The customer service at Ship A Car Inc was very good. They did what they could do for me in the time frame they could. I had just come out of a bad experience with a previous company, so I really appreciated that. They shipped my vehicle cross-country from Las Vegas to Michigan within the time frame they had said, with no damage. The price was just what they said it would be over the phone- no extras or anything. It was decently priced. The person on the phone was very professional and a good spokesperson for the company. She told me what they could allow to happen as far as delivering it on time. This was the first time I used them and I would go back again.

I just had three cars shipped from the Dallas area to the Nashville area. My experience was amazing from the moment I called and spoke with Kristina to my cars being delivered. I can’t stress enough what an amazing experience I had.

Bob was AMAZING! I was in such a bind and had just found out some bad news about my dad's health. Bob was very understanding and turned my situation into a positive one. He was very quick at responding back to me and very knowledgeable. It put my mind at ease and all I had to do was sit back and wait for my car to come. It took little time to travel from WA to VA and the driver was very nice as well. Bob called to check up on how the delivery went and that in itself was really nice! Showed me he truly cares about his customers! I will definitely be using this service again and have already recommended Bob to a few friends. We used Ship A Car Inc. to transport a customer vehicle from Kansas to our shop in Denver, and back to Kansas. We couldn't be happier with the service the company, and specifically transport coordinator Gary Wiatric, provided. Price was very competitive, transports were arranged and completed within a handful of days both times, and the vehicle did not experience any damage or other issues on either leg of the journey. Highly recommended, we will be using only this company for future vehicle transports.

After weeks of trying to find a shipper that I could trust, I found Ship A Car and Quinten. He walked me through the process and has traced my car with me through the entire process. Thanks to them, my g-son in the military will receive his car in perfect condition. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Unlike some of the other reviewers I had an excellent experience with this company.  I was getting quotes from several companies. I spoke with Justin and he offered me a quote that was a little higher then another place but he said he could ship my car to CA fast. He called me shortly after and had everything set up.  I was nervous bc this was my first time having to ship a car and I was moving it across the country. I had to call him back a couple times as questions came up and he always answered. Even on Saturday.  The pick up day came and my car was picked up no issues.  It was delivered in the exact timeframe that justin quoted. My uncle had to meet the driver at a shopping plaza but that was ok bc I was warned that the truck may be too big to get down my street. Justin called afterwards to make sure everything went as planned.  No damage to the car. Will use again when I have to ship the car back east next year.

Car transport Len walked me through the process and answered the million questions I had like a consumate professional. I felt very comfortable making a decision to let them haul my cars. The customer service lady I had, Nicole Wilson, was very helpful and made sure everything was set up right. She called and made sure it was all ready to go so that the car carrier driver could pick my car up and everything. She also called me back to make sure it was delivered like it was supposed to in proper time. That was pretty cool. It was a great experience. The customer service I had was excellent. She made sure everything went like it was supposed to kept me informed of what was going on throughout the process until I got my car. I didn't have to worry about it a whole lot.

Ship A Car did a really nice job. They were very professional and very friendly. The rep who helped me set everything up was very good. Also, the driver took very good care of the truck. It was just as clean when it got at the drop-off as when it left me in Arizona.

I have never shipped a car before, so did the normal thing and jumped on the internet and started doing research. Ship a Car was highly rated, so I contacted them. I spoke to Marrine. She was friendly, informative and explained the entire process. She explained the difference between open and enclosed transport. She worked up two quotes for me based on both and e-mailed me each quote so I could read and make an informed decision. I was shipping the car (Mercedes C300) from Utah to Virginia. After speaking with my brother whom I was getting the vehicle from he said ENCLOSED !!!. He shipped the vehicle out to UT and his moving company did all the arrangements. They DID NOT use Ship a Car. It was shipped on an open car trailer and when the Mercedes and their Mini Van showed up, they had 850$ in damage and 240 miles on the Mini-Van. Again they DID NOT use Ship a Car. So I went with the enclosed transport option. It was actually only about 300$ more dollars than I figured out it would cost me to fly out, take time off work and then drive back. Also, I would be putting 2K miles on the vehicle. No brainer....Ship it. The car was picked up and delivered on time. Pay close attention to the process that is explained to you. Ship a Car is a booking service and only works with highly rated drivers/companies. They basically write the contract and put it out there for drivers who they approve. Once your contract is picked up by a driver, you are good to go. I had no issues with booking, the car was picked up on the day they said and was dropped of early. The driver was great and the car, although yes it needed a washing (it just came from UT, it was not gross, but yes had some grim on it. This was expected, enclosed trailers are not air tight) was in great shape, no damage, and no extra miles on it. I highly recommend this booking company and request Marrine, she was great.

