve Goodman handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple of days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care of my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve Goodman and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again. in a heartbeat.

I can not speak more highly of the assistance Joseph G. provided me throughout this process to date. When I first worked with Joseph on this shipment, he told me that if I needed anything during the shipment stage, to let him know. And he was true to his words! When I had to change the person who was going to drop my car off at the shipping port, he immediately contacted Matson to make that change. On the day of the drop off, an issue came up regarding the acceptance of my vehicle at the port, so I called Joseph to see if he could assist. He immediately attempted to get in touch with me to see how he could assist. When I didn't pick up his call, he right away contacted the person I had told him was going to drop the car off at Matson to find out the problem. I then called Joe back, and discussed the problem with him. After a discussion, he gave me pointers to resolve the issue, and requested that I contact him about any subsequent next steps that he could assist with to ensure the car was accepted on that day, which was actually the final day to have my auto on the next ship. I am greatly impressed with the care and concern that Joseph displayed with my situation. He had a definite "can do" attitude, and was ready to jump in head first in order to help me in any way he could to make sure the shipment was a success. To add importance is that I am attempting to have my car shipped from Honolulu to California while I am trying to manage this as I currently am located in Dallas. Having Joseph as my wing man and a concerned and very responsive primary contact point is invaluable, since this is such a long distance transaction for me. If Joseph is a true representative of Ship A Car and the character of their associates, Ship A Car and Joseph deserve 5 Stars and beyond. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.

I needed my sons car shipped from Bluffton, SC to his home in Bear, DE. My sister Louise gave me Kristina Virture phone #, sins she is working with her to have her car shipped from Queens, NY to Las Vegas. Bob worked with me explaining the process for shipping a car and once I had sent in my paperwork he went to work finding a driver to transport my car. When the first driver's dispatcher called to let me know my driver's truck broke down, I immediately called Bob and explained the situation. He got to work finding a new driver for my car. In my opinion, ShipaCar can NOT be outdone. I was not shipping a car but rather three sheds, a pallet of parts and a tractor. Danny was my agent and he is outstanding. First he was meticulous with understanding my needs and arranged a pickup and delivery schedule that was exactly what I requested. His pick up driver was so helpful and made sure my atypical items were secured properly. Robert, my delivery transporter was so courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Getting my load off the trailer was not an easy drive-off but he gave prudent advice to my unloader and we accomplished the feat in short order. Hats off to Danny and his TEAM!!

My agent was Doug and he was professional, courteous, and as truthful as he could be. He kept me informed every step of the way and was very cooperative. As our circumstances change, I made him aware and he changed things up as we were going. I was shipping my deceased husband's car to our daughter. Things had to line up before I could ship that car and I explained that to Doug at the outset. He worked with me.   I live in a rural area with narrow streets. He said, “I'm gonna put the car up for some driver with the explanation of the circumstances. We will make that driver aware. And we'll go from there.” Somebody accepted the car within 24 hours and I was totally shocked. Doug explained everything to the driver and the driver said he could handle it. When I made contact with the driver and I re-explained to him, he said, “I committed to picking this car up so that you would not have to walk, you would not have to meet me anywhere. You wouldn't have to leave your home. This car is literally going door to door.” The morning that he was coming to pick up the car, the driver called me and notified me that he was in the area. I knew exactly where he was. I again said to him, “Maybe you should just stop on the larger street or the wider street, and give me a call. And then reassess whether or not you can get down into my narrow road to pick up the car.” I heard that driver before I saw him. He got down out of his big truck and said he couldn't turn around. But I was told not to worry as this was the commitment he made. We looked over the car and he took pictures of my vehicle. He loaded the 2006 Sonata on the back of his truck and it was ready to go. He gave me an approximate delivery date to my daughter. But his plan changed. The driver did not call to tell me but that was perfectly all right. My daughter was looking forward to the weekend and when she reached him, he told her he would have the car there on Monday morning, which he did. I just wished that I had known it wasn't going to get there then I wouldn't have been so anxious that Saturday. But he didn't know. Other than that, the driver delivered and the car was in excellent condition when my daughter got it. The gentleman backed his big, old, long truck out of this narrow street. I was impressed because nobody else did. I am grateful to Ship A Car.

I never had to have a vehicle shipped, but recently experienced a family health emergency and needed to get a vehicle back to NJ. Instead of taking advantage by charging me a lot of money, Danny was extremely sympathetic to my situation and gave me an excellent price for truck to be shippend from Florida to NJ. The vehicle was delivered as promised and there wasn't a scratch on it. If ever I need this type of service again, I no longer have to look any further to find a company because I will return back here.

Ship A Car, Inc. was fantastic. Steve was a great guy. Stayed on top of it, called me, and on the ball. Ship A Car delivered the car on a Sunday, which is unheard of. It was a dead-end run, because it was in Brigantine, New Jersey. And Steve told me that technically, these guys look for a return trip because they don't want to just do a dead-end run, and this guy just happens to know the area. He was from around the area earlier in his life. And he said, “I just look at it as a place I can go to visit the beach," when he dropped mine off. But the guy was super nice. The club car came out perfect. It was exactly what I ordered. It was exactly what I saw on pictures of. The guy showed me how to use it, which was nice. Everything was awesome. They made my life so much better.
