Hey there 'ole Chad........ My vehicle was a 2000 Prowler.... Not a Rice Producers piece of equipment. All went well and once the manual was read. Started right up. Unbeknownst to me... or the Semi-Driver. The Security system automatically engages when the ignition is turned off. Vehicle would not start until the Security System was disarmed..... cause for a good laugh. Should the occasion develop in the future to ship another vehicle ----- REST ASSURED I WILL USE, SHIP-A-Car, Inc.... Thanks for all your assistance and Professionalism.

Just received our car Dallas to ny with a damaged tire. Some advice. Get the name of the company that is actually transporting your car before you sign a contract and check credentials. We didn’t. The company had an F rating on BBB. Don’t count on door to door. Late on pick up. Late on delivery. Sat in Philadelphia for 2 days b cause the driver took the keys home Don’t count on communication on weekends. Auto ship passes the buck to the transport company as soon as you sign. You will only get info from the dispatcher and it was inaccurate for us On to the claim. Never again

I called Ship A Car to arrange the shipment of a BMW I purchased online from CT to Florida. Ship A Car was very professional, explained the entire process thoroughly and provided me with all of the info needed to stay in touch with my driver throughout the week as he transported my car to me. I would use them again to arrange transportation for me.

Ship a car did a wonderful job shipping my cousins car. Sam was so nice and helpful with dealing with my father. My father was trying to take care of this transaction and make all the arrangements. I was the middle person to just clarify some things. Sam took the time to explain to me of everything that was happening and told me what was required from me/my dad. It takes a lot of patience for someone to figure out the details of delivering a car. I will probably use this company if I ever need to ship a car. Justin quoted me a price of $1,050. He then called me back and told me he had a driver who could bring the car up a day early for an extra $50. Well, Justin cheated me out of the $50. The driver knew nothing about coming up a day early and he arrived on Tuesday. Justin told me he would arrive Sunday or Monday. Don't use Justin. He will stick it to you in a very unpleasant manner.

Easy and efficient. Finding a driver was a little difficult given my location but Stephen did it! The driver, Pavel, texted me with the estimated time of pick-up which was exact. This is the second time I worked with Len R. to ship a car from Pennsylvania to Montana and back. My son and his fiance work in a remote location in Montana and obtaining a driver to transport a car was no easy task for Len. He worked hard to secure a reliable driver/company to get the job done. The rep who answered the phone was a car person. He explained to me that his dad had lots of cars and he had a Dairy Queen and they parked their cars out front. I’ve always been around race cars and he has a racecar. So, out of all the people I talked to, whoever that rep was, he was the most knowledgeable. He is probably Ship A Car’s best salesman. The car was to be transported to my house and they said it would be here Friday. I was out of town and I was driving back from Fort Worth in the evening on Wednesday, and I get a call. The man said that he would like to drop off my car that night. I said that I was not even at my house and asked how he got down so fast. It was Wednesday. He said not to worry about it and asked if he could drop it off between 7:00 and 8:00.   I got up in the morning and my wife informed me that the sprinkler people were coming. So at 7:15, at least four pickup trucks and about eight guys showed up, and they all parked around our house. And at 7:45, a neighbor, two houses down, was replacing their fence. So, another four trucks showed up with eight guys. And accordingly, I’m going, “Where is this guy?” And sure enough, here he comes with the transport, zigzagging in between all these parked trucks. He asked where he would park. I told him to back it in our cul-de-sac and he did. Then, the local security guard asked if I was moving. I told him I was getting a car delivered. So, he stops. There must be 20 people, all watching. Then the driver asked if I knew how to drive a stick shift. He couldn’t get the car out of the carrier because he couldn’t drive a stick. So I told him I would help him. He’s got two cars in the carrier, mine, which follow in the front, and another car that’s barely turned over. It’s shaking and rattling, and he backs that out. He puts it in neutral and it’s just sitting there idly. He comes back in and gives me the keys. I asked him if he realized how much space there was between the door and the carrier and I couldn't get in the car. He’s a skinny guy so he gets in the car. I told him to wind the window down, get out of the car and let me see if I can hold on the top of the carrier, and I’ll get in like a racecar driver. So, that’s what I did. And the moment I turned on that car, I was in heaven. The sound of that car gave me goosebumps, and I backed it up probably about a half a mile per hour, super slow. I drive around all the cars and I said that I got to inspect this because it was way dustier than what the photo showed. I looked at it and it was perfect. Finally, my wife started talking to the two other people that wanted to talk to me but I said that I gotta get this in the garage and check it out. The driver was gonna leave and once he leaves, if there were any problems, it’s sorry, Charlie. Then, we paid the driver and he was all smiles because it was 1s, 5s, 10s, 20s and 50s. We hadn't had a chance to go to the bank to just give him a 100. And he got in his trailer. It was a very nice experience.

We have a street legal custom golf cart to the tune of a $10,000 investment with all of the fancy bells and whistles. My son and his family relocated to Boca Raton and they wanted to use it over there. We were extremely pleased with his engaging attitude and the high degree of professional customer service that he provided us with. This company is awesome, I have used them 3 times in the last 5yrs, all 3 with great success, I talked to Len, gave all the pertinent information and 3 days later the car got picked up on time by a very professional driver that took great care loading and securing the vehicle for an 1800mi ride, a day and a half later he delivered on time and in perfect condition, all as agreed 👍 all done by 1 driver , no transfers or anything like that, I would definitely used them again , Len is like the commercial said, "SET IT AND FORGET IT, Len took care of everything, just as it should be.

Excellent customer service from Dana Briones from inquiry until the successful drop off of my new car from Pennsylvania to Los Angeles, CA. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring and made herself available when I called to check on the location of my car after 4 days. I was also provided with the driver's full name and cell phone number. I most appreciate that Dana was honest about the estimated transport pick up and delivery time frame. The driver Alex was the absolute best. He called me and the car dealership the morning he picked up my new car. We spoke about 4 days later and he told me his expected delivery day. On that day, he texted me to let me know the time based on his GPS. He arrived earlier than expected. This was my first time purchasing a car from the internet, from another state and using an auto transportation company. I did have anxiety in the beginning. They say you have to have a certain weight limit in your car and everything but bob was able to find me a driver who helped me with that and let me put a little more weight in. I worked with Steve and he was awesome! A real life saver. I had previously utilized a different shipping brokerage (through my moving company) and they left me high and dry the day before my car was supposed to be transported. I had less than 24 hours to coordinate the car transport and called Steve. He had a carrier assigned to my car within 20 minutes of my request. They picked my car up the next morning and all was well. I’m still in awe at how Steve was able to help me in 20 minutes and the other brokerage had weeks notice and couldn’t make it happen. Definitely will call Steve again if I need a car transported and will refer anyone who needs a car shipped to Steve!

I called Ship a Car, inc for a quote to ship a motorcycle from Central California to Southeastern Texas. Willie D. quickly responded to my RFQ with a decent bid with a 7 - 9 day transit time. We easily came to terms over the phone, a truck arrived the following day. Willie offered same day pickup but that didn't work for me. As it went, the bike was delivered in 4 days! Needless to say that I'm delighted with the company's service and efficiency. Willie D. kept in touch until I was satisfied. Steve Goodman what can I say this man tell me Aaron hall I got u a driver ok he will pick your car up on Friday the 8th not really the driver just now Saturday picking my car up sad no communication then I paid I extra $50 so it could be here earlier I just want my car and I will never use this company please don't respond with call this number like y'all do just get in touch with the driver and find out when will my car be here since y'all lack communication What happen to my $50 you called and said u would reimburse me 3 days ago and still nothing bad business .