Poor service. You'll pay for door to door service, but won't receive it. Your calls will be screened during your delivery time. Communications with the company and driver will be painful. Overall experience: hassle.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! A+ service. A+ pricing. A+ speed. After realizing that my deployment to Texas who is going to last longer than four weeks, I was tired of using Lyft and I knew I couldn’t be without my motorcycle. I requested a quote from their webpage along with five or six other companies. Paul Murphy responded quickly to that email with the second to lowest cost to get my bike 1,230 miles from Ocala, Florida to Pharr, Texas and then followed up the next day with a voicemail. After comparing prices and reading the reviews, I knew this was the company for me. They did not disappoint! I spoke with Paul at the end of the business day on Thursday and within 15 minutes he was calling me to inform me that he had already placed my order with driver Eric Andrews of Andrews Transportation LLC to be delivered 3 days later on Monday. I spoke with Eric on Saturday to confirm where my bike would need to be left. He too was very professional and easy to work with. To my surprise, Eric delivered my bike a day early on Sunday morning. Thats right, my bike was delivered from call to drop in 2.5 days!!! Both Paul & Eric’s professionalism may me feel comfortable that my prize possession was in good hands. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting to move theirs. Thanks guys.

Ship a Car does not ship your car, they contract transporters to ship your cars. They do the leg work for you. Kristina busted her butt to ship a low riding Corvette for me. She even tried to talk me into finding a local guy to do it cheaper! The car didn't run had a flat, needed to be pushed and turned. Kristina found the right team for the job! Good work, good price!!!!! Give that girl a raise! Kristina is the bomb diggity!🤩

He got a driver Alexsia who was so methodical and safety conscious that I didn't have any worries about having him transport my car with the other 6 cars. I like the company as they had a two day window instead of 3 or more days for pickup. I needed that shorter window as I didn't want my car to arrive before I did. Kristina at Ship A Car, Inc. is the person to reach out to, if you want to ship a car. She provided me information about shipping a vehicle, which I had no knowledge of. She helped me get the best price possible, while finding a very good driver. She truly cared about my experience.

We went with Ship-A-Car because we were unable to do cash to ship a car. ($900 was their quote.) I was to the understanding that there would be a $250 deposit charged when the contract was picked up and the remaining $650 would be charged upon delivery. WRONG! Ship-a-Car went with a company that does NOT do credit cards. Now we are having to work with the transport company and Ship-a-Car was able to basically take $250 from us just to do the same damned thing we could have done on our own if we had the cash. I will never use them again and will never recommend them.

Surprised ourselves with a new Harley while on vacation and needed a way to get it home (from Michigan to Nebraska). Emily was very helpful, polite and kept us informed of shipping progress. Our driver Sam kept in touch with us giving us with updates of his location and ETA. The bike arrived in perfect condition, Sam was very cautious with all the vehicles in his trailer - he even wore gloves to move the vehicles! We would defiantly work with Emily and Sam if we ever find ourselves needing a vehicle transported again.

The rep who answered the phone was a car person. He explained to me that his dad had lots of cars and he had a Dairy Queen and they parked their cars out front. I’ve always been around race cars and he has a racecar. So, out of all the people I talked to, whoever that rep was, he was the most knowledgeable. He is probably Ship A Car’s best salesman. The car was to be transported to my house and they said it would be here Friday. I was out of town and I was driving back from Fort Worth in the evening on Wednesday, and I get a call. The man said that he would like to drop off my car that night. I said that I was not even at my house and asked how he got down so fast. It was Wednesday. He said not to worry about it and asked if he could drop it off between 7:00 and 8:00.   I got up in the morning and my wife informed me that the sprinkler people were coming. So at 7:15, at least four pickup trucks and about eight guys showed up, and they all parked around our house. And at 7:45, a neighbor, two houses down, was replacing their fence. So, another four trucks showed up with eight guys. And accordingly, I’m going, “Where is this guy?” And sure enough, here he comes with the transport, zigzagging in between all these parked trucks. He asked where he would park. I told him to back it in our cul-de-sac and he did. Then, the local security guard asked if I was moving. I told him I was getting a car delivered. So, he stops. There must be 20 people, all watching. Then the driver asked if I knew how to drive a stick shift. He couldn’t get the car out of the carrier because he couldn’t drive a stick. So I told him I would help him. He’s got two cars in the carrier, mine, which follow in the front, and another car that’s barely turned over. It’s shaking and rattling, and he backs that out. He puts it in neutral and it’s just sitting there idly. He comes back in and gives me the keys. I asked him if he realized how much space there was between the door and the carrier and I couldn't get in the car. He’s a skinny guy so he gets in the car. I told him to wind the window down, get out of the car and let me see if I can hold on the top of the carrier, and I’ll get in like a racecar driver. So, that’s what I did. And the moment I turned on that car, I was in heaven. The sound of that car gave me goosebumps, and I backed it up probably about a half a mile per hour, super slow. I drive around all the cars and I said that I got to inspect this because it was way dustier than what the photo showed. I looked at it and it was perfect. Finally, my wife started talking to the two other people that wanted to talk to me but I said that I gotta get this in the garage and check it out. The driver was gonna leave and once he leaves, if there were any problems, it’s sorry, Charlie. Then, we paid the driver and he was all smiles because it was 1s, 5s, 10s, 20s and 50s. We hadn't had a chance to go to the bank to just give him a 100. And he got in his trailer. It was a very nice experience.

I was truly blessed by this company. They shipped my car from Washington state to Texas in the snow. They said my car will arrive in 7 days. My car arrived in 4 1/2 days. Which was earlier than expected. I'm grateful and thankful. Great company.

Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve Goodman handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care with my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve Goodman and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again… in a heartbeat.

Just moved two classic cars from Chicago to KC in the dead of winter. I asked for a two car hauler and the found someone fast. Was scheduled to have the cars picked up on Monday but the drive contacted me to see if he could pick the cars up a day early to get ahead of a big snow storm and bitter cold. On the back end I needed him to drive the cars up a long driveway and park them in the garage. He was easy to work with and did a great job.

This is by far the best transport company I have dealt with. The transport coordinator was very informative and pleasant to deal with. Thank you guys.

We strongly recommend contacting a shipping company directly. For the $225 fee we had little or no communication from pick-up (we were able to find the name/number of the driver we were told was going to pick up our bike -- but he was unaware he was supposed to pick it up and wouldn't have on the scheduled day had we not contacted him) until delivery unless we initiated and tracked down individuals, most of who were drivers and unable to assist us as to located the bike and determining a deliver date. The estimated delivery date was off by a full week and attempts to find a more accurate delivery date was unsuccessful (though we did manage to contact a driver that left the bike in Oklahoma City -- though courtesous and wanting to be helpful, couldn't help us). We received less than 24 hours notice of delivery. Finally, even the payment instructions were in error so that when the bike was finally delivered, the form of payment (a cashier's check as we were instructed to prepare) was not correct. We ended up paying by credit card, not a problem, but seems like a simple detail that a brokerage company should be aware of. Instead, we wasted time one evening to go to our bank to secure an unnecessary cashier's check. My advice? Bypass this broker company and contact shipper directly. We gained no advantage or service worth the $225 on top of the $525 to ship the bike. We could have saved $225 OR spent the combined $750 on renting a truck, fuel and one night hotel to transport it ourselves with more predictability.

Not only is she courteous, professional, and a joy to deal with, but her time is used wisely and she arranged for my '47 Indian chief to be delivered ahead of schedule with a professional driver, keeping me in the loop as to where and when the arrival would happen. Ship A Car is a really great service. I had them ship my late model Lexus LS 460 from Louisville, Kentucky to Portland, Oregon. They made me feel really comfortable with delivering my vehicle across that long distance. Thad was the name of the driver that helped deliver my vehicle to Portland, Oregon. He's a very nice guy. A "Man's man," so to speak, and really easy to relate to. He stayed in contact with me, and gave me several options of places to meet besides the Portland delivery point. In retrospect, I should have chosen a different meeting location to avoid rush hour traffic, but it all went well. There was only one slight issue. I think he parked the trailer under a large tree, and the tree dripped a bunch of pitch over the car. Luckily, it didn't scratch the paint. I took it to get cleaned, and the guy said it should be fixable by leaving the vehicle under the sun for a week or so. Other than that, everything worked out fine. Ship a Car provided a good service and a pretty decent price.

They work with great drivers - no damage at all on the car. My car has been shipped to Houston, TX from NJ. It's been delivered within 5 days after being picked up! Very fast service in the holiday season for that long distance. No surprise charges, no damage, very fast service, and great communication --> no stress. Couldn't be happier!

This company is outstanding..VERY honest and straightforward ...at FIRST glance they seem high in price ... but they are not ...they know the market. We moved from NH to CA and everything went as planned. Chris from Shipacar was communicative, and the driver that I ended up was friendly and responsible. The car showed up in good shape as promised!  I'm not planning any big moves in the near future, but if I was I would call Shipacar.
